GGuest UserI'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It offers incredible value for money. All the staff were so welcoming and the hotel facilities are top-notch. It was my first time staying on the 23rd floor and the view was amazing. The gym and pool were very clean, and there's even a bar. It's truly a perfect place to relax.

Only 1 shortcomings: the door can't shield the the room from sound in the corridors totally, I can clearly heard the knockings and bell ringing from other rooms at night. But in general, it's still a quite decent hotel to stay.

AAilianbaochongfubaoI wouldn't recommend this hotel. While the service was somewhat warm, the variety and taste of the breakfast food were the only highlights. The room was tiny, and the in-room facilities were mediocre, at least significantly smaller than other hotels in the same price range. The most unbearable part was the terrible soundproofing. For two consecutive nights, my neighbors were different groups leaving in the early morning to see the volcano, and I could hear their every word clearly, making it impossible to sleep. This poor sleep quality directly affected my business schedule during the day.

GGuest UserThe room was large and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It also featured a big bathtub; however, there was NO hot water during the night (hot water returned in the morning).The sink was not flushing. For a one-night stay, it was tolerable it was not a major issue.

SShamin NurehanVery nice modern bizlike hotel. A bit too far off from the city centre and worst if it’s during peak times. Hotel staffs mostly are friendly but there are some who are a bit too busy to care about visitors. We didn’t really use the facilities there like restaurants or the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

AAYP91I requested a non-smoking room, but I could smell strong cigarette smoke every night, which disturbed my sleep. The air conditioner was also not cold, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature because the remote control was broken. No floor mat was provided, and the hotel itself feels quite old and in need of upgrades. My transportation keep registering every time I went out. Overall, the best thing about this hotel is its strategic location. It’s easy to access restaurants, malls, and several attractions within walking distance. The staffs also very friendly. To repeat again? I don’t think so. Better to find another best place to stay for you to have a memorable nights in Surabaya 🙌🏼..

MMindFlayerVery friendly staff. You receive a warm welcome and yes, luggage is brought to your room. Room service is fast and efficient. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection; you can even have your own eggs, pancakes, and waffles made to order.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it
