Amazing
GGuest UserWe just spent five amazing nights at Moxy Kathmandu, and honestly, it was such a great stay. The hotel has this cool, stylish vibe, and everything felt super clean — the rooms were really comfy too. But what really made our trip was the service. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all so welcoming and polite, and their genuine, proactive attitude just warmed our hearts.
Special shout-out to Kritan from the restaurant — not only does he speak fluent Chinese and English, but his attentive service and friendly smile were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough — easily a 10 out of 10.
GGuest UserThe staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train. Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located. We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and
breakfast staff were very welcoming. Would stay there again.
逆逆仁The environment is nice, it's close to the city center and convenient for working, the breakfast is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the decor is comfortable. It's a great place to travel or relax, and it's very clean, which is rare.

Great
GGuest UserWonderful hotel in a great location. We walked to the restaurants and shops, all close by and even to the amazing Garden of Dreams the tranquility in the midst of the chaos. The biggest draw was the indoor pool, it was warm and had a great view of the city. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is so historic that it is a living museum. The experience is great, from furniture and supplies, architectural stone carvings and wood carvings to photos and pictures of history, there is a sense of time travel and fulfillment, as if talking with time and space.
Stayed in the hotel for a day, the spa was great, the Indian food was also good, and the service was especially good. The handsome front desk guy Anish lakhe took us to visit the hotel, exchanged coins, introduced food and beverage, and helped call a car to see us off. It is worth recommending.
DDigitalNomad TravelerI stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay.
The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard.
One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch.
All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a golf course, which is also a natural forest park with deer and monkeys... The hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant are very helpful, the breakfast is quite rich, the facilities in the hotel room are relatively old but very clean... I would like to stay in this hotel for a few more days
GGuest UserThe hotel service is very professional, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. When I asked for water, it was delivered quickly. There is also a hair dryer in the hotel, and the hot water for bathing is very comfortable.
Many Chinese people go to other places to find Chinese food, but they find that the most authentic Chinese food is on the ninth floor above the hotel. And the chocolate brownie here is very authentic. It was supposed to be eaten with ice cream, but I asked for hot ice cream, and the hotel immediately made hot ice cream. There is the largest farmer's market in Kathmandu next to the hotel, and 6 big apples cost less than 20 yuan. You can buy all kinds of vegetables and fruits here.
Because Kathmandu is often congested, if you connect with a flight, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is another big advantage.
