QQingfuchenxiaoI stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

The main reason is that the hotel's front office service is so considerate, and Xiao Lai, I can feel your company with high emotional intelligence, which makes people feel happy. Every detail of the hotel was done very well, making us feel the meticulous care. The main thing is that the breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. There are many varieties. Whether checking in or checking out, the hotel's service process was very smooth, making us feel very convenient and comfortable. Every time there is a need, the hotel staff actively takes advantage of it, which makes us feel more respected. The hotel's lake view is stunning. The transportation is convenient and traveling is very convenient. I will come again next time.

KKuaileshenghuodexiaotaiyangaThe location is on the side of Bayi Square, walking for 3-5 minutes, quiet in the middle of noisy, the service details are very good, we arrived at the early morning train to see the flag raising ceremony to go to the hotel to store luggage, the front desk enthusiastically checked more than the room immediately arranged to stay, 8 o'clock Enter the room to rest for a morning. Some rooms can see Bayi Square. The hotel lobby is stylish, although the facilities in the room are not new, but very clean, there is a 5 yuan discount price for Jiangxi dumpling juice (the brand forgot), there is a free hand-washing shirt service, free rental Hanfu service... In short, this hotel has made the service perfect, recommend friends to rest assured.

During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The revolving restaurant on the 26th floor offers superb views, and the overall ambiance is grand and elegant. The hotel has a 25-meter standard swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, which is great for guests who like to exercise. The only drawbacks are that some facilities are a bit dated and not well-maintained, and guests were smoking in the gym. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short trips.

DDarren24Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns)
Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

BbravefishsThe Jiangxi Hotel is advertised as an old five-star hotel. Its location is decent, right next to a subway station, but the facilities are quite outdated. When I was first checked in, they made a point of saying it was an 'upgraded room.' However, the room had an incredibly strong musty smell; I literally couldn't breathe, which is a first for me in any hotel. I'm not sure if it was intentional. They then moved me to an adjacent room, which still had a musty smell, though it became slightly better after airing it out for a bit. They claimed this room was better because the carpet had been replaced compared to the previous one, but the duvet felt damp, so I had to take it out to the balcony to air. There were also too few pillows, and when the main light was turned on, I could see a lot of dust and dirt on it. I just endured the night, but the experience was not good. Breakfast was acceptable. In the future, I'll need to be much more careful when choosing a hotel.

The room is large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, massager, and smart toilet. The service is also very good, and they upgraded my room for free. Thank you
