ККсенияКАExcellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

어어둠을먹는자들1. **Location:** The resort is located in the Cam Ranh area, which is full of resorts. It's a quiet place, perfect for relaxing, but it takes about an hour by taxi to get to Nha Trang city center. The airport is conveniently close, about 20 minutes by taxi.
2. **Room:** The room interior was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, strong enough to make it cold without any musty smell. Based on using a filter shower head, the tap water quality seemed slightly better than in Nha Trang city, but definitely not good enough to use without a filter. The room TV had Netflix and YouTube.
3. **Pool:** The water quality was quite clean, and the pool was spacious. There were areas up to 1.6m deep, so adults could also have a lot of fun. The downside is that the sun heats the water, making it quite lukewarm.
4. **Private Beach:** The coastline stretches out long and wide. The sand grains are incredibly fine, and there are no impurities like seashells or pebbles, so you can walk barefoot. The water is really clear and cooler than the pool, so personally, I preferred swimming here. It was great to have simple shower facilities and taps to wash your feet.
5. **Buffet:** It was great that breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all included, and the food quality was quite decent (comparable to Ashley Queens). There was also a BBQ in the evening. However, the seating wasn't ample enough for the number of people, so it got very crowded. Be wary of rude Russians.
6. **Staff Friendliness:** For Koreans accustomed to South Korea's service, it might feel a bit slow and frustrating. However, the staff were friendly. That said, check-in and check-out took a long time due to many people crowding at once.
7. **Price:** With breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner all included, and the ability to use facilities like the pool and private beach even after check-out, the value for money was excellent.

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all.
The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos.
The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful.
Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

CCinderalla travelingThis was the most disappointing hotel of our Nha Trang trip, and I have a few points for everyone's reference.
First, we booked a sea view room. When we checked in around 4 PM, they told us they only had rooms on the first floor and no higher floors were available because all rooms were full. When we called the manager, he just reiterated there were no rooms, with an attitude that implied 'take it or leave it.' He said they would check for a higher floor room the next day, but they never contacted me. It's true what other reviews say about them being unfriendly to Chinese guests.
Secondly, a major drawback is that there's absolutely nothing around. You can only eat at the hotel. Dinner buffet for two adults and one child was 500 RMB, which is extremely expensive for Nha Trang. The dinner buffet was significantly worse than breakfast, not even offering drinks.
Third, even during the May Day holiday, there was only one shuttle bus to the city at 11 AM daily. We had to take a taxi to and from the city in the afternoon, which cost 300 RMB round trip. This is completely different from what reviews claimed about having regular shuttle services.
Fourth, traveling with a child, we couldn't really experience the facilities of a 'sports-themed' hotel, and the overall vibe was weak. There wasn't much to do; we just spent two days in the pool. It was also very windy, and the pool had no shade, so it was completely exposed to the sun.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel in any aspect. Of course, the price was indeed cheap, but that's all it had going for it. If you have an early flight, it is conveniently close to the airport, about ten minutes away, making it suitable for a one-night stay before catching a flight.

What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

GGuest UserWe only booked here since we had a very late flight and thought it would be convinient to stay nearby for couple of days before heading to the main Hon tre island and Nha Trang city center. But we wished we would have booked more nights here because the Villas were very nice. We had a large family of 15 people including adults and children so we had to book 2 three bedroom villas. The villa was pretty clean but I think it could have been cleaner especially the floors were bit dusty. Other than that the private pools were nice and clean. The beach and main pool were nice and clean too. Only thing was they didnt include complimentary breakfast and the breakfast buffet was kind of pricey and it was bit hard to get grab to come over since the resort is kinda out of the way from main downtown. If we decide to visit Nha Trang we will come here again but maybe book the breakfast rooms next time.

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan.
The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport.

I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well.
My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym.
The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people.
The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views.
In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

GGuest UserOur visit at Riviera was underwhelming. First our room was on the main building but due to the party noise from the bar which goes on until 11pm, we requested another room as our kids couldn't sleep due to the noise. Staff was helpful and agreed to our request, this we appreciate a lot. However new room had it's problem: shower drain was weak and even with a quick shower. The room lock had some issues and we waited 15min for repair to get the door open, and we had to hurry to change to catch the bus to Nha Trang center.
Water park slides are for kids over 1,35m and not allowed even if your child can swim. I understand safety rules, but this would have been nice to mention somewhere. The smaller kids pool was ok, but you can see it's been worn out and need new paint and repair. Kid's club room was also worn out and stuffy atmosphere, the supervising adults didnt seems very welcoming, unlike other kids club we have been to in Thailand.
Breakfast seems wide but flavors and food quality were mediocre. I'm very happy I didn't buy all-inclusive package, at first it seemed cheap but actually with that same money you can get way better food outside even when you have to pay for taxi.
You can enjoy watching the beach but not allowed to swim as the rip currents are too strong, lifeguards will ask you to not go to the water.
Positive was the staff that were very friendly and helpful. But this place is far from 5 start resort maybe 3 star at most. I would stay in the Nha Trang city center with better food, cheaper massage and other services.

JJ.DAHEI stayed for two nights. The ocean view was amazing, and the room was spacious. There were also plenty of fun activities at the pool. The staff were friendly, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend Radisson Blu!
