Very good and comfortable apartment! I come with my family with 8 members live together in Memee house, we feel very happy everyday, house very big and clean, everyday has cleaner to clean the house. Memee is a very nice and kind host. Always assist us for stay.
We will book Memee house again:)

This is a really great place to stay! It's perfect for a group of friends or a large family because there are so many rooms, accommodating many people. I highly recommend it!
My absolute favorite part was the large heated pool. You can swim all day without worrying about the cold, haha!
All the amenities and kitchenware are fully provided. Plus, there are so many beautiful spots to take photos for content.

Lovely, big room and a great pool! The bathtub in the room is lovely as well. It is a little tucked away from major tourism hotspots, but still a reasonably good location.

The place looks better than in the photos. Spacious living room and the beds are comfortable but pillows are very soft and if you sleep on high and firm pillow like we do, then bring your own.
It’s far from hua hin town so you will definitely need a car to get anywhere. The house is of modern design and is still new and clean.
The only one flaw we truly don’t like about this villa is that the tiny bathrooms have no shower curtain that the whole room gets wet when you shower.

The location is just perfect for people who want to stay in a very peaceful and safe environment , it's 3km away from the beach area. You can always book a ride if you wanted to visit the beach though.
The owner is one phone call away. She speaks English so it was easy to communicate with her. She was also very accommodating and was generous to give in to our requests.
The place is nice , a bit of repainting will make it even nicer but overall, it was something we wanted.

The homestay is beautiful and comfortable, but the small details need to be improved.
1. late check in Can't connect to the housekeeper.
It is recommended that you can change to electronic locks to be safer.
The housekeeper cannot communicate in English easily.

Guest UserEverything was excellent, the property itself very nice and clean. As it was a property only not the hotel so, I reduced some points of services as the agent shown up checked in and out only and when you requested something extra, not same as you stayed in the hotel. Pool is a saltwater. We had a very good family time there. The location is good but it’s a bit too dark to get in if you have to go there at night, so please be aware that.
Kitchen and catering are very good so you can buy meats to cook or bbq at home.

I went to check in at two o'clock and the room was not ready. When I arrived, the villa was completely unclean and the toilet was stained. After the final complaint, I moved to another villa. The room is very spacious, but the lights are broken and have not been repaired. There are no trash cans, paper towels, and hair dryers, and there are mosquitoes.
After checking out, I took the initiative to arrange a taxi back to the city. The waiter's attitude was very good, but the environment was worse than expected.
