XXiangmourenvincentOur stay was absolutely delightful! The room decor was cozy and comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic. Plus, there's an EV charging station right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for electric car owners. It offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it'll definitely be my first choice next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel many times, and the experience has always exceeded my expectations. The assistant manager (Xiao Qing) is excellent at her job, extremely efficient, and makes me feel very welcome. Her attention to detail is commendable. I was particularly impressed by the shower room's ventilation vents and clotheslines for drying clothes. The shampoo and other products are of superior quality. The housekeeping staff are meticulous; they even carefully cleaned and tidied up my clothes that I left on the bed. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and extremely clean, with surprisingly comfortable bedding. The hotel also provides a variety of complimentary drinks, such as mineral water, cold brew tea, and plum juice. Even more thoughtfully, they offer late-night snacks. The hotel's service is truly meticulous and attentive, leaving a lasting impression. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
In short, I've been extremely satisfied and comfortable with all the services at this hotel. It's a highly recommended and excellent hotel! Five stars!

GGuest UserStaying at Qiye Mountain Lodge halfway up Hengshan Mountain was truly an amazing experience. The lodge's environment was superb; from the stylishly designed common areas to the misty mountain scenery, every view was perfect for taking photos. The service was also incredibly attentive, with the staff being exceptionally warm and helpful. Here, you can experience the tranquility of the mountains and forests while enjoying stunning views of Hengshan Mountain. The value for money is incredible, and I highly recommend it when visiting Hengshan. It's conveniently located, and there's even a free driver for pick-up and drop-off.

GGuest UserThe environment is very elegant, very convenient and very close to the temple and Nanyue Tourism Center. Especially the service attitude makes people feel very comfortable. Several young ladies, Mia, Zhu Yu, and Yang Qi, learned that we could not go down the mountain in time on the top of Nanyue Mountain, and helped us extend the check-out time to 3 pm for free.

LLUOxiaozhiHad a wonderful rest in the room. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in, introducing all the hotel's facilities. They even called in advance to ask about my room preferences. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me warmly. It's located near Nanhua University, and there's a snack street nearby. The room facilities were complete, the shower was a wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the TV screen was large and supported screen mirroring. Checking out and getting an invoice was also convenient and quick. I slept exceptionally well at night; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'll definitely consider Atour for my next stay! Highly recommend!

If you want to travel to Nanyue Hengshan, you can also choose to stay at Ramada Hotel. The hotel is about 40 kilometers away from Nanyue Hengshan, and the transportation is convenient. It takes one hour to reach Nanyue Hengshan. The hotel's third floor podium has the most famous local Lufu Restaurant, Shanggong Kitchen Restaurant, KFC, etc. It is only three kilometers away from the municipal government office. There are many parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, but parking on the underground first floor is still inconvenient. The most important thing is that the hotel's service and cost-effectiveness are very high. It is very cost-effective to stay in this hotel for more than 300 in Hengyang.

At that time, our friends arrived at the hotel very late and gave us three rooms at the price of 268 per room per night without breakfast and mountain view room. This is the Vienna member price. Then we asked to extend the stay the next day, and asked the night shift lady to say it would be 297 per room per night. We said yes, no problem, and asked her to help extend the stay first and come to renew the next day. The lady agreed. This lady has a good attitude. Thank her for the hard work of the night shift. Then the next day when we came to extend the stay, the front desk replied that we would need a member price of 385 yuan per room. For the mountain view king room, we replied that the lady agreed and quoted 297 per room, but the front desk said no, there was no such price. Later, we went to Ctrip and saw that it was 309, so we showed the price and negotiated whether we could get 297. We were too lazy to do it, and the platform was only 309, not much different, but they still said no, no, and the attitude was not friendly. They asked us to book on the platform. My friend was a little angry because the former and the latter colleagues were inconsistent, which might be a handover problem, but she did not verify it and directly refused and communicated toughly many times. We agreed to book on the platform later, which was indeed a bit unpleasant. Then after a while after we got to the room, someone at the front desk called again and said that they would send breakfast to each room, or whether they could directly give us the originally agreed price of 297 front desk price to check in and cancel the Ctrip order. Why did they have to argue for so long for that 10 yuan? Everyone was unhappy. The impression score was not good, so we refused. Later, I went to the Vienna website to see the price, which was also 308 yuan. I... Then the person who was most angry left a comment after checking out. I said that it was not easy to comment on hotels, but today I read the comments and replies, sorry I have to comment.
To be honest, this Vienna has good facilities and environment, it is worth entering, but the professionalism needs to be improved. It is not a matter of money, but it is uncomfortable. We used to stay in the hotel next door many times, and the price was much more expensive than Vienna, but we were very happy to book that hotel every time we came. Unfortunately, it closed down this year, so we booked Vienna.
Ps: Hengshan is a good place, but this does not represent our impression of Hengshan. We like it here and come here often. This incident is a small episode. I hope the hotel can treat it more objectively. I know it is not easy for you. I give it a medium review.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Hengdong County can be booked with eyes closed. But: the south winter is generally cold indoors. Not as comfortable as heating in the north. You have to wear down indoors and you can't have bare legs or you will catch a cold and have a cold stomach. There are many local restaurants near the county seat
