GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel. Having lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and visited numerous hotels during that time, we have a good basis for comparison. The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the villas are excellent, each with its own private pool. We especially loved the mango trees throughout the property – they create a truly tropical atmosphere. For first-time visitors to Vietnam, this would be a real exotic treat. However, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The pool near the beach is too small for the number of guests, and finding available sun loungers is difficult, both at the beach and by the pool. The food variety is good, but we wished the quality of some dishes was higher. What surprised us most was having to pay for ice. In all our years of traveling across Vietnam, this is the first time we've encountered a charge for ice, and the price seemed clearly excessive. Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are polite and friendly, but we couldn't shake the feeling of a certain formality. Everything seemed to be in place, but we didn't feel that atmosphere that makes you want to return again. For a first introduction to Vietnam, the hotel is perfectly suitable, but personally, we'll choose a different place next time.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the morning at 8 AM. They checked us in but told us to come back after 2 PM for the room key. The deposit is 1,000,000 VND per day. You can walk around the property and get drinks; they'll be deducted from your deposit upon checkout. The average price for drinks at the bar is 80,000-100,000 VND. At the local shop, beer is 40,000 VND and Coke is 25,000 VND. We brought our own alcohol, drank it at dinner and everywhere else, and no one said anything. They readily provide ice. The buffet food is excellent, with a great variety. However, there's no tea at dinner. If you want some, a staff member will bring it for 90,000 VND. Though there's hot water available, so if you're looking to save money, just bring a teabag from your room and use that… just saying. :) The rooms are gorgeous. The bed is about three meters wide. Definitely opt for a sea view; it's not much more expensive. The air conditioning is excellent; it doesn't blow directly onto the bed, which is common in Asia. When I booked, I thought it was great that there was a saltwater pool, but unfortunately, it's impossible to swim in it – the water is too hot. I want to specifically point out that there are plenty of sun loungers at the beach. However, they are always occupied by towels and other belongings, not by people. Someone will claim a spot and never show up for the entire day. Meanwhile, you, as a guest at a 5-star hotel, have to lie on the sand like a dog. To those who do this, you know who you are. We once just threw someone else's towels off a claimed lounger, put ours down, and guess what? No one showed up the whole day.

DDuobulonglizuocheThe beach here is fantastic – quiet, not crowded, and the water is crystal clear. It's much better than Nha Trang's beach. The rooms are huge and well-equipped, plus they come with a private pool. There's really no comparison; I'll definitely stay here again next time. However, there are some significant downsides. Even though there's an induction cooker, you can't actually cook, and there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. Dining is a big problem; you're pretty much stuck eating at the hotel restaurant, which is expensive and a bit of a rip-off.

GGuest UserWe only booked here since we had a very late flight and thought it would be convinient to stay nearby for couple of days before heading to the main Hon tre island and Nha Trang city center. But we wished we would have booked more nights here because the Villas were very nice. We had a large family of 15 people including adults and children so we had to book 2 three bedroom villas. The villa was pretty clean but I think it could have been cleaner especially the floors were bit dusty. Other than that the private pools were nice and clean. The beach and main pool were nice and clean too. Only thing was they didnt include complimentary breakfast and the breakfast buffet was kind of pricey and it was bit hard to get grab to come over since the resort is kinda out of the way from main downtown. If we decide to visit Nha Trang we will come here again but maybe book the breakfast rooms next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is the 'Russian vacation' type! Overall, it's a good hotel with service that's up to par. There are two Russian-speaking administrators at the reception who can help you with any questions. And, in general, most of the guests at this hotel were Russian. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is good. Towels are changed daily, regardless of whether you've thrown them on the floor or not. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, the food in the restaurants is tasty, and there's plenty of entertainment for kids, both free and for an extra charge. This hotel is suitable for those who enjoy lively vacations, having fun, and drinking and snacking at any time. It's not for those who prefer peace and quiet. We stayed in the Noah zone, which consists of 2-3 story buildings further back on the hotel grounds. They're a bit set apart, but we could still hear the sounds of a wild party near the main building in the evenings. And generally, there's loud music and some kind of activity constantly throughout the day and evening near the main building, whether it's aqua aerobics or other events. So, if you want quiet, I don't recommend staying in the main building. Also, some rooms there have a view of a neighboring unfinished construction site. We witnessed tourists being checked into those rooms and they were very unhappy. The other rooms face the main pool where the music is constantly blaring. We were lucky we chose rooms in these separate buildings. The Noah zone is quiet and peaceful during the day. The rooms are spacious. We had a garden view, which was wonderful. Birds would wake us up in the mornings! The second restaurant is conveniently located right next to these buildings, so you don't have to trek to the main building. All in all, the hotel is excellent. I'm giving it a five-star rating because the service and everything else are top-notch. But it's not for us, simply because we don't like all the constant activity, the perpetually loud music, and watching Russian tourists drinking on the sun loungers all day. But to each their own, I suppose.

