The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. The service staff are enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes great. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wenling.

Excellent hotel, I had a very positive experience!
I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare.
I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated.
If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Solo Hot Spring Retreat: The public hot springs were very quiet and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing soak.
Facilities: Excellent. They even provide disposable razors for men and disposable sewing kits.
Environment: The room was very spacious and quiet. The balcony was perfect for enjoying tea and the outdoor views.
Service: Robot delivery for takeout, plus thoughtful service from the butler.
The hotel's Xianju noodles were a generous portion for only 36 yuan (the server auntie was very kind and practical, advising me to order just enough).
The hotel breakfast was very satisfying (I loved the beef congee, fish skin congee, and the various Xianju snacks).
One regret: It rained those few days, so I couldn't visit Shenxianju. I'll definitely come back next time!

Guest UserWe were satisfied with the room, and the kids were the happiest because we booked a family room with bunk beds. The room was clean, and the toiletries for the kids were provided. The bathroom had double sinks, which was thoughtful. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there weren't many guests at the hotel. Breakfast was ordered at check-in and delivered to the room. The breakfast restaurant was closed, but dinner was available. We ate at a nearby cultural fishing village, which was very nice, about a 10-minute drive away. The Fantawild Adventure park next door was surprisingly empty these past two days; all the rides were available immediately without queuing, practically like we had the park to ourselves. We could easily go back two or three times. However, some rides have specific opening hours; not all are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There weren't many food options inside the park. We ordered a bowl of beef noodles from Chen Balang for 78 yuan, and I think there was also a KFC. It should have been enough to fill us up. Because it's the off-season, many restaurants and small shops were closed, making the whole park feel a bit deserted.

The hotel's ambiance is a major plus. Firstly, its location is excellent, right next to Guoqing Temple. Secondly, the exterior is aesthetically pleasing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby's decor is also quite artistic and tasteful.
As for facilities, the breakfast restaurant on the third floor offers a great selection. On the first floor, there's a vegetarian noodle shop and a popular 'influencer' coffee shop.
The service stands out with many activities available. I participated in the Guoqing Temple exploration, which was very rewarding. The Yijinjing exercise class was also good, and they even offered complimentary congee in the evening.

The room was spacious with a great view. The best part, however, was the service. They upgraded our room for free upon arrival and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. I forgot something and they proactively contacted me to help mail it back. Thumbs up to Luly! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Guest UserTraveling to Shenxianju, I specifically chose the Pullman Taizhou Shenxianju hotel. It felt like a hidden paradise nestled amidst mountains and water. The new Chinese-style garden is elegant and serene, and I could embrace the lush green mountains right from my window. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. A special thanks to Agnes, whose service was warm, thoughtful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The entire experience was excellent, making it an ideal choice for a vacation.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The air quality in the surrounding area is fresh, with high levels of negative ions – truly a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; they not only processed our check-in but also booked our Shenxianju tour for the next day. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Shenxianju. There are shuttle buses at the North Gate that take you to the South Gate. You can enter through the South Gate, explore the main attractions along the way, and then exit via the North Gate, making it easy to get back to the hotel and save energy.

YeyulinWhen I checked in, I realized my booking didn't include breakfast. Since it wasn't a holiday, I asked the front desk if they could arrange two breakfasts for us. The staff just flat out told me, 'We haven't provided complimentary breakfast for over half a year, so no.' I was thinking, 'Wow, that's quite a stance!' At other five-star hotels I've stayed at, as long as it's not a holiday, a simple request to the front desk for two breakfasts is usually accommodated – we wouldn't even ask during holidays. Their 'we haven't served breakfast in six months' line genuinely made me chuckle sarcastically. I didn't bother arguing further. They didn't even upgrade our room. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the staff's attitude was just something else.

Anonymous UserFive points more or call the staff of the day, Xiao Chen is patient and responsible, from the beginning of the reservation of the room, the patient video, after importing, in the group communication needs, are very online
All other staff including is very good
Coming to the sea view outside the bathtub and balcony, the unit price of nearly 1500 is not cheap, and the Hyatt Marriott in Shanghai at the same price can basically live casually.
Fortunately, the balcony lived up to expectations, there were few large diameter round bathtubs, hot water was stable, and the hotel could think about whether there were better measures in the summer.
The room is separated from wet and dry, the sink is beautiful, and the design is slightly less practical and easy to splash out.
The space area inside the room is large enough, or a small problem with the design. In fact, the designer can design a more level. Such a large area is a bit wasteful to go minimalist.
The breakfast is clean and there is a local Wenling cake that is delicious. It would be better if the variety could be more.
I wish it better and better here, I have a chance to come again ☺️
