I watched it online for a long time before deciding to come to this homestay. I was really afraid that it was a ”scam”. Fortunately, I didn't step on thunder. The swimming pool of the homestay, although it is not open in winter, it will still bring children in summer. There are many children's activity fields, sand pools, pots, and parent-child activities. When we got there, they even upgraded our room type and registered our license plate, so we didn't have to deal with it every time we entered or exited, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room decor was simple, nothing overly fancy, but it was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Both kids said, 'This room is good,' and for them, comfort is more important than anything else. Breakfast offered a good variety: fish noodles, dry mixed noodles, coarse grains, steamed buns, shaomai, porridge, fries, chicken nuggets, fruits, and vegetables, plus coffee and milk – quite comprehensive. The kids really enjoyed it. On check-out day, since the kids had stayed up late watching the World Cup the night before, I tentatively asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out. They readily agreed, and their attitude was consistently excellent. Our family really trusts the Wyndham brand; we even booked a Wyndham in Changsha for our next leg of the trip today. To be honest, I don't really care about the 'star rating' as long as the stay is comfortable, the service is good, and it's value for money. This Wyndham in Hengyang, I would definitely recommend it.

They even called in advance to ask about my room preferences. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me warmly. It's located near Nanhua University, and there's a snack street nearby. The room facilities were complete, the shower was a wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the TV screen was large and supported screen mirroring. Checking out and getting an invoice was also convenient and quick. I slept exceptionally well at night; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'll definitely consider Atour for my next stay! Highly recommend!

We were too lazy to do it, and the platform was only 309, not much different, but they still said no, no, and the attitude was not friendly. They asked us to book on the platform. My friend was a little angry because the former and the latter colleagues were inconsistent, which might be a handover problem, but she did not verify it and directly refused and communicated toughly many times. Then after a while after we got to the room, someone at the front desk called again and said that they would send breakfast to each room, or whether they could directly give us the originally agreed price of 297 front desk price to check in and cancel the Ctrip order. Why did they have to argue for so long for that 10 yuan? Everyone was unhappy. The impression score was not good, so we refused. Later, I went to the Vienna website to see the price, which was also 308 yuan. I... Then the person who was most angry left a comment after checking out. I said that it was not easy to comment on hotels, but today I read the comments and replies, sorry I have to comment. To be honest, this Vienna has good facilities and environment, it is worth entering, but the professionalism needs to be improved. It is not a matter of money, but it is uncomfortable. We used to stay in the hotel next door many times, and the price was much more expensive than Vienna, but we were very happy to book that hotel every time we came. Unfortunately, it closed down this year, so we booked Vienna. Ps: Hengshan is a good place, but this does not represent our impression of Hengshan. We like it here and come here often.
