AAnonymous UserThe manager, Evin, at Park Dedeman Hotel, exhibited a high level of professionalism, warmth, and friendliness. She possessed an excellent ability to make her guests feel welcome and ensured they had the best possible stay. This well-maintained hotel featured a lovely and accommodating receptionist Samira. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. I highly recommend this establishment.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very charming location. The small streets quickly open onto the main street, Fevzipaşa Boulevard, which takes you about 20 minutes to the waterfront or the turnoff to the Agora and Kadife Fortress. The rooms themselves are small, but very clean and well-appointed. Everything is in excellent condition, and there's a safe and air conditioning. The only downside is that our window overlooked a small courtyard, which was stuffy and we could hear our neighbors. Our friends had a room facing the street and didn't have this problem. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions. When we asked for a second duvet cover and blanket, they were brought to us immediately. The experience was pleasant.

The location is almost in the downtown area! So, while it is easy to access restaurants and trams, it was a little noisy at night.
It was cheaper than a laundromat, and I was grateful to be able to use the washing machine. There is also a place to hang clothes on the roof.
However, if you apply through this site, breakfast is included, but if you apply through another site, it is a little cheaper and does not include breakfast, but in the end it is served to all guests, which is a little disappointing. It also starts around 9am, so if you leave early in the morning you can't eat it.

YYANHUAThere are a lot of street stalls selling shoes and shoes on the street outside the hotel. The car is parked on the side of the road, it is very crowded and the parking space is tight! The room decoration is old, but the service is very good, the breakfast is also rich!

SSpace lawAmazing location and very close to local areas. First room had small window and was smelly. Second day we changed to new room it was much more better. Nice people and breakfast was open buffet.
