The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in their service was impressive. The late-night noodles were delicious – I had them two nights in a row! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent years across all aspects. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm staying at the foot of Mount Heng.

Having spent six consecutive years on self-driving tours across China, staying in hotels for ten months each day, I rarely leave reviews. However, this hotel is truly excellent and deserves a high rating and recommendation. On my first self-driving trip to Hengshan, I checked into this hotel. Ms. Wang at the front desk warmly welcomed us and patiently explained the room types and hotel details, meeting all our needs. The housekeeping staff were also excellent, providing standardized and prompt service every day. The restaurant staff were also friendly and courteous. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile from afar; such standardized service is rare these days, demonstrating their high standards and strict requirements. The parking lot is large and very convenient. Every corner was impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic, and the main meals were reasonably priced, delicious, and included complimentary rice. We even received a discount at the end of the meal – complimentary rice and a discount at every meal were unexpected and wonderful! I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Hengshan.

I booked this hotel at the foot of the mountain in advance. It's very close to the scenic area, about a 10-15 minute walk (1 kilometer). In the mornings, the hotel also provides a shuttle service directly to the scenic entrance, which is super convenient. The hotel has a large parking lot, so parking is easy. The swimming pool is already open, and guests can use it for free. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities. The butler even upgraded us to a mountain-view room, which was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the Hengyang rice noodles were particularly tasty. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

At that time, our friends arrived at the hotel very late and gave us three rooms at the price of 268 per room per night without breakfast and mountain view room. This is the Vienna member price. Then we asked to extend the stay the next day, and asked the night shift lady to say it would be 297 per room per night. We said yes, no problem, and asked her to help extend the stay first and come to renew the next day. The lady agreed. This lady has a good attitude. Thank her for the hard work of the night shift. Then the next day when we came to extend the stay, the front desk replied that we would need a member price of 385 yuan per room. For the mountain view king room, we replied that the lady agreed and quoted 297 per room, but the front desk said no, there was no such price. Later, we went to Ctrip and saw that it was 309, so we showed the price and negotiated whether we could get 297. We were too lazy to do it, and the platform was only 309, not much different, but they still said no, no, and the attitude was not friendly. They asked us to book on the platform. My friend was a little angry because the former and the latter colleagues were inconsistent, which might be a handover problem, but she did not verify it and directly refused and communicated toughly many times. We agreed to book on the platform later, which was indeed a bit unpleasant. Then after a while after we got to the room, someone at the front desk called again and said that they would send breakfast to each room, or whether they could directly give us the originally agreed price of 297 front desk price to check in and cancel the Ctrip order. Why did they have to argue for so long for that 10 yuan? Everyone was unhappy. The impression score was not good, so we refused. Later, I went to the Vienna website to see the price, which was also 308 yuan. I... Then the person who was most angry left a comment after checking out. I said that it was not easy to comment on hotels, but today I read the comments and replies, sorry I have to comment. To be honest, this Vienna has good facilities and environment, it is worth entering, but the professionalism needs to be improved. It is not a matter of money, but it is uncomfortable. We used to stay in the hotel next door many times, and the price was much more expensive than Vienna, but we were very happy to book that hotel every time we came. Unfortunately, it closed down this year, so we booked Vienna. Ps: Hengshan is a good place, but this does not represent our impression of Hengshan. We like it here and come here often.
