The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The service was thoughtful and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The details show the quality, so that the tired journey has the temperature of home. .

The room design is super atmospheric, offering excellent value for money, even though it's on a higher floor of an apartment building. The room comes fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and projector. Plus, getting to the high-speed rail station is incredibly fast—just a few minutes' walk directly across a bridge. It's also very convenient for visiting Ermalu, Jinjingwan, and Honghaiwan.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give a special shout-out to Annie at the front desk. Her service was warm and attentive; she processed our check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The room offered expansive views, with the seascape completely unobstructed – it truly created a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the scenery. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanwei.

The room is clean and sanitary, and the location is very good. It is right next to the seaside road and very close to the Red Sea Bay Scenic Area. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is also close to the sea castle. You can rent an electric car at the homestay. The service of the lady is enthusiastic. It was a great experience. I will stay here again next time I come to travel.

There are two shopping malls nearby, and plenty of late-night food stalls downstairs. Parking is convenient with many individual spots in the basement. I'm planning to stay another night today. The room is also very neat and clean. I didn't take pictures of the room, just some from the night market, haha.

She surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking the sea, and we sincerely appreciate her generosity and warm welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes to suit every taste. My family and I also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent coffee served every morning—it was one of the highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree by Hilton Shanwei for creating such a memorable experience. We truly felt at home and will definitely return on our next visit to Shanwei. I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. It's very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the same distance from the buses to the beaches. It's quiet and peaceful, although I was alone in the common room. Overall, a good place.

The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
