Our stay was absolutely delightful! The room decor was cozy and comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic. Plus, there's an EV charging station right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for electric car owners. It offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it'll definitely be my first choice next time I'm in town!

The hotel offers great service. Rooms are clean, smart, and fully equipped, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and despite being vegetarian, it was delicious. After a satisfying breakfast, it was just a short walk to Nanyue Grand Temple. We entered through the main gate, exited through the back, and then headed directly to the Hengshan Tourist Center – incredibly convenient! Definitely worth a stay, highly recommended!

The B&B was only opened last year. The owner and his family are super cute. It takes about 10 minutes from Hengshan West to the B&B, and less than 10 minutes from the B&B to the scenic area. This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my two sons to Hengyang and booked a stay at this Wyndham. Honestly, traveling with two growing boys, my biggest fear is inconvenient accommodation. Even before we arrived, the front desk called to ask our estimated arrival time and if we had any room requests. I mentioned it would be great if our two rooms were next to each other, and she said, 'Sure, I'll adjust it for you.' When we got there, they even upgraded our room type and registered our license plate, so we didn't have to deal with it every time we entered or exited, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room decor was simple, nothing overly fancy, but it was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Both kids said, 'This room is good,' and for them, comfort is more important than anything else. Breakfast offered a good variety: fish noodles, dry mixed noodles, coarse grains, steamed buns, shaomai, porridge, fries, chicken nuggets, fruits, and vegetables, plus coffee and milk – quite comprehensive. The kids really enjoyed it. On check-out day, since the kids had stayed up late watching the World Cup the night before, I tentatively asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out. They readily agreed, and their attitude was consistently excellent. Our family really trusts the Wyndham brand; we even booked a Wyndham in Changsha for our next leg of the trip today. To be honest, I don't really care about the 'star rating' as long as the stay is comfortable, the service is good, and it's value for money. This Wyndham in Hengyang, I would definitely recommend it.

Had a wonderful rest in the room. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in, introducing all the hotel's facilities. They even called in advance to ask about my room preferences. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me warmly. It's located near Nanhua University, and there's a snack street nearby. The room facilities were complete, the shower was a wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the TV screen was large and supported screen mirroring. Checking out and getting an invoice was also convenient and quick. I slept exceptionally well at night; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'll definitely consider Atour for my next stay! Highly recommend!

The room is very new and the environment is clean and hygienic. There is a commercial complex nearby with all the basic necessities of life. The room has been disinfected. There is a gym, restaurant and laundry room on the 4th floor. After a five-kilometer run the next morning, I can go to the next door for breakfast. The handle of the left window in room 1410 was damaged and could not be closed. The staff on duty came to deal with the problem at night but there was no solution. The large truck on National Highway 107 next door started to be noisy in the morning and I couldn't sleep. Other than that, there were no other problems😬

First, the hygiene of the room is not enough to make me very satisfied. As a person who is strict about going out and has mysophobia, I am not satisfied with the quality of hygiene. The more demanding ones also found dandruff, ripped quilts, and quilts with pen refills! The second is the service attitude. Except for the aunt who delivered the things, the attitude of the entire staff was relatively good. None of the other staff were particularly enthusiastic. However, when having breakfast this morning, that uncle's attitude was very bad? I will never come here again, that's for sure. A breakfast is not cheap for hotel customers. What, is there a lot of variety? Does it taste good? Can I eat enough for 3 people by myself or what? I said that two people at home were resting in the room, and there were children. They went to bed late yesterday and couldn't get up. First, they reluctantly gave me 2 disposable bags, and then said something, don't pack for multiple people. The question is, how much can I pack in a bag as small as yours? The aunt on duty at the restaurant came back and asked me why I still packed the food. She stared at me eating to see how much I took. I spent 38 on breakfast outside and had better and more food than you. Still free! Is there something wrong with you! Really, it’s coming! It makes the customers next to me look at me differently! It embarrasses me! Finally, I think of some other services, fitness equipment, the room is too small, and some of the equipment is not easy to use. After going in and using it, I felt dizzy. I don’t know if the air inside is airtight or something, but it’s uncomfortable. ! When it comes to washing clothes, it's even worse. Although there is a laundry service, I might as well not use it. The clothes are tossed back and forth in the washing machine and dryer, and they are washed together with other people's clothes. Is that hygienic? I can't accept it at all. There is something wrong with the garment ironing machine and it cannot iron clothes! I was in a hurry to meet a boss in the afternoon and needed to iron my clothes, so I couldn't use it! There’s another question, I’m so drunk! I can't use any of the services I want! forget it. I'm done here! There are good places, but there are too many bad places! There really is no next time! Anyway, you don’t lack a customer like me! Prices in Hengyang are indeed rising every day. I can understand that. I hope your hotel will reflect on its shortcomings! I'm a service worker too!
