Hot Spring Hotels in Siem Reap

We had 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we arrived into the amazing, spacious reception lobby, where welcome drinks and cooling towels were offered, to the moment we left we felt very special. The staff are polite, respectful and knowledgeable...anything you need/want they can arrange.

This is undoubtedly the best hotel of the year! From the moment I checked in, I was deeply impressed by their outstanding service. They even had a 'Lucky Box' draw, and I won a 15-minute foot massage. It was a fantastic Cambodian-style massage, very professional, and definitely worth coming back for. On my departure day, I tried the yoga class arranged by the hotel. The Indian instructor was incredibly professional and excellent. The 7:30 AM class is complimentary, and subsequent classes cost $10 including tax, which is absolutely worth experiencing. When I got injured during my trip and informed the front desk, they immediately brought a first-aid kit to help me. Upon mentioning mosquitoes, they promptly provided three mosquito repellents and an electronic mosquito killer. These thoughtful and warm details truly made my Angkor trip very satisfying and happy. Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast

Facilities: Very complete; the swimming pool and courtyard are also beautiful. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy; the main building is very nice. Environment: Very quiet and beautiful. Service: The staff are all very friendly and nice. Location is also good; it's a 2-minute walk from the Siem Reap River, very convenient.

The five-star hotel in Cambodia is well-equipped, but the Wi-Fi in the room is poor, the breakfast is rich, and the urban transportation is convenient. Diagonally opposite is the Cultural Village and a large Ferris wheel, but it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to a better restaurant.

Very nice and calm hotel and the staff are very kind and helpful. the pool is beautiful especially at night, taking a swim at night was my favorite thing as they close quite late.
