I’m only giving this hotel 3 stars. Which might seem harsh. The staff are friendly and helpful apart from the barman on the rooftop. The rooms are clean and tidy and modern, the room I stayed in was low down and had a dingy feel to it, no view of anything other than the other the hotel facing me, with no balcony it gives you a claustrophobic feel and I was pretty keen not to spend to much time in the room, considering the hotel was empty it might have been a smart thing to do, give me a better room! There’s no way I’d stay there again after that. The location isn’t that close to the main attractions, this is why It’s not as expensive as some of the other resorts. It’s not miles away but on the edge of town, 15 min ride in a car, as opposed to walking distance that the other resorts offer and let’s face transportation isn’t expensive, so this may not be a problem for some people. Now the complimentary drink they offer a glass of pineapple juice from the carton poured in a shot glass. I have to mention this because it’s such a joke, why even offer a free drink if this is what it is? You’d have to be Incredibly dumb to think this is a great idea to give your guests. It’s a insult to people staying at the hotel, don’t offer it to them it’s a embarrassment to the hotel and reflection of intelligence’s of who’s running the place. To Summarise it’s not the worst Hotel you’ll ever stay by no means but just silly little things they could improve which would make a world of difference. I will not be back again.

The Best Holiday ever!!
The location was great due to the fact that we have the whole family together ; grandparents, parents and kids. The place suits for all ages. There's so many facilities to explore.
The service was great, except during the Check-in that took a bit too long. The hotel opened for the Check-in at 15.00 and we lined up, waited and finished at 15.45, aside from that everything was perfectly well serviced. (Especially at the rooftop bar)
The Breakfast was amazingly good. There're 3 rounds of breakfast, you can choose and book when you Check-in. There're variety of food, they're all taste amazing, spare sometimes for your amazing breakfast.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Location is about 15mins walk from Hua Hin train station. The hotel is also about 5 - 10mins walk to the night market and about 10 - 15mins walk to the beach. There are food eateries nearby the hotel so it was not an issue when the booking did not include breakfast. Check in / check out was smooth, but the hotel staff explained to me that my booking was for the economy room which is facing the road on the 2nd floor and the windows are directly facing the hotel floodlights. Fortunately, the room has day curtains at the windows to block out most of the light beam and the flood lights are switched off later into the night. The shower comes with an instant heater and the room comes with a kettle and bottled water. There is no toothbrush and no toothpaste and bedroom slippers are not provided. The mattress and pillows are firm but I didn't manage to sleep well at night as there was constant opening and closing of doors loudly along the corridor in the middle of the night and many voices could be heard speaking very loudly.

Meet the needs of all types of customers. This time, I stayed at the Deluxe Pool Terrace, a room on the ground floor of the building. This room is similar. Pool Access is different in front of the balcony, there is a seating area, aside from the space to have a walking area into the pool. It is quite safe for families with young children and quiet for couples. Or people who want Private relaxation The first part of the room is a wardrobe, mini bar corner, tea and coffee. While the hotel might be a bit old, it is very clean and well maintained. The room was immaculately clean. I really enjoyed swimming in the large swimming pool, and I had it practically to myself. The only complaints were (1) there were no outlets by the bed to plug in devices, and (2) the light switches were away from the bed, so one had to get out of bed to turn these on and off at night.

The foyer is dated but has a charm I enjoy, I don't enjoy the smell it emits which is sewerage-like and has lingered around the entrance all week. The doorman greets with a sawasdee and the story of Hua Hin begins. The hotel is in the heart of this town and is cheaper than the Hilton. A team of massage girls call hello from across the street, a collection of taxi drivers ask ”taxi?” and the heat is here. The beach is 5 minute walk. Beach vendors stab menus into the sand and serve ”joys” from the sea as waves roll under my table. I swim. As I walk back to the City Beach Hotel a lady provides water and a bowl to wash your feet for 5 baht. I like this lady a lot and I like her business model. I pay her for this service everytime. At the Hilton they have a little pond and tap to wash the sand off your feet. But the City Beach and this 5 baht is much cheaper than the Hilton.

The Lapa has a quite unique location, right next to the new BluPort mall. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are amazing, murals on the walls, brightly coloured tiles in the very modern bathroom. Showers tall with lots of space. Very comfortable beds, fridge and safe deposit box in the room. A kettle with coffee and tea provided. It's a really cozy room, with a sitting area at the window. Very clean and freshly painted. Breakfast was good, nice extra is freshly blended fruit juice, which you can chose at a little stall. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we met people travelling with their cats and a couple who brought 2 Yorkshire terriers. Unfortunately they yapped for while whilst the owners went for dinner, but all quiet at night 😊 A really nice place to stay, if you have a car it's not far from the beach or the Cicada Market.

Unfortunately outside the hotel and also the paths to the room door and around the hotel was not very clean, lot’s of plastic, beer bottles, food leftovers in the woods surrounding the hotel. Just a messy view. The very nice swimming pool was not that clean either.
Rooms were fine and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location is great if you love the beach, pool and golf.

