GGuest UserThe room was clean and bright. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even prepared a small gift and afternoon tea for our New Year's stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite convenient to get to tourist attractions by car, taxi, or subway. Next time I'm in Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Excellent
DdyhxPleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking.
Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing.
I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster.
But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

As someone catching an early flight, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I arrived, I found that the hotel was incredibly new, impeccably clean and tidy both inside and out. The bedding and bathroom facilities in the room were refreshingly comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Plus, there were plenty of takeout options nearby, which was super convenient when I didn't feel like going out to eat. The room even had small snacks, which was a thoughtful touch.
The service, however, deserves the most praise! The staff were enthusiastic throughout my stay, and the butler was incredibly attentive, proactively helping me book airport transfers. Especially Driver Fang, who took me to the airport – he was absolutely wonderful! My flight was early in the morning, and not only was he punctual, but he was also very polite during the ride, helping me with my luggage without any fuss. This stay was a perfect experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station.
All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

CChiangYeemingChoosing the Jiangjing Holiday Hotel on the west bank of Ganjiang River for our trip during the National Day holiday was definitely the right decision. We're a family of three, and the receptionist, a handsome boy, upgraded us to a river-view suite, which gave us a fantastic view of the stunning Tengwang Pavilion across the river. The hotel's parking was convenient, and it was super easy to take the metro to the attractions on the other side. Breakfast was plentiful, although the omelet made by the chef didn’t look too great. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Ssunnyferrero1. **Hardware:** Hard to rate. It's hard to believe this hotel has only been open for two years. The shower door doesn't close properly, so the entire bathroom gets wet after a shower. The sink drain is slow. Housekeeping wasn't thorough; there were still hairs from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. The room has countless light switches, making turning lights on and off feel like a game of hide-and-seek. The toilet seat is uneven and wobbly.
2. **Service:** Decent. They have robots for delivering food and water. The breakfast is quite rich and includes some local specialties. The service attitude is also good.
3. **Location:** A bit hard to rate. It's not near the subway or any tourist attractions. You can only take a taxi to get around. However, there's a large park right next to the hotel, which is great for relaxation and a stroll.
4. **Recommendation:** Not suitable for first-time visitors to Nanchang. It's more suited for business travelers or those looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

UUncle Junior OfficialHotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new.
Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all.
Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that.
Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

GGuest UserNanchang Sunac Shibo Hotel Group is really great! The location is superb, right by the Jiulong Lake Sunac Cultural Tourism City, close to the Jiulong Lake South Station of Metro Line 2, and it is very convenient to go to Sunac Mall, Sunac Park and Sunac Sea World. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy bathroom and large space, and the lake view room can enjoy the beautiful Jiulong Lake and garden scenery. The hotel buffet breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel service is also very considerate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the front desk Shushu is enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home.

GGuest UserI went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.
