"Our first impression of the hotel was great - we arrived at 10:30am after a long flight from London, assuming we would have to wait a while to check in. However, the check-in staff told us there were rooms available and let us check in early - great service that continued throughout our stay."

"The staff were wonderful. The welcome drink was delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was tasty. The room was clean and cute. The shower pressure and drainage were fine. However, the shower lever came off, but it worked after I plugged it back in. I asked the front desk to repair it the next morning, but they couldn't fix it."

"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. All the staff were very kind and friendly. A big thank you to all of you; we wish your hotel prosperity and many more guests!"

"The best thing about this hotel is that all the staff greet you with a smile and are incredibly friendly. Plus, the air conditioning works great, keeping everything nice and cool. I'd definitely want to come back here again!"

"Stunning hotel! The rooms are very lovely and with a comfortable bed! The service from the staff is faultless and so welcoming & friendly! They couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast is exceptional! Best breakfast choice on my trip! And the lovely lady who served us each morning was amazing at her job! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the pool is clean. The room came with water, a hairdryer, a kettle, a fridge, tea and coffee, shampoo and liquid soap, bathrobes, slippers, and even an aroma lamp! The bed was very comfortable. There are many cafes nearby with delicious and affordable food. What could be improved: the hairdryer was barely warm. There was no outlet near the kettle? The shower head was defective, with half the water leaking from a loose nut rather than the nozzle. The toilet had a noticeable sewage smell. It's not a bad option for a couple of days' stay."

"You can tell this hotel was once very nice. Unfortunately things have started to show wear and tear. The furniture in the lobby was older with very noticeable stains. The room itself was good. My only complaint about the room was the plug for the bed was in the middle of the headboard at pillow level and had a light switch next to the plug. This kept me from being able to plug my phone charger in at the bed because it was too wide and hit the switch. Also, if I was not careful and hit the switch while rolling over at night, the lights would come on and be very bright. I did order a massage through the hotel which they outsource. The first lady did not want to massage me as I am a larger guy, so I had to wait an additional ~10 minutes for the replacement to get there. The last complaint I have is that I purchased a pool view room and the trees and plants have grown up so high 90% of the view is blocked. Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Main parts of the city are walkable (Less than 30 minutes). Plenty of tuktuks if you don't want to walk. While older, the rooms were clean. The hot water was HOT."

"The room was very clean and cozy, which made it wonderfully relaxing after long days of temple hopping. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The pool was also beautiful and quiet, perfect for an afternoon cool-down. A lovely, peaceful place to unwind."
