Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room was sooo beautiful I absolutely loved the decor super cozy and just felt really nice to stay in. The staff were also amazing, super friendly and really helpful the whole time
One thing I loved was that they even have a Thai chef, and the food was sooo good 🥹 tasted just like home. There’s also a mountain viewpoint with such a beautiful vibe perfect for chilling and taking photos 📸
GGuest UserChinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again.
But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with a perfect location.
The manager is extremely attentive and pleasant.
Impeccable cleanliness.
Special mention for the yoga class.
We had a wonderful stay.
GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.
GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!
AAnonymous UserLakeside offers a beautiful setting with mountains and a lake, and the spacious balcony was perfect for relaxing! The hotel itself is surrounded by various plants, giving it a wonderful resort-like atmosphere.
GGuest UserLocation is stunning, and to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas from a jacuzzi on the balcony was awesome. Premium room was definitely worth the extra money.. Chef Is great as the Ordered food was lovely , but the buffet breakfast was poorly organised and lots of ítems on the drinks menu unavaulable or sold out, wine not available by the glass, no coke (on one day) and the only drink on the specials board was Tequila sunrise but they had no tequila.Staff are just too nice and meek to ger mad at ,they just need a catering manager. Porter security guy carries all your cases up lots of stairs, managers very friendly. Stay in Lakeside,Pokhara before going to the retreat as to see it all lit up from the other side of the lake is quite a sight and a relief that you have moved on. Overall. probably are nicest stay in Nepal
GGuest UserLocated at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I asked to make a 3-4h soft style trek at their agency. In fact, it was difficult 6-8h walks with many stairs. Even being sports, it was very hard and especially the downturn Ghorepani in Tatopani
GGurung SuklaThe accomodation was pretty impressive,
the room service was excellent also the breakfast was abundant. It was also very convenient as they also provided us paragliding services as well
definitely recommend staying at busy bee
