FeiyingdetiankongPassing through Nanchang on our drive back to Shenzhen, we specifically chose this hotel because it's very close to the highway exit, which was super convenient. The hotel is a bit older, but the parking lot is huge and parking was easy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and efficient with check-in, and they helped us with our luggage. When they heard we had an early start the next day, they even asked if we'd like a packed breakfast to take with us, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom, well-equipped, and we even received complimentary fruit. It's surrounded by a villa area, so there weren't many guests, making it very quiet!

Guest UserThe room was spacious and bright, and the staff were very polite and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issues and resolve them promptly. The hotel was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a swimming pool. As expected of a brand-name hotel, the experience was great. The location was excellent, and the receptionist, Lina, was quick to process my check-in. I felt completely relaxed, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

TANG*1970We made a last-minute decision to switch hotels (the AC at our previous hotel wasn't working, and my little one was drenched in sweat). Unfortunately, the Shangri-La was fully booked, but we managed to find a family room at the Hilton, so we quickly made a reservation.
Soon after booking, Ms. Diana from the Sheraton called my husband to confirm the reservation and asked if we had any special requests. Honestly, that gesture warmed my heart.
The next day, after checking out, we headed straight to the Sheraton. The front desk staff saw Diana's note in the system and offered a complimentary breakfast for my little one, which was very thoughtful! Ms. Diana also came over to greet us; it felt like meeting a kind relative.
I really liked the decor style of this Sheraton. It's understated yet luxurious, calm yet grand, and you can tell the designer put a lot of thought into it. In the evening, the sunlight streaming into the elevator lobby created a romantic, painterly atmosphere.
Our family room had an excellent view, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion. We enjoyed watching the colors of the pavilion change against the night sky across the river, which was incredibly pleasant. The bathroom design in the room was also very clever; the shower and toilet each had their own enclosed space, providing privacy. The fixtures were all Duravit, a top-tier brand. Both the sink and shower had fast water flow and good pressure, and I was especially pleased that there was no water overflowing onto the floor after showering. Excellent! Oh, and the pure white duvet cover had elegant white patterns that were truly beautiful! The two down pillows had different heights, so there was one suitable for everyone.
The executive lounge at the hotel offered a good variety of food, and the taste was quite good. Breakfast was only available on the first floor, as the lounge wasn't open. There was still a decent selection of breakfast items; the ceramic pot soup was delicious, and the mixed noodles were also good, though the coffee beans were a bit acidic.
Upon checkout, we ran into Ms. Diana again, and she asked about our stay. Honestly, we've stayed at quite a few high-star hotels, but this was the first time we encountered someone as dedicated and genuinely caring about guests as Diana. We must extend our sincere thanks to her 🌹.
Overall, the Sheraton Nanchang is definitely worth my time to write this recommendation!

Choosing the Jiangjing Holiday Hotel on the west bank of Ganjiang River for our trip during the National Day holiday was definitely the right decision. We're a family of three, and the receptionist, a handsome boy, upgraded us to a river-view suite, which gave us a fantastic view of the stunning Tengwang Pavilion across the river. The hotel's parking was convenient, and it was super easy to take the metro to the attractions on the other side. Breakfast was plentiful, although the omelet made by the chef didn’t look too great. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Nanchang Sunac Shibo Hotel Group is really great! The location is superb, right by the Jiulong Lake Sunac Cultural Tourism City, close to the Jiulong Lake South Station of Metro Line 2, and it is very convenient to go to Sunac Mall, Sunac Park and Sunac Sea World. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy bathroom and large space, and the lake view room can enjoy the beautiful Jiulong Lake and garden scenery. The hotel buffet breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel service is also very considerate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the front desk Shushu is enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

HaoxuehuichiyuThis hotel I chose for my business trip deserves a five-star rating! The front desk staff was super efficient during check-in; everything was done in three minutes. He even offered me a glass of lemonade, saying he noticed I was sweating from my journey, which instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise – I could enjoy local specialty mixed rice noodles and clay pot soup without having to go out, which was absolutely fantastic! At checkout, the front desk proactively asked if I needed to print my itinerary, with zero delays throughout the process. This level of service and attention to detail perfectly hits all the right notes for business travelers. Next time I'm in this city for work, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

sweet~0419✅ **Room Experience**: The room was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk kindly upgraded us to a Courtyard Room, which boasted a spacious private courtyard. The decor was modern and upscale, with excellent natural light. Opening the window to lush greenery instantly lifted my spirits. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows were just the right height – I slept soundly all night! The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The facilities were brand new, including a separate shower and high-speed Wi-Fi. Even the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent – a detail-oriented person like me absolutely loved it! However, the toilet in the room wasn't smart, which made it a bit cold to use in winter.
✅ **Front Desk Service**: From the moment we stepped out of the car until check-in, the entire experience was fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, with a truly heartwarming smile. She patiently answered all our questions and proactively recommended nearby attractions and dining options. Check-in was quick, with no long waits, and we were even thoughtfully presented with welcome fruits and a small gift upon arrival. However, the hotel didn't have a porter, which was a slight disappointment for a five-star hotel. Thankfully, the lady also offered to help with our luggage when we checked out, remaining enthusiastic and thorough throughout. My impression of the service was overwhelmingly positive!
✅ **Gym**: A dream come true for fitness enthusiasts! The hotel gym was exceptionally well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, yoga mats – everything you could need. All the equipment was new and operated smoothly, without any signs of age or damage. The environment was clean and tidy, with good ventilation, preventing any stuffiness. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the garden, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery while working out – talk about ambiance! The accompanying changing rooms and showers were also very clean and well-appointed, making for an excellent experience!
✅ **Kids' Club**: A must-visit for families with children! The Kids' Club was spacious and adorably decorated, featuring soft floor mats, colorful slides, building blocks, and a picture book area. My child had a blast the moment they walked in. Safety measures were excellent, with protective features on all equipment, allowing parents to relax and free their hands. The club was regularly cleaned and disinfected, with no odors – a perfect score for attention to detail. Happy kids, relaxed parents!
✅ **Breakfast Experience**: Skip breakfast here; I don't recommend booking a room with breakfast included. There are many local breakfast options nearby that are much better than the hotel's offering.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would recommend it.

I went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.
