GGuest UserSolo Hot Spring Retreat: The public hot springs were very quiet and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing soak.
Facilities: Excellent. They even provide disposable razors for men and disposable sewing kits.
Environment: The room was very spacious and quiet. The balcony was perfect for enjoying tea and the outdoor views.
Service: Robot delivery for takeout, plus thoughtful service from the butler.
The hotel's Xianju noodles were a generous portion for only 36 yuan (the server auntie was very kind and practical, advising me to order just enough).
The hotel breakfast was very satisfying (I loved the beef congee, fish skin congee, and the various Xianju snacks).
One regret: It rained those few days, so I couldn't visit Shenxianju. I'll definitely come back next time!

I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare.
I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated.
If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. The service staff are enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes great. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wenling.

AAnonymous UserThis service praise is to call the staff at the front desk of the hotel because he did not give a bad review. Before this, he had already been with Fangte's customer service. Because I bought the tickets for the two-day and two-day parks, the staff did not inform that the tickets need to be used together. The water park expired and then the dramatic thing came. I went to the water park and was told that I could enter but I needed to go to the ticketing center. People gave me a ticket change. I felt unreasonable. Complaint about Fangte. Then the customer service told me this common sense. I don’t have common sense. I ask if no one tells me. Tickets can know that going to Luyuan is equivalent to activation of the water park double garden is separate face entry is also separate tickets are bought for money or sent. Fangte spent 5,000 yuan to me. I don’t have common sense. I have to say that the ticket is really angry. Later, it was the hotel front desk. Explain to me that you can enter the normal separate ticket purchase, but I bought a ticket, so I have to go in together and say that it is a staff error. I can understand that the work error is so difficult. I have to give me a stunt. It’s really enough for the park. The ticket is stated in the validity period. I used my water park once and it was useless. It was valid until 9.23 Day and the ticketing center staff said that it did not expire. This is not a loophole. What is the hotel park? Is it not a system? I bought three adult tickets and went to one big and one small at 12 o'clock. Check out for up to an hour and a half without giving me service. the Badger

KkaibemimiThe room was spacious and bright, with high ceilings, and a modern, newly renovated design with sophisticated color schemes. The staff were all professional and enthusiastic. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties, and the restaurant on the 28th floor had fantastic views. There were no strange odors in the room. The only minor drawback was sharing elevators with the H Hotel, which sometimes led to longer waits or crowded rides. Fortunately, you need to use a key card for the elevators, and the Four Points rooms are all on higher floors. The area downstairs was lively, and getting to attractions like Ziyang Street required a taxi, which was quite convenient.

XXiakexingThe hotel's ambiance is a major plus. Firstly, its location is excellent, right next to Guoqing Temple. Secondly, the exterior is aesthetically pleasing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby's decor is also quite artistic and tasteful.
As for facilities, the breakfast restaurant on the third floor offers a great selection. On the first floor, there's a vegetarian noodle shop and a popular 'influencer' coffee shop.
The service stands out with many activities available. I participated in the Guoqing Temple exploration, which was very rewarding. The Yijinjing exercise class was also good, and they even offered complimentary congee in the evening.

Our trip truly offered a one-stop experience for dining, entertainment, and fun, exceeding all our expectations. Two things about the hotel particularly impressed us. Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding, providing a true five-star hotel experience. The presentation and variety of dishes were amazing; every single item was delicious. The mini wontons tasted just like childhood memories, and the pan-fried buns and potstickers really showcased their high quality. The salad and Eggs Benedict clearly demonstrated the chef's dedication and skill. This was an enjoyable trip with five-star service and a five-star experience!

The entire aesthetic is dominated by wood, with a faint sandalwood aroma in the air and tranquil music playing, making the whole world feel peaceful. My room was thoughtfully upgraded, and with plum blossoms blooming outside the window, my wonderful vacation truly began. The travel photos turned out amazing, with a natural and fresh style. The hotel's carefully prepared activities also made for a very fulfilling experience. Among the complimentary lunch, the pork cutlet was delicious, though the chicken was a bit ordinary. My only minor regret was at checkout: due to my schedule, I hoped for a late checkout, but it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked, which I completely understand. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip, and I'll definitely be back.

11968youkeThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The air quality in the surrounding area is fresh, with high levels of negative ions – truly a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; they not only processed our check-in but also booked our Shenxianju tour for the next day. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Shenxianju. There are shuttle buses at the North Gate that take you to the South Gate. You can enter through the South Gate, explore the main attractions along the way, and then exit via the North Gate, making it easy to get back to the hotel and save energy.
