GGuest UserI checked in late at night, and there was a minor issue at first, but Managers He and Li Kaibin were quick to respond and offered a very satisfactory solution. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time. The overall experience was great, the breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to the North Gate. Highly recommended!

I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare.
I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated.
If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. The service staff are enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes great. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wenling.

✨ Immersive Fairytale Experience with Full Thematic Atmosphere
The hotel takes 'Boonie Bears: A Wild Life' as its creative core. From the lobby to the hallways and rooms, Boonie Bears elements are everywhere, creating an incredibly immersive atmosphere.
• In the lobby, Boonie, Bramble, and Vick soft toys are dotted around. My child got excited and interacted with them as soon as we entered, feeling like they'd stepped into the animated world.
• The elevators are designed like tree hollows, the hallway walls are painted with forest scenes, and room numbers are hidden among leaves. Every step felt like an adventure.
• The room design was incredibly thoughtful: a treehouse nightlight by the bed, Boonie Bears map bedsheets, bear-head shaped toothbrushes, and even the pillows were little bear shapes – soft, cute, and comforting.

SShijianziyouzheThe package voucher booked can be used after the holiday. The price is affordable and the room type is upgraded. The accompanying dinner is much more cost-effective than a la carte. The ingredients are fresh and taste great. The complimentary fruits and good night desserts are also delicious. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are local special snacks.
The location is excellent, right next to the Guoqing Temple scenic area. To see the Shiliang Waterfall, Huading Azalea and other scenic spots, you only need to walk to the tourist center. There are special buses to take you there, which is very convenient for transfers. It's just that the road is dark at night, and there are no fun and good restaurants nearby, so it's not suitable for going out, but the hotel has arranged a variety of activities, and the food is also very good😋

IiamkaaaThe room was spacious with a great view. The best part, however, was the service. They upgraded our room for free upon arrival and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. I forgot something and they proactively contacted me to help mail it back. Thumbs up to Luly! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was fantastic! Lior at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, giving us detailed information about travel tips and local attractions. Our trip truly offered a one-stop experience for dining, entertainment, and fun, exceeding all our expectations. Two things about the hotel particularly impressed us. Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding, providing a true five-star hotel experience. The presentation and variety of dishes were amazing; every single item was delicious. The mini wontons tasted just like childhood memories, and the pan-fried buns and potstickers really showcased their high quality. The salad and Eggs Benedict clearly demonstrated the chef's dedication and skill. This was an enjoyable trip with five-star service and a five-star experience!

XXichengmaliThis hotel is located in Lianhua Town, up in the mountains. It's about a 30-minute drive from the foot of the mountain and a 20-minute drive to Guoqing Temple. From the moment you check in, you can feel it's a resort-style property. The staff are warm, attentive, and thoughtful, offering welcome tea and sweet soup. You can even light an incense stick to completely shed off the fatigue of your journey.
The hotel's interior lighting is dim, creating a serene atmosphere. We received an upgraded room, which was spacious and comfortable, featuring a living room and a balcony, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. The room came with fruit, quality tea, and incense. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The pool facilities are excellent, and it's never crowded.
The breakfast, while not spectacular, was sufficient.
A highlight of the Tiantai Jiasu is the variety of mindfulness activities offered, which guests can choose from. I opted for the evening meditation, and the instructor was very enthusiastic, even giving tips for exploring Tiantai. The evening's free-flow drinks were a nice touch, and the service was excellent.
The hotel's restaurant provided good service. We ordered à la carte that evening, and the food was delicious and, more importantly, reasonably priced.
Objectively, although some facilities show a bit of age, it doesn't detract from the overall stay. The high level of service, delivered with soft voices, makes you feel refreshed. I would definitely choose this leisure resort again in the future.

YYeyulinWhen I checked in, I realized my booking didn't include breakfast. Since it wasn't a holiday, I asked the front desk if they could arrange two breakfasts for us. The staff just flat out told me, 'We haven't provided complimentary breakfast for over half a year, so no.' I was thinking, 'Wow, that's quite a stance!' At other five-star hotels I've stayed at, as long as it's not a holiday, a simple request to the front desk for two breakfasts is usually accommodated – we wouldn't even ask during holidays. Their 'we haven't served breakfast in six months' line genuinely made me chuckle sarcastically. I didn't bother arguing further. They didn't even upgrade our room. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the staff's attitude was just something else.

11968youkeThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The air quality in the surrounding area is fresh, with high levels of negative ions – truly a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; they not only processed our check-in but also booked our Shenxianju tour for the next day. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Shenxianju. There are shuttle buses at the North Gate that take you to the South Gate. You can enter through the South Gate, explore the main attractions along the way, and then exit via the North Gate, making it easy to get back to the hotel and save energy.
