Great
GGuest UserExcellent service. I loved how everyone was courtious and attentive, the restaurant and upper bar were great, would definitely book again with tremont house. Thank you so much staff, and community
AAnonymous UserTips: Those with balconies are facing the sea sideways, and the floor positions are not ideal. It is recommended to have a high-rise sea view room. Although there is no balcony, a front view of the Gulf of Mexico is still very good.
Evaluation: The front desk service is very good, the hotel parking building 2F directly leads to the front desk, the room facilities are complete, the sanitation is good, the Lexington aircraft carrier is 5KM away from the aircraft carrier, and the South Texas Art Museum designed by Philip Jensen is within walking distance. Very recommended!
GGuest UserThe room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.
GGuest UserEverything great but the place has Only 2 elevators and one wasn’t working, really bad experience and charging $20 for the parking?? 👎🏼 the rest was really good, the rooms are Amazing
AAngelstar556So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.
GGuest UserClean room with lots of fresh towels, gorgeous pool, fun mini-golf, excellent location, friendly and prompt service, great breakfast that’s a little more than the expected including hot pancakes!
池池This is the more difficult Yilin Hilton I have ever lived. Compared with Hilton, compared with other Doubletree Hilton, the service is really bad. Two waiters, knocking the door twice and entering the house directly! twice! The front desk clerk is also awkward, don't say hello (I have lived in many different places, Hilton or Doubletree Hilton, hospitality is their common point, except this one). An umbrella cannot be provided throughout the hotel. The bar was closed very early at night, as if it was closed at nine or ten, which happened to be during Christmas. There are very few breakfast dishes, but the breakfast waiter has a good attitude and the only one is as passionate as most old Americans.
RRhemremgood for short stay. we have stayed for a night and drove around the area.. everything is accessible. there is a gasoline station next to it just in case you ran out of gas. The room was clean and neat. We recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.
