When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

My stay at the Grand Cloud Hotel Shenzhen Shanwei Bay left a fantastic impression on me! Even though the hotel isn't in the very center of Shanwei, its location is excellent, situated in a developing area right next to a fishing village. The environment is quiet and refreshing. The room was spacious and bright; the deluxe sea-view room I stayed in received plenty of sunlight during the day, and the balcony directly overlooked the fishing village and the sea, offering a natural yet diverse view. The fishing village has retained its original charm, and it's quite enjoyable to take a stroll there and experience local fishing life. The hotel service was exceptional. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very attentive, and I especially want to thank Shuangshuang for her meticulous service. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The steamed dim sum, in particular, was authentic and delicious, with dishes like phoenix claws, tripe, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai – very satisfying. Dining and entertainment options nearby are also convenient, and in the evenings, you can take a walk through the bustling and lively streets nearby. Overall, this hotel offers a beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, attentive service, and excellent value for money. The next time I visit Shenzhen Shanwei Bay, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The room is big. Not crowded at all. Convenient transportation But the health situation needs to be strengthened, there are cockroaches, let me come to clean up the room for a few hours and not come. I stay at this hotel for a few days every year, and I think that says it all, right? The hotel has a great location, right on the beach. It would be perfect if the infinity pool could be open to all guests. Also, I hope the water park for kids can be expanded.