GGuest UserWell, what can I say, overall not bad, but there are downsides. The villas are good, everything is in good condition, the beds are comfortable, the linen is good. There is a washing machine and powder. The dishes are clean, though there are no forks and teaspoons. That's probably all. Of the downsides: there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is said in the neighboring villa, while you are in a room on the second floor, and they are in their courtyard, the cleaning is initially a C, everything is swept up in the corners, you clean yourself, you even have to take the garbage out to the bin outside. There are few towels, no kitchen towels at all, as well as a dishcloth. There are not many dishes, a minimal set is present, but if you are traveling in a large company, there are not enough dishes, both for cooking and for eating. There are no napkins. Pool: the entire bottom is in sand. Somehow the courtyard is not well maintained. There are no soft mattresses on the sun loungers. On the first floor in the toilet there was a smell of sewage villa. 1117. The beach is a separate song: there is practically none... or rather, it is not equipped at all, there are very few sun loungers... if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger, you need to either have your own towel or bring it from your room (of which there are only 3 for 3 bathrooms), no one cleans the beach, the sea in this place has low and high tides... you also need to take this into account. There is nothing nearby, the nearest chafanka is 2.5 km away... there is a small swimming pool and a restaurant on the territory. Prices are above average. In short, everything is much more beautiful in the picture. We stayed for 2 days... ok, not worth it for a longer period... The price per day is 12 thousand rubles.

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

GGuest UserOur visit at Riviera was underwhelming. First our room was on the main building but due to the party noise from the bar which goes on until 11pm, we requested another room as our kids couldn't sleep due to the noise. Staff was helpful and agreed to our request, this we appreciate a lot. However new room had it's problem: shower drain was weak and even with a quick shower. The room lock had some issues and we waited 15min for repair to get the door open, and we had to hurry to change to catch the bus to Nha Trang center. Water park slides are for kids over 1,35m and not allowed even if your child can swim. I understand safety rules, but this would have been nice to mention somewhere. The smaller kids pool was ok, but you can see it's been worn out and need new paint and repair. Kid's club room was also worn out and stuffy atmosphere, the supervising adults didnt seems very welcoming, unlike other kids club we have been to in Thailand. Breakfast seems wide but flavors and food quality were mediocre. I'm very happy I didn't buy all-inclusive package, at first it seemed cheap but actually with that same money you can get way better food outside even when you have to pay for taxi. You can enjoy watching the beach but not allowed to swim as the rip currents are too strong, lifeguards will ask you to not go to the water. Positive was the staff that were very friendly and helpful. But this place is far from 5 start resort maybe 3 star at most. I would stay in the Nha Trang city center with better food, cheaper massage and other services.

IIrina_vlgA really good hotel for relaxation. Pros: The hotel is large, but guests are well-spread out across the property, so there are no crowds. The food is delicious, and there's free access to the neighboring hotel, as the properties aren't fenced off. Every room offers a fantastic view. It's close to the airport, and the beach is incredibly beautiful with clear water (unlike Nha Trang). We couldn't find any cons. It's a great place for a quiet getaway as a couple or with small children. For slightly older kids, the neighboring hotel would be more interesting as it has daily entertainment. A note: The guests are mostly Russian and Chinese tourists, who can be uncharacteristically noisy, but they tend to hide away from the heat, which leaves plenty of space.

DDarling13This is a very peaceful and quiet place. However, for some reason, there are very few people in the hotel, so breakfast isn't always a buffet and is quite meager. On the day we checked out, we were disappointed that breakfast was à la carte. The room is clean, and the bathroom door doesn't have a latch, if that's important to anyone. The view from the balcony is stunning!
