GGuest UserGiven that it's a town known for selling crystals, finding a relatively clean hotel here, with a fair price, is actually quite decent. You can tell the owner genuinely wants to do a good job, but the facilities are still quite lacking.
1. The bathroom floor drain was clogged and didn't drain properly, leading to standing water everywhere after a shower.
2. Room amenities were basic; they didn't even provide cotton swabs/Q-tips, though they did offer disposable towels and toilet seat covers.
3. The smart home features were a nice touch.
4. Service was merely adequate. Honestly, in Guangdong, you generally don't encounter stellar service, and for a business hotel at this price point, it's unrealistic to expect much more. My expectations were low: just having someone at the front desk for check-in and staff to tidy up the breakfast area was sufficient.
5. A security deposit? I'm genuinely speechless. There's nothing in the room to consume or damage, so I truly don't understand the need for a deposit. It's been ages since I stayed at a hotel that required one! And breakfast – issuing breakfast vouchers? What century are we in? Having to carry a physical voucher to eat breakfast; they really need to modernize! It should be straightforward to confirm breakfast inclusion by just providing the room number.

It's a great place for eating, drinking, and entertainment; there's a Jinbaiwei restaurant nearby with delicious local snacks. The only downside is the lack of a gym; it would be even better if it did! The service was excellent, and the front desk provided very detailed restaurant recommendations!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by mainly residential areas and two medium-sized shopping malls, and the supporting facilities are quite good. The surrounding greenery, water system and lakeside greenway are all well done. The hotel itself has large enough rooms, good hygiene and acceptable service. The only problem is that there is currently construction going on around the hotel.

I get up early when I’m on a business trip. The hotel has exquisite breakfast facilities. There are many types of meals and the taste is good. It is the first choice for business travelers. AAnonymous UserI have stayed at this hotel many times, the price is not only high, the environmental facilities are very good. They have a buffet breakfast and there are quite a lot of varieties. The front desk small magnesium service is particularly good, very impressed [happy], can not get up in the morning, joked to let him help me leave some breakfast, the next day really stayed. I also went to eat local specialty snacks. If you come to Shanwei again, you will still give priority.

The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good A/C.
