XXiangmourenvincentOur stay was absolutely delightful! The room decor was cozy and comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic. Plus, there's an EV charging station right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for electric car owners. It offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it'll definitely be my first choice next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserExceeded expectations. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt right at home. The receptionist greeted us warmly, and complimentary snacks and drinks were provided in the room, with fruit even brought to us. Branded shower facilities and toiletries were standard, and they thoughtfully provided dental floss, lotion, and an air purifier; we could even enjoy complimentary laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful, and complimentary late-night snacks were delivered to our room. My husband, who never writes reviews, couldn't help but write in the guestbook: ”Four-star facilities, super five-star service, we'll definitely come again.”

Service:
- The hotel owner himself picked me up and dropped me off at the local Hengshan West high speed rail station.
- The owner was very friendly and invited me to try some extremely high end tea. As I was a solo traveller, he also invited me to eat with him - trying some local dishes and sharing a few beers after.
- The owner offered to do a guided tour of some local attractions.
- The service is very personalised as there are only 12 rooms, with the owner himself personally serving guests and explaining the history of the local area.

Property:
- The construction is extremely high quality, with Tang-style aesthetic in the rooms, but a modern, western style common area and cafe. Having visited many boutique hotels in more remote areas, emphasis must be placed on the materials, polish and finish - giving a very sleek feel.
- There is a good balance of water features, with a fishpond where you can feed fish.
- The valley facing rooms have very good framing of the scenery including river and mountains in differing depth peripherals.
- The layout, location and surrounding mountainside adds a strong sense of privacy compared to the city.

- The rooms have high-end Toto bidet toilets.
- Rooms are very clean.
- The front-desk has different scented candles that can be used in your room.
- The furniture and amenities within the room are all brand new and at or above the standard as every 5-star city hotel.

Food:
- The owner kindly covered all 3 meals, of which lunch and dinner were more local, as I was joined by the owner and some staff. All meals are a-la-carte made to order by an in-house chef.
- The beef rice noodles with soup was an exceptional breakfast, especially for me who cannot eat very spicy food. (The local cuisine is generally very spicy preference.)
- You can pick fresh oranges in the orchard immediately adjacent to the hotel.

Local Area:
- The local area is not as popular for tourism as compared to places like the nearby Zhangjiajie Avatar Mountains. Many attractions are mainly Buddhism related such as temples or a purported 1000 year old Gingko Tree.
- The local Mount Heng can be hiked in under 4 hours.
- The local city is small and the hotel location is somewhat far from the city centre.

Overall this hotel provides a very tranquil environment to meditate and destress over tea, while looking at beautiful scenery. For the price point given, it offers a much better value compared to attempting to get the same conditions in the more popular, crowded scenic areas nearby.
If visiting the local city or adjacent Hengyang, this hotel is by far the most unique experience, as almost all other high end hotels are just the high-rise business hotel type.

GGuest UserThe environment is very elegant, very convenient and very close to the temple and Nanyue Tourism Center. Especially the service attitude makes people feel very comfortable. Several young ladies, Mia, Zhu Yu, and Yang Qi, learned that we could not go down the mountain in time on the top of Nanyue Mountain, and helped us extend the check-out time to 3 pm for free.

LLUOxiaozhiHad a wonderful rest in the room. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in, introducing all the hotel's facilities. They even called in advance to ask about my room preferences. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me warmly. It's located near Nanhua University, and there's a snack street nearby. The room facilities were complete, the shower was a wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the TV screen was large and supported screen mirroring. Checking out and getting an invoice was also convenient and quick. I slept exceptionally well at night; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'll definitely consider Atour for my next stay! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI was impressed by this hotel during my trip to Hengyang. It is located in a convenient hub area, which is very convenient for both self-driving and public transportation. The hotel has a beautiful environment with a small grass in front of it, where you can take a walk and rest. The rooms are spacious and bright, warmly decorated, clean and tidy, well-equipped, and intelligent voice control makes life more convenient. The butler service is intimate, and Miss Shuyi will prepare fruits and drinks for me. The front desk staff is professional and efficient, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. The decoration style of the hotel is modern Chinese style, which combines traditional and modern elements and has a unique charm. The breakfast is rich and varied, the afternoon tea cake is very exquisite, and the white fungus lotus seeds for supper are light and delicious and nutritious. Affordable, first-class service, come to Hengyang to live here!

The parent-child room booked, the room feels very warm and comfortable, the photo taken is very scum, the real feeling is better than the photo, 🐶🐶 also like it, because the dog stayed in and paid a deposit of 300 yuan, the next day check out the front desk to inform the aunt after seeing the room, the full amount returned in seconds. I received a refund before I left the hotel. The many incredible and strange encounters I encountered at Xu Wen's pet-friendly Wilton Smart Hotel the next day were really a difference of clouds and mud. I once again praised Hengyang Vienna Hotel. 👍👍👍
Breakfast here needs to be paid separately. The front desk will suggest that you first read the buffet content before deciding whether to buy it. After eating, you feel worth it. Not to mention that the environment is good and it is convenient to bring 🐶. The rice wine and noodles for the buffet breakfast are very good. It is very good. All empty plates, like it here, will come again, recommend 🌹🌹🌹

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Hengdong County can be booked with eyes closed. But: the south winter is generally cold indoors. Not as comfortable as heating in the north. You have to wear down indoors and you can't have bare legs or you will catch a cold and have a cold stomach. There are many local restaurants near the county seat
