BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

The layout of the room is reasonable, the lighting is very good, the sanitation is very thorough, and there is no smell. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. The staff is gentle, the service is intimate, the overall stay is comfortable and comfortable, it is worth buying back.

33212****The front desk service was warm and welcoming. The hygiene was excellent! The hotel is very new and offers great value for money. The location is convenient, with everything you need right downstairs, and free parking, which was much more than I expected. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserBreakfast buffet is good and the food provided is healthy; the service is very good and they will always provide Chinese tea to you while you are waiting in the lobby; the only suggestion I want to make is that there is no enough hooks for hanging clothes or towels inside the bathroom.

SSimonBBBBReally nice Chinese style hotel. Everything feels modern and in good repair. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is Chinese buffet style but really feels like care was taken over it, not drowning in grease etc. No problems with staff service. Good for access to the city centre and train station but be warned that Red Bay 红海湾 is about an hour away by car.

The night market is close to the hotel, and it is super convenient for us to have a big meal.
We can listen to relaxing music when we have a bath, and it really makes me feel relaxed. Niceeee....

MM12688****Excellent value for money! The window offers both sea and city views, which is incredibly relaxing to gaze at. The service was also top-notch; I asked for an extra blanket, and it was delivered to my room immediately. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional! After a long day of walking around streets like Ermalu, I'd return to the hotel and fall fast asleep on the comfortable bed. They even offer buckwheat and regular pillows, so you can choose what suits you best. Highly recommended overall!
