The building has a lot of history , and its features are well preserved. The rooms are clean and tight. Loved the freshness of diner and same counts for breakfast!
The Nepali local coffee in the French press was tasty.
The staff is wonderful and well mannered ! A true delight to stay here !

GGuest UserThe location is good. You can go shopping downstairs. It is not far from the airport (Nepal's transportation is not that fast, so it takes about half an hour). It is a very good hotel for the local area, equivalent to the domestic Four Seasons or Kaiyuan Hotel

GGuest UserThis hotel was located in a very clean and quiet area, and was very conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Thamel district.
The only issue I had was difficulty adjusting the shower temperature, but otherwise I had no particular issues and enjoyed my stay.
The breakfast buffet was wide and had a wide selection to choose from.
The breakfast venue was on the 8th floor and could be eaten on the balcony with a mountain view.
I requested a transfer on my way back, and they were happy to accommodate.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

YYogandraMy overall stay at this hotel was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Facilities met expectations and most aspects of the stay were enjoyable.
However, I did experience a major disturbance during the night due to construction work happening around midnight. It woke me up, and I had to call twice before the noise finally stopped. For future guests, I strongly suggest ensuring that no construction or maintenance work is carried out during sleeping hours, especially when guests are in adjacent rooms.
Aside from this incident, everything else was excellent, and I would still consider staying here again.

NN SolA great hotel in the heart of the Thamel district. Both the rooms and common areas are decorated in a national style, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor is fantastic – delicious food with a diverse breakfast buffet and an extensive menu for other meals, including both local and European dishes. The hotel also has a very good spa, though it doesn't operate late into the evening. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable.

GGuest UserThe room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist.
I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent.
In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour.
The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet.
That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.
