GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay, the selection of food is really great, the beach and pool are really enjoyable, the evening entertainment was also a really nice touch. Just be aware that its far from Nha trang city and you should view it as a resort destination where you plan to spend your time in enjoying food, drink, beach and facilities

GGuest UserI specifically chose a meal that included drinks when I booked, but when I tried to order a drink (beer, coke, soda), I was told that those weren't the included drinks and that the drinks available were those served at the buffet.
Especially regarding the massage, the service itself was good, but when I went to make a reservation, the staff seemed busy or something; there was nowhere to sit, and no explanation of the menu. I had chosen a package that included a 20% discount coupon for this too, but it turned out that anyone visiting before 5 PM automatically received a 20% discount anyway, making the coupon pointless.
Even though I spent a considerable amount on the full-body mud spa and massage for my whole family, I didn't really feel like I was getting good service... I held back a lot. My family said they really enjoyed the massage, so the massage itself was excellent, but the way guests were treated was disappointing.
The refrigerator in the room was as effective as a fan; it didn't cool or freeze. There were two bathrooms, but one of them had no toiletries or towels. The bed was a bit saggy.
It was a Junior Suite, but contrary to the pictures, there was only one boat-shaped bed in the kids' room. The other one was a bed that was quite high for children to sleep in, so I ended up sleeping there. My mother and the younger child slept in the main bed.
Every time a button was pressed on the TV, a Vietnamese audio description for the visually impaired kept playing.
Being able to smoke on the balcony was a plus.

유유초이I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could enjoy a wholesome, kid-friendly atmosphere even at night. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed.

GGuest UserThe entire stay was extremely disappointing: the villa wasn't informed beforehand that it shared a lobby with other hotels, making arrival difficult and resulting in a long wait in strong winds.
The most serious problem was the lack of hot water; the whole family had to take cold showers in the freezing weather, causing the baby to catch a cold. Although the hotel staff tried to remedy the situation by arranging a free airport shuttle the next day, the initial mistake had already made a family member unwell. The hotel's serious oversight of forgetting to turn on the water heater directly impacted our experience, demonstrating extreme unprofessionalism and making the overall experience very disappointing.
Furthermore, the villa's hygiene was appalling. Two dead cockroaches and stains were found on the floor upon check-in, and they reappeared shortly after being cleaned, making the experience extremely poor. Had I known the quality would be like this, I would never have paid extra for a late check-out. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and the price was completely unjustified.
Additionally, when we went to the pool, we found the water to be quite clean, but there was no scheduled cleaning time. Later, when we used bath towels, we were told there was a charge, which felt inconsiderate and a far cry from our other accommodations in Nha Trang. It was a regrettable decision to use this hotel for our last night in Nha Trang.

What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

First of all, the 520 single-family villa is simply good value for money. There is also a private pool and kitchen inside. Do you want to eat seafood? It's so convenient to cook by yourself!
Three oversized rooms, the total area is more than 200 square meters, single-family villas! Because we two people staying in the housekeeper will pick a room, the other two rooms will be locked. The room on the first floor is convenient for life, the door is the swimming pool, you can swim if you want to swim! There is a room on the second floor to see the sea, and the other is quieter. I chose a quiet one. But later I found out that it was still on the first floor. Of course, if a few friends or family live together, it should also be very interesting to cook together and have a party holiday. If you don't want to cook by yourself, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that can also deliver meals to the room.
The room can see the sea, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are brand new, the 24-hour housekeeper is on call, it is really intimate.
There is a large platform on the top floor, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the starry sky, it is cool! There are two big swimming pools and bars in the middle of the villa area. The beauty is turned over. The blue sea water and soft beach are simply the scenery in the painting.
This 520 is too powerful, recommended, highly recommended

The buffet breakfast was mainly Vietnamese and delicious. The fruit selection was limited, but it was fresh and not a problem for us. We used Grab Food for lunch and dinner. We had to pick up our groceries at the gate, but...
Considering the price and easy access to the beach, I would definitely stay here again when in Cam Ranh.
The spa in the hotel doesn't speak any English, only Vietnamese and Korean. As a Japanese person, I asked if they could speak English, but they were rude, so I would recommend Japanese people avoid going there.

GGuest UserA good hotel for its price. It has all the basic amenities. The staff is very friendly. The area where the hotel is located is quite deserted and empty, with lots of dogs on the streets. It's quite a distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. A bike is a must if you plan to stay there.
