We chose this hotel when driving through Lufeng. I've stayed at several Hilton properties before, and this one felt like the best. Everything from the hotel's appearance, cleanliness, room facilities, to the staff service was almost perfect. Upon check-in, the front desk lady upgraded our room, making our stay experience exceed expectations. The view from the window was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, with both variety and quality being satisfying. The Shengfu Restaurant on the fifth floor offered good food for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. This hotel easily ranks among the top three for value for money out of all the places we've stayed in recent years. Highly recommended.

My child absolutely loved the bunk beds with the stairs and the cool themed tent. The most exciting part for them was picking up items delivered by the hotel robot right outside our room. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic.

The room facilities are great and the size is sufficient; the mattress isn't too soft either. The hotel staff are very service-oriented, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. From Sales Director Andy Zhou and Housekeeping Manager Jimmy Yang, who actively assisted us with our luggage, to Front Office Manager Martin Chen, who promptly helped us change rooms, and the housekeeping aunties who delivered ice buckets and latex pillows to us very quickly—everyone was fantastic. The breakfast was also good. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was a bit warm.

I didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc.

Staying here for my ancestral worship visit, and it's definitely the best option in the Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone right now. There's a McDonald's and Naixue downstairs, and a Starbucks just across the road. The front desk lady even upgraded my room, which I really appreciate! The hotel also has self-service laundry and dryers, and the bed and duvet were super comfortable.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with all the amenities you could need nearby. It's great for getting around and finding places to eat, offering excellent value for money. My stay here was perfect, no complaints at all! Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice. First of all, the parking of the B&B is very chaotic. There is no guidance when checking in, and there is no sign in the B&B. When no one is around, he basically hides in the corner sofa to play with his mobile phone or wears headphones. Third, the room lacks maintenance (the door lock of one room is broken, and one curtain cannot be drawn. Finally, the housekeeper helped to change the room). Finally, the hot pot with meat sent by the booking room feels like it has been in the refrigerator for many years. I really dare not eat it. Fortunately, I brought my own hot pot side dishes.
