HHsiehTsaiLinI stayed in Kathmandu for a few nights this time and really loved the vibe of this hotel. The room was super comfortable, giving me that cozy 'home away from home' feeling. The bed was great too; coming back and lying down on it every day felt so relaxing. The room was kept very clean, and the overall environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed at all while sleeping.
The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the water pressure was strong, which made showers really comfortable – a truly important detail for travelers. The location was also very convenient; I could walk to many places. There were money exchange spots and a small supermarket nearby, making it very easy to get daily necessities.
Overall, it's a hotel that makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. If I come back to Kathmandu, I would definitely want to stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nepal.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring.
The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices.
The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

Iibike ihike iroam iswim iflyThe stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae.
The hotel is truly a boutique one.
Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis.
The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help.
Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest.
Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.

GGuest UserI had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

AAwesome3850If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. Also, everything is well-maintained, including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that older hotels have gardens and great locations, they can't compare to newer facilities. The breakfast had a nice view, too.

YYogandraMy overall stay at this hotel was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Facilities met expectations and most aspects of the stay were enjoyable.
However, I did experience a major disturbance during the night due to construction work happening around midnight. It woke me up, and I had to call twice before the noise finally stopped. For future guests, I strongly suggest ensuring that no construction or maintenance work is carried out during sleeping hours, especially when guests are in adjacent rooms.
Aside from this incident, everything else was excellent, and I would still consider staying here again.

MMatthew1122The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the service, as well as the food is excellent. The rooms however, are very old and small (we were able to change rooms after bringing this up with reception). The location is in Thamel and getting to nearby attractions is convenient

GGuest UserThe room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist.
I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent.
In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour.
The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet.
That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.

NN SolA great hotel in the heart of the Thamel district. Both the rooms and common areas are decorated in a national style, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor is fantastic – delicious food with a diverse breakfast buffet and an extensive menu for other meals, including both local and European dishes. The hotel also has a very good spa, though it doesn't operate late into the evening. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable.
Highly recommend.
