GGuest UserAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding service from all the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making sure every guest was well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

廖廖國志First row lake view, the scenery is absolutely stunning. The accommodation itself is also excellent. The breakfast may not look huge, but it has everything you could want and tastes delicious. Having a bathtub in the room was a great luxury. The hotel also conveniently sells various tour packages, tickets, and boat tickets. Parking was no issue either. The hotel is right on Ita Thao's liveliest street, making for a truly fantastic experience.

AAnonymous UserService: Pros: The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They patiently answered all our questions regarding our itinerary. Cons: On the second night of our stay, perhaps because it was a Sunday, there were no staff members on duty after 8 PM, and the lobby lights were off. We wanted to ask for help reheating some food but couldn't find anyone. Environment and Facilities: Pros: The surroundings are beautiful, and we had stunning mountain views directly from our room. The room itself was spacious and relatively clean. A huge plus, especially for a guesthouse in the countryside, was that there were no bugs or insects in the room – quite an achievement! Cons: The mosquito screens on both the room door and windows were torn and damaged, which meant we couldn't open them for ventilation. And here’s the kicker: The room had NO AIR CONDITIONING! I booked this place after seeing reviews that mentioned AC, so finding none upon entering the room was truly shocking. If the guesthouse could address the damaged mosquito screens, at least we could have opened the windows for some airflow, even without AC. My friend and I felt like we were sleeping in a greenhouse for two nights; the outdoor temperature was actually cooler than inside our room. I sincerely hope the guesthouse can improve this situation. Overall, aside from the air conditioning issue, our stay was quite pleasant. The guesthouse cat was super friendly and affectionate, almost like a little welcoming committee, and we had a blast playing with it.

There was a moth on the balcony one evening, but it was gone by the next morning, and there were no insects on the balcony by the third day. The hotel connects directly to a cycling path and offers free bicycles for guests to use.

WWendy011The hotel is super close to 7-Eleven and also very near Cingjing Farm. The balcony is amazing, with a rocking chair and lots of cats! They are super cute! Breakfast was delicious, and the room was incredibly warm – not cold at all, even during a cold snap. Overall, it's very clean, except for a slight leak in the bathroom faucet. Highly recommend it! I'd love to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to Shuishe Pier, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. It's just a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel entrance. I booked a lake view room, and it was absolutely beautiful! My favorite feature was having both hot and cold water dispensers right in the room. There's also a bathtub. We stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable. The only minor downside was the breakfast; it was a buffet but not very tasty or varied, and it didn't really suit my palate. However, if you prefer milder flavors, you might enjoy it. The area around the hotel tends to quiet down around 5-6 PM, but there are still a few shops open late if you want to stroll around, or you can rent a bicycle and ride around the lake. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the air was lovely and cool when we visited in early December. Highly recommend!

EEiwZiiThe family-friendly room felt very warm and cozy. The owner, an auntie, was lovely, explained everything well, and was very helpful. The king-sized bed offered a beautiful view of the lake. There's a balcony with a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room was fully equipped with amenities. Most importantly, the breakfast was spectacular and incredibly delicious! I'll definitely be back to stay here again in the future.

HHo Zen YenLocation was nice, walking distance from Idashao Jetty. Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony) Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided) Services was great, very nice and kind to customers. Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well) Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental. I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh. The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme. The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor. The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
