Our stay at this beautiful French-style villa in Hua Hin was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream — the perfect setting for a family getaway or a stylish girls’ gathering.
The host was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We were warmly welcomed with snacks, refreshing cold coconut juice, and even instant noodles — a small but very thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at home.
The villa itself is stunning, with every corner designed with care and intention. Nothing was missing; everything you could possibly need was already there.
If I had to suggest a couple of small additions to make the experience even more perfect: a hair iron would be a lovely option — the villa is so beautiful that it inspires you to dress up for a fancy dinner with a perfect hairstyle. Also, optional cleaning service could be a great addition, as during short stays it’s not always convenient to spend time on dishes or laundry (even though we happily managed it).
Overall, a truly memorable and delightful stay — highly recommended. ✨

Shoichiro IshiisGreat hotel, awesome beach front with Exceptional service mind.
1st time to this hotel with my toddler and 2 Families. Rooms are very nice with 2 queen size beds. I like that this is the low rise hotel and somewhat newly renovated. Clean, with awesome smell at the lobby area. Staffs are very attentive and full of service mind. Thank Khun Jang, the lady staff who assigns to take care kids. So, you can bring your kids and can relax more haha. Breakfast is great too. Pools is great as well. No slider though but design for relaxation rather than adventurous play. Front beach is exellent, quite and clean, like a private beach. definitely will come back.

GamberryThe staff provided excellent service and were very hospitable and helpful. I had the opportunity to stay here because I was taking my cat for treatment at Kaset Hua Hin Animal Hospital. The hotel is conveniently located close to the hospital, and they offer a golf cart shuttle service. The room was clean and odor-free, and the staff's service was superb.
The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was quiet and didn't make any noise.

Coming here, you get free waterpark access for two days, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service attitude is excellent. The gym has a full range of equipment and comfortable space. Breakfast is also very abundant. The location isn't the absolute best but it's convenient. I highly recommend it!

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is the first time I've felt completely ripped off booking a hotel through Trip.com. First off, all the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, but! This 'pool villa' is no pool villa at all. The 'pool' by the entrance is tiny, more like a glorified bathtub. The entire hotel is also very small, even smaller than many guesthouses back home, and definitely doesn't deserve to be called a resort. Charging this price is an absolute scam! And the most outrageous part was the breakfast – it was incredibly basic, on par with a small-town hotel. Who wants to eat that kind of breakfast when on a Southeast Asian vacation?! Seriously, I'm speechless! With these amenities, it should be priced around 500-600 RMB. I paid over 2500 RMB for two nights, and I initially saw the cancellable rate at over 3500 RMB for two nights – the overpricing is absolutely insane!

Guest UserI liked having the fitness center, though the pool was a bit small. Breakfast was okay, but the cleanliness of the fitness room on the first day wasn't good. I reported it to the hotel, and on the second day, it was very clean. I'd like them to maintain that level of cleanliness consistently.

The receptionists and owner of the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were helpful too in arranging the transportation to Bangkok.

Guest UserStayed at Riche Hotel in Hua Hin and overall it’s very good value for money. The location is decent and they run a free shuttle bus to the market and back every hour, which is really handy and saves taxis.
Price is very reasonable for what you get. The bed itself is comfortable, but the pillows are rock hard — honestly like sleeping on a block of stone, unless you’re someone who likes an extremely firm pillow.
Bathroom and shower were fine during the stay, although on our last morning the shower temperature wasn’t steady and kept changing, which was a bit frustrating.
Pool and gym are small but perfectly usable, and there’s a nice chilled seating area on the 3rd floor which is a good touch.
Overall: good value for money and I’d stay again, but the pillows (and that last-day shower issue) were the main let-downs.

Booked Elegancy last minute for the New Year holiday. Price was right as most places were at a premium. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was large with a separate kitchenette area, large bathroom, and very large bedroom space. Also had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was fantastic with plenty of seating options. It is a small resort so was nice having only a few other people at the pool at any given time. Service was great. The manager is only one of two people working there but he made a 7-11 run for us and also dropped me at a location when I was unable to book a taxi on new year day. There is no on site restaurant so you’ll need to go out or order delivery which for me was not an issue. Location is the only downside. While it is not out in the middle of nowhere it is not convenient for walking. 20 minutes to 7-11. 25 minutes to the beach. No nearby restaurants. That being said I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. So if you’re looking for a quiet retreat or extended stay it checks all the boxes. There were two families there at the time who booked four rooms for an entire month and were cooking most of their meals in the outdoor kitchen area everyday.

Guest UserThis hotel is still as excellent as ever — I’ve stayed here before and was happy to return. The newly renovated breakfast room looks beautiful and makes mornings even more enjoyable.
The highlight of my stay, though, has to be the rain shower in the bathroom. It’s simply amazing — the water pressure is strong and satisfying, with a perfectly steady temperature. Honestly, taking a shower here was such a joy and one of the best parts of my visit!
