The sky garden on the 8th floor of the hotel is very beautiful and you can also barbecue. There is also a large writing desk that can be used for office in the lobby on the first floor. The location is also very good, there are many restaurants, convenience stores and a park nearby. What makes me most satisfied is the service of the hotel staff at home, which is really responsive and has the standard of answering questions. In addition, the hotel provides free service for car pick-up and delivery within 5 kilometers. The general manager personally drove us to various tennis courts to experience! Very good stay experience, highly recommended, next time you come to Jingshan, you must still be this hotel!

Falling in love with a city because of a hotel! This hotel offers convenient parking, is clean and tidy, and the service feels genuinely warm and comforting. After check-in, the lovely receptionist escorted me to the elevator, informing me about dining options and where to walk my dog. The room lighting is the brightest I've experienced in any hotel, and every design detail shows thoughtful consideration for guests. The hotel's backyard, which is part of a residential complex, with its greenery, walking paths, and pond, is a fantastic spot for dog walking – truly the most comfortable hotel for traveling with a small dog. Breakfast was also a delightful feast, making me happy 😃. Is it because the staff are highly skilled? Or because the manager is exceptionally capable? Perhaps it's due to the owner's business philosophy. In any case, I definitely want to return! Because of Burry, I've fallen in love with Jingmen. Wishing Burry Times continued success!!!

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

This hotel service is very warm, active, answer all questions, kind attitude, clean and tidy rooms, fresh air, the parking lot teacher is very good, the command is right, the smile is often open, the shopping next to the hotel is convenient, there are many restaurants, and there are many choices. It is very strange why there are not many people staying in the store! Another thing that touched me was that on the afternoon of the March 27 check-in, I heard the noise of the range hood when I was resting in the room. I responded to the tall service sister at the front desk. She attached great importance to it and went upstairs to the room to check it. Find the reason and offered to change rooms for us. It was grateful. Fortunately, the range hood in the kitchen stopped at 7 o'clock in the evening, and there was no need to increase the cost of the room, but this treatment method, paying attention to the attitude, let us be very touched! Stayed for three nights, very satisfied, come to Jingmen to live here in the future! Oh, the breakfast is very good, the variety is many, the taste is good, the waiter and the cook noodles chef are in place, warm! goodbye!

The pools are spacious, not just simple bathtubs, but actual soaking tubs where guests can ”play in the water,” large enough to accommodate a family of three. The hot spring water fills quickly, taking about 10 minutes to fill, with an initial high temperature of over 50 degrees Celsius. Cooling water can be added simultaneously to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. This design allows families, especially those with children, to safely and comfortably enjoy water activities in their rooms, avoiding crowding in public areas. Some high-end room types, such as the ”Bo Xin Tang Yuan” and ”Zi Jin Tang Yuan” villas, also feature independent courtyards and even larger outdoor soaking tubs, further enhancing privacy and the overall experience. In terms of experience details, the hot spring water originates from the Tangyanfan Geothermal Field and is a rare hot spring rich in various minerals such as metasilicic acid, radon, fluorine, and strontium, leaving the skin feeling smooth after soaking. The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are relatively new and the overall environment is clean. The natural wood-style decor is also well-received. Service is responsive; requests for services such as water and mops are quickly fulfilled. However, some guests have mentioned details that could be improved, such as the less-than-ideal soundproofing of some room doors. Overall, for families seeking privacy, convenience, and high-quality family time, the private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu are a highly recommended choice.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
