AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed our 4N stay very much! Special shout out to Minnie and Tita who were ever so helpful and friendly.
Love the moon deck
Massage was one if tye best I had experienced.. therapists were v derailed and thorough. 👍
The breakfast was awesome! Great variety of options and food was delicious. 😋
I feel that pool and beach service should include providing towels for guests instead of us bringing towels from room.
The hairdryer in our room was faulty and caught fire the 1st night. It was replaced and the 2nd 9ne had fumes and had burnt smell too after 2 nights. I think housekeeping need to check all their hairdryers thoroughly.
VVictor_1304We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. The hotel grounds are stunning—lush, green, and very well-maintained, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
One of the absolute highlights was The Barai Spa. While it comes at an additional cost, it is worth every penny for the world-class service and unique architecture. We also loved the variety of activities available; there's always something to do, whether you want to stay active or just chill.
The breakfasts were excellent with a great selection for every taste. Overall, this is a high-level vacation experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort in Hua Hin.
SShourenzunjingdetiangeThis hotel is located in the heart of Hua Hin, and the area around it is really lively at night, with plenty of food options, massage places, and a 7-Eleven right nearby – super convenient. The room facilities are a bit dated, but still perfectly functional. The public areas are great; the pool is quite large and has direct access to the beach, which is a huge plus. The hotel has three restaurants. We had dinner included, which was a set menu, and the food was decent. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of choices.
AAnonymous UserI had high expectations for my stay at the Hua Hin Marriott, given its reputation, but my actual experience was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel's facilities, environment, and location were all good, the most crucial aspect—the 'service'—completely dragged down the entire hotel's standing. This was especially true for the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism, which were utterly unbefitting of the Marriott brand.
From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were aloof and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic service awareness. They were impatient with guest questions and communicated in a stiff manner, making it feel as if I was 'begging them to do their job' rather than receiving the service expected from a high-end hotel. Throughout the entire process, there was a complete absence of professionalism, respect, and warmth.
What was even more frustrating was that some front desk employees clearly lacked training; they were unfamiliar with procedures, inefficient at resolving issues, and quick to pass the buck. Many simple problems took an unreasonably long time to address, leading to an extremely poor experience.
Frankly, at the price point and positioning of the Hua Hin Marriott, guests are paying for more than just a room—they're paying for service. However, the front desk service here was worse than what you'd find at many standard business hotels. No matter how good the hardware is, it can't compensate for such terrible service attitudes. I hope the hotel management takes the issues with the front desk team seriously, or they will continue to erode guests' trust in the Marriott brand.

Great
GGuest UserIt was our third time there. The resort is trying to keep up to its standards.
At the moment renovation works are underway leaving part of the resort closed. Some amenities are scrapped - for instance, there will be no tennis courts from now on.
That being said, the hotel is still great with its private access to the beach, good restaurants, excellent staff (especially Napita from the Museum and Pew from the Coast cafe) and wildlife (an owl lived just opposite of our room!).
Overall experience was great. I think we can return there one day.
GGuest UserRoom was really spacious! Family loved it and the vibes were amazing, felt like you’re in a tropical island. Only downside is that there are no real beaches that is accessible from the hotel, but just know this before you visit! For the christmas special, they even gave us mini treat of chocolates in santa’a shoes! 10/10 for service

Great
GGuest UserThe overall experience met our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel's mini-train is a unique feature, running daily from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, every half hour. The kids absolutely loved riding it. Hotel guests get one free admission to Vana Nava Water Jungle (which is located at Holiday Inn, another hotel within the same group). A driver provides complimentary transfers, but remember to top up your wristband at reception for park entry, as lockers and other food/beverages are extra. The hotel has a kids' club, which was smaller than expected and not very engaging, but they do occasionally offer special activities like crafts for an additional, reasonable fee. Compared to other hotels of a similar standard, the breakfast wasn't particularly impressive; the variety was limited, and the offerings were mostly repetitive day-to-day. The hotel beach wasn't great, but that's typical for Hua Hin, so it was as expected.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and everything inside is modern. The shower pressure is strong and very comfortable. The hotel staff's attitude is excellent. Each room comes with a small white cloth bag, perfect for carrying small personal items when you go out. I loved this white cloth bag so much that I even asked about it when checking out, and the hotel staff generously gave it to me.
However, the pool has very little shade, only umbrellas to block the sun.
Located at the foot of Chopstick Mountain, after breakfast, you can go for a walk up the mountain; there are many monkeys. In the back streets, there's a seafood street where food is cheap and ingredients are fresh.
Right outside the hotel is the terminal for the green songthaews. I absolutely love songthaews; they're cheap and can take you everywhere. Every day, I'd sunbathe and go to the pool in the morning, then take a songthaew into town to explore in the afternoon.
Not far from the hotel, there are massage shops (ask the front desk, and they'll tell you where to go); you can pick any one and you won't be disappointed.
The restaurant next to the hotel is decent, not amazing, but certainly not bad enough to complain about.
OOrkidthe room is clean and tidy. we reach a little bit early hence unable to check in immediately. told the receptionist we’ll be waiting at the pool area and she said okay. got mineral water while waiting too.
we got the upper floor facing the beach and its so serene. the toilet is huge, as huge as the room and has separate shower & bath tub.
i requested for a simple deco due to my honeymoon and they did 🥰
heavy breakfast is upon order and a bit limited. for muslim, we can opt for the toast which is self service.
locationwise, if you like calm and quiet area, this will be a good choice. distance to the downtown is about 4km.
the day we check out is at 5am and the reception is so kind to get us a tuk-tuk in that morning because we’re unable to get grab early in that morning. kudos to the team!
