YYuhangyuanAn absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's service is truly textbook perfect. We arrived early but were still able to check in smoothly, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff's service was superb. The room's decor was minimalist yet cozy, and the bedding, from an imported brand, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, and the double vanity design was incredibly convenient. A pre-sleep soak in the tub was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered fresh ingredients, hot stir-fries, and freshly prepared local specialty dishes for the salad bar – the quality was amazing, definitely worth the price! The room layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for work and relaxation, allowing for comfortable work without disturbing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; we enjoyed a quiet environment even in the city center. The staff were professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They also offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a perfect stress-reliever during work breaks. The value for money is outstanding – this is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

WWeicibaolilinfuWho lives and who boasts Haifeng Manxin! Health online, comfort is full, living super peace of mind. The breakfast is directly amazing, not only with regular styles, but also authentic Haifeng local taste, with vegetable tea refreshments. The staff is super nice, enthusiastic, and full of experience. Cost-effective and experience double online, close your eyes and not step on thunder!

MMaiamixuanyingThe room was beautiful, with a rather festive decor. The cleanliness was also excellent. This newly opened hotel is highly recommended.
The receptionists, Xiaoling and Xiaoxuan, were very friendly. The hotel offers great value for money. There's parking available (with charging stations!). The breakfast selection was also quite extensive.
At 2 AM, I could hear snoring from the next room on the 8th floor; it was a little noisy.

GGuest UserA truly wonderful stay! The room was brand new, the general manager and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. I absolutely loved this hotel. The nearby Shuidishan Hot Springs are fantastic! It's a truly relaxing and entertaining experience, a true Marriott hotel. I was surprised to find such an international brand hotel in Haifeng. There's also a free 24-hour gym on the fourth floor. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time.

GGuest UserThis was our second time staying at this hotel, visiting family and doing some sightseeing with my family of three. The environment and location are both quite good. We originally considered the Wyndham, but this hotel is newer. They even have robots deliver food to your room! However, I really have to complain about a few things. The shower water temperature was all over the place – sometimes scorching hot, almost boiling, and then suddenly freezing cold, constantly fluctuating. It was really frustrating. There's a master switch that turns off all the lights in the room, but it also turns off the air conditioning. I woke up at 3 AM sweating and had to get up to turn it back on. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear noises from both across the hall and next door. Perhaps it's a business hotel, so not having a child safety barrier is understandable, but it would be great if they could add one, as it's not a high-cost item.

2) If you forget your room card when you go out at night, the waiter will issue you an extra room card after verifying your identity
3) If there are any items left behind when checking out, we will do our best to help you retrieve them
4) The room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, everything is great

GGuest UserI don't usually comment, but I'm from Chaoshan and I come here because of its reputation. I upgraded the room type and lived in the parent-child loft. The environment and facilities are very good (it would be better if there was an air conditioner in the children's loft in summer and children's toothbrushes were provided). The entire camp, the rooms and the lake are very beautiful. The children played football and threw darts. The barbecue dinner atmosphere and ingredients are good. The open-air karaoke is also great. You can also fish around. Another impressive thing is that the staff's service attitude is very good, almost responsive. While waiting to check in, they took the initiative to provide toys for the children, and even tried their best to help me when my computer could not connect to the Internet. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities around. It is more suitable for retreat at present. However, Luyue Island has just started, and I believe it will get better and better.
