Ssvetlana kasimovaHotel is racing with 5* otel... Hotel first rule is customer happiness... All team very friendly.. ... When you come to hotel Mr Ergin is at door.. he is working like 3 people.. always try for customer working.. all team reception breakfast house keep friendly.. they first purposal customer happines.. This hotel in reality serve like 5*.. i know some 4* hotel more expensive than this hotel... they cannot race with these hotel.. room very comfortable...everywhere clean.. breakfast excelent. dont search another hotel

AAkif.noisy room , even i could hear the next door phone vibrating sound aswel , so u can imagine how thin the walls are , very ordinary breakfast , staff was nice and cooperative, Hotel is rated 9/10 , God knows how :D
Location is good , if u want to stay couple of days and u r alone . go ahead . but couples . mmm naaa

AAli BerkThe location was good, the room was clean, but the filters of the air conditioner to heat the room needed to be changed, my sleep was disrupted a lot due to my allergies. In general, it can be recommended. The rooms are nice. I just wish a little more attention was paid to dust removal.

GGuest UserThe staff were professional & helpful with queries. Central location closed to Basmane Gar & surrounded by restaurants, shops & transport links especially the train to & from the airport. Left the luggage before & after checked in & out with no charges. Generally clean & comfortable beds. The toilet flush was sorted immediately when it was stuck. When the breakfast time was finished, the leftovers were allowed to be taken. The F&B staff, Maru & Aya were efficient & hardworking. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWhile the hotel is situated on a back street, its location is excellent, being very close to everything. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent for a 3-star hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our family was thoroughly pleased with our stay. It's a hotel we would definitely revisit.

I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning.
The sink is not very convenient,
But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

GGuest UserMr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs.
He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.
The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)
Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.
The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.
You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.
There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports.
If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included, so it was a good deal. However, don't expect too much from the room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no daily cleaning. This hotel is good for people who want a cheap place to stay.

MMadjid MogharyLocation is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

GGuest UserThe service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
