Guest UserAbsolutely amazing and outstanding! We have travelled South East Asia for the last month with our kids, and Tui Blue Angkor Grace in Siem Reap is the stay they keep talking about. When children who have seen a lot of hotels tell you this was their favourite, you listen. Cambodia was my children's 31st country they've visited and Tui Blue Angkor Grace in Siem Reap will have to be one of their favourites ever.
The staff are the reason. Every single one of them. They were kind in a way you cannot fake. Always checking in, always asking if we were alright or needed anything, and nothing was ever a fuss. You feel looked after the moment you walk in, and that feeling does not let up.
The food was fresh, clean and genuinely good. Not hotel buffet good. Actually good. We never had to worry about it, which when you are travelling with family for weeks on end means more than I can say.
This place has been one of the highlights of our whole trip. If you are heading to Siem Reap, whether you are travelling solo or with your family, stay here. The team will take care of you like you are one of their own.
Thank you to everyone at Tui Blue Angkor Grace. You gave my family something we will remember long after we have gone home.

NachtischI brought my mom here to celebrate her birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room and even gave us a fruit cake. Every night, we had bedtime stories and potato chips delivered to our room. Our room on the pool side was a bit noisy due to motorbikes, but after we reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved us to the other side of the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local fruits and delicacies, and the saltwater pool was very comfortable. There's also an authentic local restaurant just 100 meters from the hotel entrance.

Guest UserAbsolutely loved our stay at Shintana La Maison.
The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and designed with great attention to detail. The atmosphere feels very relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to escape the busy city and enjoy a more authentic Cambodian experience.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall design of the property is stunning.
What made the stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the temples.
If you’re visiting Siem Reap and looking for a boutique hotel that combines luxury, tranquility, and genuine hospitality, Shintana La Maison is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Dutch Canadian Living in China
This gorgeous little Paradise is just a few blocks away from downtown. I was spoiled and attended to by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The owner was on site the entire time and made a point to chat with guests during the delicious breakfasts. The pools (yes there are 2!), my sweet bungola (that reminded me of a rustic 70's Canadian cottage), the gardens, the beautiful lotus filled pond, and the massages were top notch. My only regret is that I was staying longer in order to enjoy the gorgeous amenities. I most definitely recommend this beauty hotel for those looking for a more Authentic Khmer experience. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Anonymous UserEverything was pretty good, and breakfast was delicious. However, one day we had an early start, and we had arranged with the front desk the night before for a breakfast box. But when we went to pick it up in the morning, the front desk staff had no idea about it.

Konstantin ProtasovWe stayed at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa for a week and overall had a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around Siem Reap. We had a spacious room on the 4th floor overlooking the inner courtyard and pool. Nights were generally quiet, with only occasional noise coming from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast was a buffet. It was okay, but not something we looked forward to every day. We also had dinner at the hotel once and found the food fairly average. On the positive side, the facilities are great: a nice swimming pool, a large gym, and an on-site spa where we had a very good massage. Housekeeping was done daily and the room was always clean.
A few things could be improved, especially for guests who need to work: there wasn’t a proper desk for a laptop, the power outlets were inconveniently placed, and the armchairs weren’t comfortable (the cushions kept sliding). Also, moto-rickshaw drivers often waited outside the entrance and were quite persistent, which became tiring after a few days.
Good value for the location and amenities, but it could be more comfortable for working and dining.

Recently stayed at the Anjali hotel. Chose the hotel due to the nice pictures advertised. Overall, our stay was very average considering it isn't that cheap of a hotel. The hotel is quite dark, and our pool access room was smaller than anticipated. They don't provide slippers or toothbrush unless you request it. The mosquitos were also a problem (we left covered in bites). The swimming pool is also very cold, even in the Cambodian heat.
Otherwise, the staff are friendly and attentive. They offer a free shuttle to the night market in the evenings (I guess because location isn't perfect). They also packed a breakfast-to-go for us before we went on our sunrise tours.

The most important thing I'd like to highlight is the wonderful, responsive staff. They helped us book a transfer to Angkor Wat right at the hotel. They picked us up on time and took us to pick up tickets before the tour, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Pub Street, a bit out of the way, which is nice overall. It has a nice pool and well-maintained grounds. There's a large supermarket, restaurants, and all the necessary amenities nearby. The room was generally decent, but more old-fashioned.
We didn't regret choosing this hotel for our first visit to Siam Rep.
