AAnonymous UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is very good, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was very good. I couldn't hear the outside noise at all. The front desk staff is warm and polite, check-in and check-out are very fast and efficient, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the needs can be responded in time. The overall environment is warm and elegant, the sanitation is very good, the facilities are complete and well maintained, the price is super high, the stay is particularly comfortable, highly recommended, the next trip will be the first choice!

LLixiangzhuyijinhualun首先毋庸置疑，這是一家新酒店，我先訂的維也納酒店，感覺特別糟糕，晚上又來的這一家，不知道是什麼原因定的價格是500多，價格偏貴，來説一下酒店內的服務，第1次房間是在一個自助早餐門口，因為我睡覺比較淺，要求他們給我換一個安靜的房間，換過房間後，第2天早上還是被吵醒了，因為房間對面是一個雜物間，一羣阿姨們在裏面大聲講話，説實話，沒有睡好我覺得對於我來説，夜裡2點鐘來到這個酒店，就是為了好好睡一個覺，最後還沒有睡好覺，特別有起床氣，酒店的裝修環境還是不錯的 ，就是隔音太差了，走在樓道里還能聽到房間內有人打呼的聲音，在隔音這一塊再下一點功夫就好了，因為對於縣城來説，這個價格500多已經挺高的了，如果連最起碼的睡覺服務都保證不了，其他都是假牙

MMeiyinhepanhanaosuoThe location is fantastic and very easy to find. Our room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, plus there's a foot massage parlor and several restaurants conveniently located downstairs. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including freshly brewed coffee. The only minor point was that the coffee beans for the freshly brewed coffee were a bit on the sour side. We even received a complimentary room upgrade to one that came with a mahjong room. It was a shame we couldn't really enjoy the mahjong room since we were traveling with our kids! We'll definitely be back for another stay!

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Hengdong County can be booked with eyes closed. But: the south winter is generally cold indoors. Not as comfortable as heating in the north. You have to wear down indoors and you can't have bare legs or you will catch a cold and have a cold stomach. There are many local restaurants near the county seat

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is on the 4th floor, and the decoration is very grand and unique. The background wall uses a Hengyang map, which is very innovative. The room has an intelligent control system + high-speed WiFi, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are buckwheat pillows to choose from. When checking in, the front desk Xiaoying introduced the breakfast location and time, the gym and laundry room location, full of details! I will definitely come again next time

GGuest UserOne person lives in a big bed room, the space is enough, the bed is very big and soft, it is very comfortable to sleep, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the water pressure is very sufficient. The front desk lady has a good attitude, and she also sent a bottle of water when she checked in. The location is also convenient, there are convenience stores and nightingale stalls downstairs.
The only minor drawback is that it is a bit noisy at night. The floor I live in may be soundproofed, and I can faintly hear the sound of the horn downstairs, but I wear earplugs myself, which does not affect sleep too much. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, you can ask the front desk for a high floor or a room that is not on the road.
