GGuest UserChinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again.
But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.

GGuest UserОчень хороший отель. С балкона вид на горы (см.фото), тихо, можно выспаться на свежем воздухе. Я была в начале ноября и спала без кондиционера с открытым окном, никаких Комаров не было, но на этот случай в номере предусмотрено средство от москитов.
На крыше небольшой бассейн с прекрасным видом, хорошо бы конечно его открывали в 5-6 утра, чтобы можно быдло вступить там рассвет (это пожелание).
Из бассейна можно подняться в СПА на 6 этаж и сделать массаж. Массажистка великолепная. 90 минут массажа стоит примерно 60 долларов, но это очень хороший массаж и атмосфера прекрасная.

The service is top-notch and the location is great - 5 mins walk from the main street but still hidden from the noise and activity. The only issue was that the water pressure was intermittent and switched between high and low when showering.

GGuest UserFrom the room windows, you can see the snowy, glittering peaks of the Himalayas. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the main tourist street of the city. For breakfast, there was a very wide selection in buffet style: vegetables, omelets, yogurts, muesli, sausages, and ham. There's a swimming pool in the hotel's courtyard. The rooms include bathrobes for use at the pool and spa. Upon pressing the call button, the room is cleaned, and water bottles are brought. The room features a system of lights to create the desired ambiance.

GGuest UserI’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating. The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’.
Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

GGuest UserThe resort is located in the mountains outside Pokhara, built on a large flat land halfway up the mountain, overlooking the steep canyon. When the weather is clear, you can see the Fishtail Peak directly. It is a good place to see the snow-capped mountains. The rooms are relatively large and clean, with complete facilities. The service staff is very warm and friendly. The rich breakfast can be eaten on the outdoor lawn, and you can spend a leisurely day slowly. However, the transportation of the resort is very far from the city. It is difficult to arrive from the airport through the countryside and along the winding mountain road. The resort provides airport pick-up and drop-off services, sending guests to the lake in the morning and picking them up from the lake in the evening. You need to take a taxi for the rest of the time, but because the location is relatively remote, our taxi got lost when returning to the resort at night, and it took nearly two hours to come back. If you go to Pokhara for tourism experience, this resort may not be your best choice.

GGuest UserHad a flight cancelled from Kathmandu and arrived the next day. Rozeena and the team were more than accommodating and supportive. During the stay they acted with swift communication and supported me throughout the time at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in pokhara!

YYAMTThe service staff is friendly, the hotel is in a good location, close to the lake. The facilities are old and the rooms are clean. There is a viewing platform and a small infinity pool on the roof, and the view of Lake Fewa is good. The chance to see the snowy mountains in the rainy season is lower because the clouds are thicker.

李李Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.
