"I checked into marina hotel just after midnight and there was a gentleman there to meet me, the room I was given was pleasantly good, clean and fairly big, and even had a little balcony that looked out onto the main street. Big bonus that the air-conditioning worked well The mattress was comfortable for me but the firm, however the pillows were like 2 sack of bricks really terrible. Basic amenities provided and a mini fridge with some refreshments all reasonably priced. Bathroom shower had abit of mould but that is not uncommon for these hot humid places.wotu not proper vent extraction. My only 2 complaints, the wifi isn't the greatest struggle to video call my family using it as it kept cutting out. And there was a vent between my bathroom and the next room and I could hear every time they went to the toilet, showered or blowdried their hair. Otherwise I felt safe as a solo woman and it was a pleasant few days stay location was fantastic, right near (8-10 min walk Basmane station (which takes you directly to Ephesus, also close to the trams which take you easily anywhere."

"Excellent location, 3 min walk from Basmane station, where there is direct train to the airport. Room is clean, breakfast is good, and staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the building is under renovation so the windows are boarded up so room was dark."

"There is a huge amount of traffic around the hotel, the parking space in the hotel is very tight, the speakers in the gym next to the hotel are so loud that you can't relax on the balcony at all. The service was ok, on call."

"We spent one night at the beginning and one at the end of our trip in Orty Hotel. On the first night the air-conditioning was not working. On our second night the air-con was working, but we had mosquitoes in our room despite the net that was installed in front of the window. Therefore sleep quality was reduced on both nights. Otherwise good services and nice staff."

"The sea view room is beautiful. There seems to be a night market below, which is very lively at night. Those who have a bad sleep are those whose windows face the sea. There is a big restaurant along the street below the hotel (decorated in black) and the breakfast is delicious. It is really annoying to eat in the hotel all the time. "The hotel is in a very good location facing the Aegean Sea, with convenient transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the tram T2 station. The hotel facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the hotel service staff is also very friendly. It was originally a pleasant stay for 2 days, but due to the irresponsible front desk staff, we almost missed the train. We checked out at 9 am the next day and prepared to go to the train station to take the 10 o'clock train to Selcuk. Looking at the map, the train station is 5 kilometers away from the hotel, and I thought it would be more than enough to reserve 1 hour. I showed the train ticket to the front desk and asked them to help call a taxi. After a while, the car came. The hotel staff and the driver were very familiar with each other. They told the driver our destination in Turkish. We got on the car at ease and didn't pay attention to the direction of the car at first. After driving for 10 minutes, we suddenly found that the driver drove the opposite route to the train station, so we urgently notified the driver that he drove the wrong way. We spoke English first, but he didn't understand. We showed him the map and the train ticket, and he was also confused. He gestured for a long time, meaning that the hotel called him to tell him to go to the bus station. After a long time of tossing, it was already 9:20, and it was nearly 10 kilometers away from the train station. In a hurry, I found out that there was a tram nearby that could take me to the train station, so I quickly paid 200 liras to get off the tram. After getting on tram T2, thanks to the help and guidance of enthusiastic passengers, I caught the train to Selcuk 3 minutes before it departed."

"The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended."
