Facilities: Great, the room is beautiful, conveniently designed, clean, and comfortable. Service: The service is very warm, especially the restaurant staff. Environment: The restaurant is the biggest highlight, very beautiful, connected to the outdoor pool deck, and the plants around the pool are also great. The buffet at the restaurant is incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel, with many small desserts. Overall, a hotel with excellent value for money.

I always stay here whenever I visit, but this time the experience was a bit disappointing. It has many positives, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back to Surabaya and staying here. Let me talk about the negatives. I drove all the way from Bali, feeling a bit tired and unwell. I wanted to check my blood pressure, but when I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't have a blood pressure monitor. I believe a blood pressure monitor and some simple health check tools should be readily available. They're not large pieces of equipment, and it's essential for hotels to have some basic medical supplies for guests who feel unwell. This is just my personal suggestion. Also, during holidays or public festival days, the hotel's advantage of convenient transportation and being connected to a mall turns into a nightmare. You have to wait a long time for the elevator to get to the basement parking, and finding a parking spot becomes extremely difficult.

the room is really comfy, the breakfast was great, but i hape there’s another option for the savory one, especially the western food. the coffee was really good even though it came from a coffee machine, i got a 7th floor room and the night view was great, also really close to Graha Pena, there are a plenty options of food there, so if you’re hungry at night, just walk for 15-20 minutes and you’re arrived for me the location was great, near to airport and some of bus offices, but in front of it was a train track, so even at night it kinda noisy, the room isn’t a soundproof room, i can hear a lot of noises from the room besides me

Excellent value for money! I stayed in Surabaya for over 10 days and tried several hotels, and this one truly stands out for its breakfast quality. They offer a wide variety of fruits, various local desserts (though I didn't quite dare to try them), and even ice cream. What I particularly loved, though, was the daily availability of hot ginger and hot cinnamon tea.

Very good hotel. The service and staff are some of the best i have seen so far. The taste of the food included in the breakfast is very good to. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping doesnt mess with your stuff when your not there. The only stuff i can think of this hotel could improve on is stuff others mentioned before already: Very loud traffic,some of the drivers think they are valentino rossi.. so some more soundproofing would be recommended. The airconditioning is ok in deluxe premiere and higher rooms,i booked a deluxe double wich ment me and my girl were being cooked alive but the staff upgraded our room to deluxe premiere for free wich was absolutely very nice of them. The water pressure is ok but could be a little higher. And the food despite tasting very good is being held warm on electri hotplates but they need to set these to a higher temperature for some of the food so that its still warm after it has left the kitchen. Final verdict: 4.5 stars out of 5 and would recommend this hotel to others but as foreigner who struggles with indonesian temperatures i recommend you book a deluxe premiere or better room.

Stayed for one night during a layover. Overall, it was good. It's rare to find a hotel where you're not bothered by street noise downstairs. The only downside is the restaurant food is terrible and there's nothing else around. My advice is to eat before you arrive.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and well-maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. The amenities offered were greatly appreciated and added to the convenience of our stay. We found the staff to be exceptionally courteous and always willing to assist with any requests.

Our stay here was really great; the staff throughout the property were very, very friendly and helpful. Good location, a varied selection of delicious breakfasts. Comfortable rooms, including a pool and spa. If we ever come back here, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was great, clean, and even had Netflix so we could watch movies. The food was delicious, and the location in the city center near Bambu Runcing was perfect for watching the Surabaya Vaganza. The service was friendly, everything was good for the price. Recommended for families.

Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!
