"We initially booked for 2 nights and extended for another 3 nights. Location was in a quiet area, walking distance to the train station, Chatsila night markets, various 7 Elevens, fruit and vegetables markets, etc.
The room & bathroom were spacious and comfortable which included a wardrobe, safe, bar fridge, tea & coffee facilities, lounge & coffee table. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. It was perfect for us and also suited our travel budget. We would definitely stay again."

ibis Hua Hin provides great value seaside accommodation. Hotel is located next to the Cicada weekend market and walking less than 5-minute to Hua Hin beach. Hua Hin Market Village, Khao Takiab temple and Hua Hin Hills Vineyard are closed by.
"My friend and I had originally planned to stay at a more luxurious hotel but due to high season demand and prices, we were forced to find a cheaper alternative.
The Ibis was the obvious choice in terms of price and location - located a stone’s throw from the beach a just a few kilometres down the road from Market Village & Blueport. There is also a nice open air thai restaurant directly opposite the hotel.
The service was fantastic from reception, housekeeping and Security/carpark attendants.
I stayed here in 2 separate bookings over 11 nights and can’t fault it for the price.
Only criticisms would be the old smelly carpet near the lifts and walkways on all floors and both times I had mosquitoes in the room which I had to spray with repellent. It is a dog friendly hotel and I did hear some barking but since I have dogs that didn’t worry me.
The room itself is not huge but does have a little balcony and decent bed with some bench’s to sit on or use as storage.
Also has storage space underneath the bed to store your suitcase.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and value for money.

"The hotel itself is lovely but the design of the room leaves a lot to be desired.
For some reason there is no bathroom, the wash hand basin is in the bedroom next to the bed, the shower is in a small room and the toilet is in another small room. However, the toilet is next to the bed, facing it, about one pace away, with a glass door. The glass is smoked, but the door does not reach the ceiling, there is a gap of about 2 feet, which means, not only can you be seen using the toilet, every single noise can be heard by the other person. There is no privacy, and I hated it.
Had we been staying longer than one night, I would have asked for a room that didn't have this arrangement.
It amazes me.. who thought a design like this was a good idea?
I would not stay there again, purely for this reason."

"We upgraded our room to a sea view, and the breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. The rooftop pool was amazing and not crowded. The amusement park downstairs was very convenient, and ordering takeout via Grab was a breeze. You can also get to the beach by walking through the train station."

"Superb hotel, it's now in my top 3 in Thailand. The staff are exceptional and highly professional. Secondly, the place is incredibly clean, from the pool to the gardens, and the rooms are impeccable and spacious. The service is on par with high-end hotels. The location is extremely quiet; the road leading to it is a cul-de-sac with very few cars, apart from those going to the hotel. Restaurants are nearby, and there's a town about a 10-minute drive away, as well as a bus station with connections to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The breakfast is very good, but a bit more variety in fruits and proteins would be appreciated.
I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!"

"The Hilton is in the best location, close to everything, the breakfast is really good and lots of it, the setting is lovely and the beach out front is nice but we did get some algae, which went away as quick as it came, the pool area is excellent. The problems we had here was with 1 male staff member on check in (Very rude and off hand but this was fixed by the lady duty manager) and a security guy near the beach was very rude to us and embarrassed us in front of other guests, what happened was, our very first day there, we went to the pool, decided to go for a quick swim at the beach, we took a towel each to the beach, not knowing this is not allowed (this maybe should be mentioned to guests on check in) we did see a sign up after but not at the time, simple mistake but this security guard starts singing out and pointing at us, when we were standing buy the beach, I was looking and trying to sort out what was going on as he didn’t speak English, just pointing and raising his voice, finally another staff member that could speak English came and explained to us, so embarrassing, with so many people watching on, other staff were fine and nice. The room we had was outdated and needs updating, also our internet was so bad, they eventually had to bring a router to the room, the water from the shower very weak, the hotel definitely needs upgrades but overall, it was a pleasant stay, we were on the 8th floor, room 801"

