3-Star Hotels in Galveston

We originally booked a room through the booking platform, but unexpectedly there was an error on the platform. When we arrived at the B&B, we found out that the B&B owner didn't know we were going to stay. He didn't clean it, the trash can was full, and the sheets were littered. I changed my reservation to a residence inn out of desperation, and unexpectedly got the best thing. The experience was great. The breakfast at the hotel was very rich. Then when I checked out, there was a problem when I switched to Ctrip. The hotel said that the money from the platform had not arrived, so it deducted my security deposit. We were charged twice for the room, even though we had already paid in full at the time of booking. Fortunately, I contacted customer service urgently and refunded me very efficiently. Ctrip’s service is very good.

The sea view room is very good, the balcony faces the sea, typical American continental breakfast, sausage, bacon or beef patties, coffee and hot water on the edge of the gate. The waiter is also very warm and friendly

The room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.

Wi-Fi did not work, so the TV did not work. Air conditioning very noisy. The bathtub was not closed. Otherwise a good hotel.

The hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

The room was very good, looking at the sea, refreshed. It was a coincidence that the storm had a power outage in the city. In the middle of the night, the room entered the water, came down to find the front desk and couldn't go up to the building and stayed overnight in the lobby. Equipment in the beautiful country...

The hotel is right by the sea, full of a strong holiday atmosphere. When I left the hotel, I crossed the road to the beach and the sea. At night, I heard the sound of waves beating gently. The breakfast is rich. To take the carnival Cruise, you can park the car at the hotel and have a shuttle to board the boat, which is cheap and convenient. Galveston is a leisurely mini tourist harbour island, there are some attractions worth seeing, and there are attractions maps everywhere on the island

The service was subpar at best; the 2 front desk staff we encountered were miserable and didn’t seem like they wanted to be working here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (although no working hair drier in the bathroom). Comfortable bed, good TV and good shower. The description states fitness room but only a pool to be found. Dining area was out of action and only a few vending machines, I would recommend getting foods before arrival.

The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.
