Very Good
WWENSHENGThe sea view room is very good, the balcony faces the sea, typical American continental breakfast, sausage, bacon or beef patties, coffee and hot water on the edge of the gate. The waiter is also very warm and friendly
GGuest UserEverything great but the place has Only 2 elevators and one wasn’t working, really bad experience and charging $20 for the parking?? 👎🏼 the rest was really good, the rooms are Amazing
GGuest UserThis is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head.
The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great!
Love, love LOVE this hotel!!!!
AAnonymous UserTips: Those with balconies are facing the sea sideways, and the floor positions are not ideal. It is recommended to have a high-rise sea view room. Although there is no balcony, a front view of the Gulf of Mexico is still very good.
Evaluation: The front desk service is very good, the hotel parking building 2F directly leads to the front desk, the room facilities are complete, the sanitation is good, the Lexington aircraft carrier is 5KM away from the aircraft carrier, and the South Texas Art Museum designed by Philip Jensen is within walking distance. Very recommended!
GGuest UserThe room was fine and the location was perfect for the fishing docks. But there was a man banging on a door at 1am because his daughter was locked in. I feel for them but the hotel attendant acted like there was no way for them to help when we called.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..
AAngelstar556So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.
池池This is the more difficult Yilin Hilton I have ever lived. Compared with Hilton, compared with other Doubletree Hilton, the service is really bad. Two waiters, knocking the door twice and entering the house directly! twice! The front desk clerk is also awkward, don't say hello (I have lived in many different places, Hilton or Doubletree Hilton, hospitality is their common point, except this one). An umbrella cannot be provided throughout the hotel. The bar was closed very early at night, as if it was closed at nine or ten, which happened to be during Christmas. There are very few breakfast dishes, but the breakfast waiter has a good attitude and the only one is as passionate as most old Americans.
GGuest UserWe stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.
