"The hotel staff were excellent, very proactive and always ready to assist. My family member has mobility issues, and the hotel arranged for a golf cart to take them to the parking lot, which was a top-notch service. Breakfast was included, and while the selection wasn't huge, the food was delicious and the environment was comfortable and beautiful! Perfect for Instagram! The only thing to note is that hot water takes about 3 minutes to come on, as there's limited supply on the mountain."

Excellent

GGuest UserWife trouble to so far over Tenant live and the China and time one trap and teens of favorite hotel. The hotel has a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian influence and it was beautifully decorated. The dining hall looks like the inside of a ship. The beds elevated off the floor inside the room. The showers and toilet area are spacious, and the whole room is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is impeccably cleaned, and then the breakfast is phenomenal. This hotel is located on the quieter side of the Sun Moon Lake, which our family prefers. The other side is way too busy. Keep in mind, though most of the stores are closed by 8 PM so if you’re seeking a more lively nightlife side of the lake might not be the best. If you’re looking for a quieter vibe and area, this hotel is perfect.

RReece JamesThis is our first time staying in a high class hotel. It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty! The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint. The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice, The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes. We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds. The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable. If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again. The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet. All make for an unforgettable stay.

貞貞慧真This cabin can accommodate 7 people, but there were five of us. The bed was quite firm, which I actually preferred, as I'm usually a very light sleeper and particular about beds, often not falling asleep until 4 AM. Breakfast was consistent: two slices of toast, a small salad with two slices of ham, and an egg. I really liked the wide selection of drinks available, including multigrain cereal, milk tea, black coffee, and juice. The owner is a young man. The dogs and cats are adorable, and you can pet them, but remember to wash your hands afterwards. The road leading up to the cabin was very winding and a bit challenging to navigate (especially on a scooter/bike). However, the cabin itself was very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and the water was very hot. We did encounter occasional bugs, which didn't bother me, but the kids were quite scared – though they were mostly just geckos, flies, and ants. The mountain views were beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any stars or the sunrise during our stay. All in all, it's a great place to stay, and the mountain air is incredibly fresh!

AAbby KuoThe room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in Shuishe, a stop for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, offering convenient transportation while still being quiet. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center where you can catch the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle and the round-the-lake bus. Since there aren't many shops or food stalls in Shuishe at night, we chose a room package that included dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the hotel, allowing us to relax and enjoy, offering great value for money. The in-room bathtub was perfect for a hot soak, which was very convenient. The service was excellent, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. We'd be happy to book this hotel again next time.

AAmmber安波Awesome! They offer free bicycles for cycling around the lake. B3 has a game room with table tennis and billiards, plus a free basketball arcade machine. The gym has treadmills and spin bikes. The lake view rooms face the beautiful lake. The quad room even has a Japanese-style tatami room. Excellent value for money. It's only a 15-minute walk from Shuishe Pier, super convenient if you get hungry late at night!

WWendy011The hotel is super close to 7-Eleven and also very near Cingjing Farm. The balcony is amazing, with a rocking chair and lots of cats! They are super cute! Breakfast was delicious, and the room was incredibly warm – not cold at all, even during a cold snap. Overall, it's very clean, except for a slight leak in the bathroom faucet. Highly recommend it! I'd love to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserGreat location right by the pier, with easy access to restaurants and shops. If you get a lake view room, the sunrise is amazing and the value for money is pretty good. The only downside was that a neighbor on their balcony was smoking, and the smell was hard to avoid. Parking is available at the nearby Zhongxing connected lot, which isn't too far of a walk.

The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. A highlight was the breakfast—simple yet delicious. To top it off, the host kindly arranged for staff to drop us off at the Shuishe main bus station. GGuest UserThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental. I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh. The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme. The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor. The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
