MM527074****The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, making it convenient for travel. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the room was spotless. I really appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The breakfast was also exceptionally rich and varied. Plus, parking is free.

GGuest UserThe rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the floor and bathroom are free of stains, the linen is dry and odorless, and the toiletries are complete and clean. Xiao Wei at the front desk was polite, the check-in and check-out speed was fast, the demand response was timely, and the cleaning service was intimate.

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, and I can't bear to get up when I lie down.
The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the welcome fruit was also sent intimately, and the details were full!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, like the online photos, the service attitude was also very good, the air conditioning was strong in winter, especially warm. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, as well as large supermarkets, convenient shopping. The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the surrounding scenic spots, there are few people during the Spring Festival, it is very suitable for friends who like to stay away from the hustle and bustle and travel by car.

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

GGuest UserThe right hand side of the train station is zero distance, especially suitable for transit and night arrivals. The room is relatively large, with windows, clean and tidy, no smell, public bathroom, and 24 hours hot water. A typical station hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but the owner takes care of it very well. Compared to many station hotels that are cold, humid, and musty, this is considered very well done.
