Amazing
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything from the warm welcome to the amenities and service were top notch. We loved hanging out with a cocktail at the rooftop pool and taking in the awesome view of the Annapurna range. We also enjoyed taking a morning walk to the nearby lookout tower and Ganesh statue and temple. Lovely flowers can be seen along the route. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe room is large and the location is very convenient. The courtyard is designed like a holiday courtyard. It feels very good to have such a place in the busy streets. The only drawback is the design of the shower. After taking a shower, the whole toilet will be filled with water. Other aspects are very good
MM16076****The hotel is on the mountain, near the Peace Pagoda, and the scenery is one of the best in Pokhara. But at the same time, this location is a bit remote, and a one-way taxi ride costs more than 1,000, which is suitable for retreat practice. There are not many staff in the store, but they are very enthusiastic and will help you arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only drawback is that the room was not cleaned during the 2 nights I stayed.
PPhillipsI’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating. The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’.
Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.
GGuest UserLocated at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.
YyangThe room facilities are a bit old, the head of the bed cannot be charged, and the quality of the small bed is very average. The swimming pool is open until 7 o'clock. There is no twin room in the lake view room but a double bed room. There is a free shuttle bus to the lakeside area, available at 10:30 in the morning / 12:30 in the afternoon / 4:30 in the afternoon / 7:30 in the evening For train times, the minibus has air conditioning.
GGuest UserIt was really a good experience with this hotel, all are very cooperative. I found this property on Make My Trip app. Location was also too good and very easily found on map, food was also good, amenities & services are good.
GGuest UserExcellent set up in the middle of a jungle , so peaceful with excellent view.
The whole team is incredible, service is so attentive
Food is very tasty especially the momos and prawn curry.
Some bugs here and there in the villa, but it is expected as it is in the middle of a jungle!
Highly recommended!
