Facilities: Spacious rooms, luxurious and upscale lobby. Cleanliness: Very meticulous, with well-packaged towels and bath towels. Environment: Surrounded by a forest park and Wuyue Plaza, the environment is pleasant and convenient, and we even saw a beautiful rainbow. Service: Top-notch service; all the girls at the front desk were very pretty.

Nice and beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very good hospitality that I received throughout my 4 day stay. Great location, easily to access either by subway or high speed train.

Passing through Nanchang on our drive back to Shenzhen, we specifically chose this hotel because it's very close to the highway exit, which was super convenient. The hotel is a bit older, but the parking lot is huge and parking was easy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and efficient with check-in, and they helped us with our luggage. When they heard we had an early start the next day, they even asked if we'd like a packed breakfast to take with us, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom, well-equipped, and we even received complimentary fruit. It's surrounded by a villa area, so there weren't many guests, making it very quiet!

Comfortable environment, excellent service! Very convenient for getting to the scenic spots! I loved the decorative paintings on the floor, and I've captured them all in my camera to take home! I'll definitely come back to visit if I get the chance!

Nanchang Sunac Shibo Hotel Group is really great! The location is superb, right by the Jiulong Lake Sunac Cultural Tourism City, close to the Jiulong Lake South Station of Metro Line 2, and it is very convenient to go to Sunac Mall, Sunac Park and Sunac Sea World. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy bathroom and large space, and the lake view room can enjoy the beautiful Jiulong Lake and garden scenery. The hotel buffet breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel service is also very considerate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the front desk Shushu is enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home.

Facilities: The room was impeccably clean and cozy, blending modern and classic elements seamlessly. Hot water was instant, and all the amenities matched the high-end hotels we usually frequent. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so my dog had a blast! Cleanliness: Both the room and the lobby, as well as the surrounding environment, were beautiful and elegant, very well-appointed. Service: The staff were warm, professional, and even helped us with our luggage. Their explanations and recommendations were spot-on! Flawless! Highly recommend.

This hotel I chose for my business trip deserves a five-star rating! The front desk staff was super efficient during check-in; everything was done in three minutes. He even offered me a glass of lemonade, saying he noticed I was sweating from my journey, which instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise – I could enjoy local specialty mixed rice noodles and clay pot soup without having to go out, which was absolutely fantastic! At checkout, the front desk proactively asked if I needed to print my itinerary, with zero delays throughout the process. This level of service and attention to detail perfectly hits all the right notes for business travelers. Next time I'm in this city for work, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

My stay at the hotel was very good, I am very happy with my stay, staff were nice enough to even bump me to a bigger room. Location is great, right outside the metro, room was kept clean and breakfast options were good. They also have a laundry room to wash clothes and a fitness room to get that run in. Overall, the hotel is great if you are looking for affordability.

Regarding the environment: The room was very clean. The main thing was its proximity to Nanchang West Station, and the room had a beautiful view – I could just lie down and enjoy the lake view. Regarding the service: During my period, I called the front desk, and they promptly sent up sanitary pads and brown sugar. It felt very heartwarming. Regarding cleanliness: I stayed for several days, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. One day, I accidentally pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button, but the cleaning lady still went in. I only found out when the front desk called me. This attention to detail really put me at ease. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, and it offered good value for money!

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.