GGuest UserIt is a small 5-star luxury boutique resort hotel with only 15 rooms, making it quiet and not crowded. The hotel is next to Khao Takiab beach. Let me tell you that the rooms are very luxurious and beautiful. The mattress and pillows are of very good quality. I'm dead asleep. And the atmosphere in the resort is as beautiful as Santorini. Breakfast is good and usable. The swimming pool here has a pool. Onsen too Let me tell you that I am impressed with every service provided here. The staff are very cute. Everyone greets you with a smile throughout your stay. and take good care of customers Will definitely have to come back again.

GGuest UserWe reached the resort after a sleepless night and a harrowing airport experience at around 9:00 am, expecting to be told to wait for check-in. To our pleasant surprise, a gentleman (not sure if he was the owner or the manager, but he was definitely hands-on) welcomed us warmly and asked us to have breakfast which would be on the house while they checked if the room was available earlier at no extra cost. This was on Christmas day - peak season. The warm hospitality completely uplifted our spirits and it was what we needed to get over our bad experience. It helped set the tone for our three-day stay. We had booked the suite and it was just wonderful. Fully white with traces of blue, it was truly Santorini themed. The photos here on trip advisor and other booking sites are real. The pool was great and so was the food. The breakfast spread was scrumptious and they had a wide variety. The gentleman also drove us to a beach point nearby where we spent a day just relaxing by the sea. I would strongly recommend this place for travelers looking for the perfect boutique experience. I can't rate them highly enough for their warm hospitality. The only con I thought was kitchen closing at 9 pm, but then Hua Hin's a small town and it's expected. 7/11 is right around the corner for any emergency needs / food requirements.

GGuest UserWe had a great time in this villa staying for just one night, as we were going from Surat Thani to Bangkok. We were in total 13 people and there was plenty of room for us - both for eating (we had a fine barbecue in the evening), for hanging out around the pool and inside at the TV and the Pool table. The space and beds at night were also fine for our big family. We enjoyed the swimmingpool and the water slide, the barbecue ready to use with coal and the cozy sofa and tables outside. Inside the Pool table was a hit, as were the Karaoke, the TV with Netflix and the board games in the room. We would be happy to visit the villa again another time. The only small minus was the outdoor jacuzzi, which we never got to work properly.

PPPZ876A fully private type villa type resort built on a gentle slope at the foot of a small hill (with a large rock wall suitable for the name of Hua Hin). Quietness that doesn't seem to be 15 minutes from the central town of Hua Hin. It has a large pool enough to swim in all rooms in a fully individual building and a rooftop deck with a wide 々. From the deck, the sea ahead can be seen from about 2 ㎞. Although various facilities are not substantial like large resorts, it is good to relax in the room. COVID-19 From the viewpoint of countermeasures, it is safe because there are few opportunities to contact others compared to ordinary hotels. There are cottages in the resort, so there are labyrinths like a maze, but it was a good jogging course for me. Only one restaurant and bar is standard level of ４ star resort in Thailand. There is also a large shared pool next to the restaurant. The movement in the resort is not much to walk, but if you call, a free golf cart will come to pick you up. Even in the smallest type of one bedroom (155 m2) I stayed this time, it is a splendid single building with a large living room and kitchen cherry dining space. There were also refrigerator sink tableware, but there were no microwave oven, stove, knife and mana plates. My house brought color 々 purchase at the shopping center in Hua Hin. The bathroom was large (double bowl) and the bathtub and shower were separate 々, and both hot water was plentiful (it was Thailand, but it was not poor water). There were two TVs, and the channel did not check, but it was a smart television, so we spent watching Netflex with a personal computer. You can access taxis from the center of Huwahin, but as mentioned above, the facilities are limited, so if you stay multiple nights, you can rent a car or rent a bike for visiting the center of Huwahin and surrounding tourist destinations I want a foot to move by myself. I visited by car because I live in Bangkok. The whole resort is surrounded by a raft and there is a 24-hour guard, so there is no security concern, including parking. English is not fluent, but the menu and various explanations are also written in English, but generally not a resort for travelers from overseas The customer layer is also centered on the small rich Thailand in Bangkok, and the feeling that there is a Thailand person with the Thailand person is less 々. The building with a beautiful swimming pool, the 7th floor room is a very beautiful view, open the door to blow the wind well. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner, the TV is very big, you can watch the internet. Separate bathroom, dry and wet There are both really complete.

GGuest UserExtremely clean hotel, and this is a BIG plus. the rooms are very spacious and modern and the shower works perfectly (water temperature and pressure). Internet very fast and stable. Nice staff. Breakfast typical for Thai hotels (don't expect any cheese for example...) and every day same, but definitely worth the surcharge. The swimming pool is quite small and the worst point for me is the lack of a gym, which should exist in every 4 stars hotel. The location is definitely not the best but there is a reason why it costs much less than hotels near Hua Hin beach; anyway there is a shuttle service and you can easily rent a motorbike. Overall a nice stay.

SSlow travelerThey don’t speak very fluent English, so you may need to use Google translate with them. The facilities are excellent. There’s a restaurant right there on site. There’s a mini Mart. There’s a couple of more restaurants within one to two minutes walking distance and a fruit stand right around the corner. Plus there’s a refrigerator in your Hotel room. However, the only downside is, there is no coffee kettle, and they do not provide you coffee.
