AAnonymous UserAn absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's service is truly textbook perfect. We arrived early but were still able to check in smoothly, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff's service was superb. The room's decor was minimalist yet cozy, and the bedding, from an imported brand, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, and the double vanity design was incredibly convenient. A pre-sleep soak in the tub was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered fresh ingredients, hot stir-fries, and freshly prepared local specialty dishes for the salad bar – the quality was amazing, definitely worth the price! The room layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for work and relaxation, allowing for comfortable work without disturbing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; we enjoyed a quiet environment even in the city center. The staff were professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They also offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a perfect stress-reliever during work breaks. The value for money is outstanding – this is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

MMs RainOverall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

CChak Wai Michael Ngan1) Because we need to arrive at the hotel at night to worship our ancestors, we called in advance to ensure that there was a room. The waiter was very polite and helped us ensure that the room was reserved.
2) If you forget your room card when you go out at night, the waiter will issue you an extra room card after verifying your identity
3) If there are any items left behind when checking out, we will do our best to help you retrieve them
4) The room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, everything is great

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time. From the moment I entered the lobby until check-out, everything was pleasant and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, so I slept very soundly. The front desk service was also warm and attentive; they were quick to respond and helpful whenever I had an issue. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc.
Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit.

SSilksThe location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes as it was close to the places we wanted to go to/see. We appreciated that our room didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The mattress and pillows guaranteed a good night's sleep. Our check-in experience was quick and smooth and the ladies at reception desk were so friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms.

Convenient transportation
But the health situation needs to be strengthened, there are cockroaches, let me come to clean up the room for a few hours and not come. The supporting facilities are old, the hair dryer is old-fashioned, there is no bathrobe, children's toothbrush, etc.!

BBeGreen379A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction.
The room is spacious and offers a great stay.
Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view.
I will definitely book again!
The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
