I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and humble staff who made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the food. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and attentive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. A perfect blend of great service, comfort, and amazing food—I'll definitely be returning!

Breakfast is good, it is set on Ctrip Travel Online, I do n’t know what happened, some are deducted from the hotel, some still need to pay at the hotel, but they are also deducted at a certain time, which is very confused.

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

The towel rack and safe in the bathroom were positioned too high, making them completely out of reach for a petite person like me. The next day, I asked them to place the towels where I could reach them, but I never used the safe. The chair was also too high and couldn't be adjusted, making it difficult to sit on and dangerous, so I never used it. I arrived late at night and had the wrong date, so there was no reservation for the day I arrived. The female staff member who dealt with me was unfriendly and rude. In the end, I was able to stay thanks to a friend's contact, but the other staff were very kind.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at AIRPORT CITY HOTEL, Kolkata. The ambience was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, with an exceptionally spotless bathroom. I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

Room, food, service, all good accept morning front office stuff. They kept so long to get room when room look like vacant from long time, i was almost four hours to get room, all-ready i told them i have flight early midnight, thank you
