My spouse and I stayed here for the first time, based on a recommendation from a friend who had previously visited. The hotel has a calm ambiance, and the staff's discreet yet hospitable service makes for a very comfortable stay. It's the perfect environment for anyone seeking health and tranquility for themselves or their family. The pool water is chlorine-free, which is great for a pleasant swim without any burden on the body. The dedicated yoga studio, athletic gym, and SPA offer a wide range of activities and menus to choose from, which is very appealing. I personally participated in kickboxing and received instruction tailored to my skill level. The food also caters to vegans and vegetarians, so I believe anyone can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, having Japanese-speaking local staff on hand for any issues provides great peace of mind. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shintana La Maison. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and designed with great attention to detail. The atmosphere feels very relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to escape the busy city and enjoy a more authentic Cambodian experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall design of the property is stunning. What made the stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the temples. If you’re visiting Siem Reap and looking for a boutique hotel that combines luxury, tranquility, and genuine hospitality, Shintana La Maison is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff stand out through their exceptional attentiveness, genuine warmth, and remarkable kindness. From the very first moment, you feel welcomed and well cared for, as every request is met with a smile and a personal touch. It is this combination of a lovely setting and heartfelt service that makes a stay there so memorable.

Honestly expected more from this hotel based off reviews. I will say location and staff are great! Accommodating and helpful. However, cleanliness of hotel did not meet my expectation. The soap they use for the bathroom and to clean the towels smell like smoke. The bathroom including the one in the room wasn’t as cleaned as I like. The bed was fine (and quite comfy). Pool could be cleaned more as there were leaves towards the jacuzzi side. Location is great but I would not stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Somadevi Angkor. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient for exploring Siem Reap and visiting the temples. The pool area was a nice place to relax after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again.

Excellent facilities, great service, and very friendly staff. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and there were good food and drink options. The breakfast was also very good and varied. The pool was lovely too.

The room facilities are complete, and the hotel is generally quiet. Ordering takeout and getting taxis are very convenient. The room itself is neat, clean, and tidy, and the air conditioning works great, keeping the room cool at all times. You can check in in the morning by paying about half a day's room rate at the front desk. There are staff members who help with directions and carrying luggage, and the attendant I tipped expressed their gratitude sincerely. For the price, it offers good value for money. The locals are generally kind, though the area around the bar street can be a bit chaotic. The breakfast was decent, nothing special, but it did the job, mainly because the price was right and it solved the food and accommodation problem without spending too much, all while being clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way in spite of language barrier to make my stay very comfortable.
