BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

GGuest UserThe room design is super atmospheric, offering excellent value for money, even though it's on a higher floor of an apartment building. The room comes fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and projector. Plus, getting to the high-speed rail station is incredibly fast—just a few minutes' walk directly across a bridge. It's also very convenient for visiting Ermalu, Jinjingwan, and Honghaiwan.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

GGuest UserI canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

GGeltokThis hotel is located near the sea, and it’s beautiful. The staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They upgraded my room for free, and the check-in process was very quick.
I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna).
The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning.
As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable.
The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

GGuest UserI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德The hotel is nestled in a bustling and happening area of Shanwei, and was, overall, a great hotel for the purpose of a weekend getaway out of Shenzhen.
We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things
The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it
Highly recommend a stay here!
