This hotel is the best choice for club training. After breakfast, you can go straight to the stadium on the second floor, which saves a lot of time! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When the smart curtains accidentally damaged a light in our room, the staff member on duty on August 1st morning immediately asked if anyone was hurt and didn't even mention compensation. The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. 

At first, I was not used to not seeing the lobby on the first floor, but when I walked to the top of the building, I saw another scene, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall feeling was comfortable, the service was warm, the environment was clean and tidy, and it was quiet without being disturbed by the outside world. I could feel that the boss was a person who pursued comfort.