Beautiful property well maintained. Nice location. Not very Central. 10 minutes walk to the night market. 15 minutes walk or a bit more to Hua Hin beach. Has minBig C market right infront. Very nice out door garden and nice kitchen area where you Can also set your laptop and work.
Cons:
There were no soap dispensers by the sink. So by the time you want to wash your hands, see how many things you touched and opened. So I have to go to the shower cabinet. Take some shower gel or shampoo, then get out again by the sink and wash my hands. How hygienic? when I asked they said don't have .
I left some lemons and yogurt in the fridge. First time in my life in a hostel, this happens. I did not find the lemons and I found that the yogurt was taken out of the bag and put somewhere else where I did not place it . when I asked the girl at the reception she said I don't know and then later on she found the bag of lemons somewhere under the sink and then she told mewhenever you want to put something in the fridge you should come and tell us at the reception, how convenient .
they don't even have stickers and it's my job to go and tell her that I want to put something in the fridge so she can put a note on it
The card to the room only have the number of the bed so I forgot which dorm I'm sleeping in and I had to go around to see the number of the dorms. They don't have the number of the dorm room on the key card. Very intelligent work .
I found that the Vention blind style that gives you privacy to your bunk bed is actually very noisy because of this chain. Every time somebody pulls it up or down it kind of wakes you up in contrast to the fabric curtain which slides easily and does not make lots of noise
They have a safe inside your bed area, however it doesn't have a battery. So if you decide to keep things in the safe you have to go and ask for a battery for it to work. How convenient.
They don't have some basic cutlery like a sharp knife where you can cut some fruits or veggies if you want.
No free drinking water.
And if u sit the garden outside, for one full day nobody cleared the ashtray. So the cigarette buts and ashes were flying every where because it was windy outside. And rubbish bin too.
Bottom line I don't recommend.

HHuggz0rA great hotel, close to all the goings on in Hua Hin. The location is a 2-3 minute walk to Market Village, which a great central base to explore Hua Hin if you do not have access to a scooter or car. There are the public transport pickup trucks that go by each side of the road every 10 minutes or so, making it easy to reach places like cicada or tamarind. Even if you don't fancy this, grab/bolt taxis are very reasonable to most parts of the local areas. Staff very friendly, no issues at all throughout. Clean and the photos from the listing are accurate. Happy to store luggage on checkout whilst our lift arrived a few hours later. 10/10. Would recommend and will stay again if ever in the area.

Mr. Pruek at reception was particularly helpful, guiding me through the booking process on the app when I called about my reservation. He even surprised me with birthday cookies! For good promotions, I recommend contacting Mr. Pruek at the counter. I was very impressed and will definitely be back again! ❤️

UUlllaaaThis hotel is huge and has its own private beach, which is perfect for an unobstructed sunrise view. We were incredibly lucky to even see 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) during our stay – it was so dreamy! There are also many classes available to choose from daily, and several restaurants, with a wide variety for the breakfast buffet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated and there's the inevitable dampness from being by the sea, the warm service and delicious food made for an excellent holiday experience. Overall, it's highly recommended. We basically just relaxed at the hotel for our entire three days in Hua Hin. And the hotel's Barai Spa? It truly lives up to its reputation as one of Asia's best! Definitely worth trying if you're in Hua Hin.

CCongmingtaiThe room was great, very clean, and the pool was huge. The staff were all wonderful. After checking out, I was waiting for my ride in the lobby and asked for a glass of water. They gave me a whole bottle and even asked if I wanted ice – haha! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with both Western and Thai options. The bread and pastries were delicious, and there was a great variety of really sweet fruit. They also had a good selection of juices.

GGuest UserThe resort is not near the town center but has many facilities such that you don’t need to go out. It has 2 lovely swimming pools. The lagoon pool is for adults only and is set in a tranquil environment. There are a few restaurants; we love the one that is right on the beachfront. The beach is short has a lot of broken shells, which is not ideal to walk on. Service is excellent. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

RRusInitially, it didn't seem too good on the eye. Walls were a bit old, and it wasn't a fancy room at all.
Give it some time and this small niche might feel as cozy, if not luxurious. There's a little balcony as well if one likes an evening drink or just to lounge. Internet is pretty good. Considering it's a hostel-cum-hotel, it was pretty quiet and calm. The location is somewhat good and makes it accessible to markets and other touristy spots around. You can walk east to meet the beach after 20 minutes.
I think I might come back here.
For solo travelers, it's a good recommendation (2-3 nights max).
