A very good accommodation experience. The location is at Yidashao Pier. Although it is not the first row of the waterfront, it is convenient to get to the pier and the business district. The rooms and public spaces are very comfortable. It is really high-quality for a B&B concept. It is worth staying for a family trip. Highly recommended.

The staff were really enthusiastic. Since it wasn't convenient for us to go to the restaurant for dinner, after we ordered, the staff even helped us carry the food to our room. The room was very well-maintained and didn't feel dated at all. The breakfast was also delicious.

The location is a bit out of the way, and it's a bit of a walk to the main pier. Most of Sun Moon Lake seems to have been developed by the Lealea Group. I booked this stay on Trip.com, and this was the only one left; other platforms were pretty much booked up too. This room was originally for two couples, but it turned out to be a family room. However, my friends, also a couple, booked a double room through eztravel.com and even got a $300 voucher for the Lealea cafe. Maybe it's worth searching on a few more platforms next time?

Surprising stay experience, good location, very close to Cingjing Farm and shopping area, friendly to families with children. The sunrise view is very good. You can see cherry blossoms and mountain views filled with golden sunshine. The garden view and room design are very tasteful. The space is spacious. The food is unique, healthy and delicious. The service experience is excellent. It is a B&B run with great care.

The hotel's location is excellent, right below Yidashao Old Street, making it convenient for boat rides and shopping. The hotel service is great, and the staff are very patient in resolving issues. They even organized evening activities, adding to the festive atmosphere. The room was clean, but the only downside was that the bathroom floor was wet upon check-in, which I hope they can improve.

The view is superb. We love the bathtub and steam room. We just couldn't get enough of this place. This is the 2nd time that we stayed there. Coincidentally, we got stay at the same room twice. Since it's in thw mountains, the air is fresher, great for walks in that weather. You can try running if you are up for it. Their staff are friendly. Be sure to make reservations 1 day in advance for their steam boat dinner.

Having a hot tub right in the room for a private onsen experience was absolutely wonderful! It saved us the trouble of going to an outdoor bathhouse, offering both convenience and privacy – I loved it! A big thank you to the hotel's front desk staff too; they clearly explained the check-in process, and everyone was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family, and I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Superb! 👍👍

I stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel provides free bikes. When I tried to check out a bike, two staff members talked to me. When I asked which bike I could ride faster, they did not answer my question. Some bikes are just very slow no matter what we do, so I don't want to get one like that. When I asked how long it would take if I wanted to ride in each direction from the hotel without a stop, the male staff member answered my question, but the female staff member kept on talking ”Don't ride fast. You are going to get into accidents.” Whenever I talked about ”fast” like ”how fast”, ”how long it takes”, she just kept on talking ”Fast is not good.” I am a mature individual and I will not go fast if I could not. She just refused to provide information that I was looking for. As long as I return the bike intact, the rest is my own responsibility.
