5-Star Hotels in Hua Hin

Facilities: This is my second time here. I really like the layout and facilities of this hotel. Everything is perfect except that the next door is under renovation. I didn't have breakfast. I slept so well. Hahaha

I chose this hotel myself, primarily because of its beautiful, vibrant, designer, and upscale colors. Seeing the hotel staff's uniforms, I wondered if the Asaka in Beihai copied them? The hotel has a strong resort vibe, and the open-plan lobby makes guests feel very relaxed. The rooms are spacious, with an overall Scandinavian feel, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. Breakfast is abundant and high-quality, mainly featuring local and traditional European dishes like Italian. The bar is a favorite among foreigners, who mostly spend their evenings there drinking and chatting after a day by the pool. Oh, and the pool bar is very distinctive; we spent two whole days there. The multi-tiered loungers extend to the sea, and the beach stretches far to both the left and right, allowing you to walk a long distance even during high tide in the evening. Finally, the overall location is great, within a 10-minute walk of Hua Hin Night Market and the old train station, and taxis are easily accessible. In summary: A truly impressive all-rounder.

The two-bedroom pool villa was clean and tidy. Turndown service was hit or miss, and the pool wasn't cleaned, so we couldn't use it in our room. There are only four villas in the entire hotel, and while there were enough staff, the service was absolutely terrible and couldn't keep up. This is completely unacceptable for a 9000-a-night price tag. The restaurant was decent, but overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked any emotional value – it felt more like being left to fend for yourself in a remote, small guesthouse. Not worth it, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are pretty good. This room type is a bit small and doesn't have a bathtub. Environment: The hotel is very close to Cicada Market, and the weekend night market is great for browsing. The hotel's spa is also fantastic and very Instagrammable. The main pool is nice. Service: The front desk and reservations department provided excellent service. The breakfast restaurant is small, and we had to wait for a table almost every morning.

An unexpected gem, this resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The gardens are expansive and the buildings are well-maintained, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience unique Thai architecture. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Each afternoon, they even delivered complimentary snacks to our room. The breakfast offers Western, Thai, and a few Chinese options. The bread was delicious, and the jams were homemade – you can even pre-order and buy them if you like. There's currently some renovation work happening, but it didn't bother us during our stay unless we walked near the construction zone. As expected with so much greenery, there were some mosquitoes. Do note that a deposit is required upon check-in.

Listen up, if you're staying in Hua Hin, this is the hotel to pick. I've been to Hua Hin before, even before the pandemic, and this hotel, in my observation, is the best in town. Of course, it's been several years since my first visit, and I wouldn't rule out that many other great hotels have popped up since then. But all things considered, especially the location, I still believe this hotel is the best in Hua Hin based on my recent stay. Let me share some transport tips: From the airport's first floor, take the bus to Hua Hin. From there, you can grab a tuk-tuk for 200 THB directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel even has a taxi stand right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. For beach horseback riding, it's 400 THB for 20 minutes. What's cool is how well-trained the horses are; even if you've never ridden before, you can ride by yourself without a handler. It's fantastic for taking videos and photos – very rewarding and perfect for sharing on social media, haha. Just diagonally to the right of the hotel entrance is the famous internet-famous Grandma's Mango Sticky Rice. I'm amazed that after all these years, Grandma seems unchanged and still in great health. I even got a photo with her this time. I highly recommend trying it (just don't go in the evening, as it's only open during the day). In short, if I go to Hua Hin, I'll basically always stay here! Highly recommended!

The moment you step into the hotel, the lush Thai gardens, vibrant with greenery, make you feel like you've walked into a tropical picture book. The best part? The hotel opens right onto the incredibly beautiful Khao Takiab Beach! The sand here is so fine and soft, like flour. Kids can safely build sandcastles and chase waves, burning off energy, while parents simply relax on nearby loungers, sipping cocktails. Now, that's a real vacation! After a swim in the sea, you can jump into the huge outdoor pool, surrounded by palm trees, and keep the fun going. What's most heartwarming is how incredibly friendly the staff are towards children, almost like family. The overall atmosphere is elegant yet has a touch of modern relaxation. Whether you're an adult or a child, you can leave all your stress behind and let it float away into the ocean here. For this year's family trip, booking this place is a no-brainer! ✈️🌊

We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge.

The rooms are a little worn out, but nice ans spacious nonetheless, the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a villa for free, when something happened to our room - which is really nice🙏🙏 The private pool at the villa, doesn’t compare to the public one - it’s definetly smaller and colder than the public one, but it’s a nice addition, even though it became a little dirty towards the end of our stay One of our more reasonable concern though were the lack of security at the villas - the latch on the door doesn’t work, as well as the other one on the doors to the outside shower on the villa’s territory - which makes it really easy to go inside, through the shower overall, the stay was immensely pleasant - calm vibes, amazing service (special thanks to Nook, which helped us tremendously in organizing our trip to one of the National Parks near Hua Hin), an-okay food🙏🙏
