"The room was clean and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept very soundly. The hotel lobby had tea and snacks. Since I checked in at 10 pm, I asked for an extra pillow. The housekeeper was very helpful with my luggage, saying, "We had a pleasant stay." All the staff were very welcoming. The bathrobes were all on the first floor; they were very thick and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very good. The air conditioning in the rooms was also good; definitely need to turn it on in winter, especially for northerners coming to the south. The curtains blocked out the wind and light, and I slept soundly until morning."
