Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed.
The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the facilities were very new, with comfortable bedding. We spent three days relaxing at the hotel, and since there weren't many tourists, it was perfect for a vacation.
The hotel breakfast was abundant, and the dishes were generally excellent; I could easily eat two bowls of noodles! There was a friendly, chubby server who had many cute little gestures. When he learned we were Chinese, he even showed us his phone wallpaper, which was a photo of him at the Bund in Shanghai. I don't recommend the beachfront restaurant; the food was mediocre and portions were small.
The beach was clean with fine sand, and the waves were quite large. Nha Trang's temperature is ideal for a vacation, warm but not stifling, though the wind was incredibly strong—it felt like it was blowing us away!
It's far from the city center. We didn't notice any restaurants nearby when we arrived, but apparently, some offer pick-up and drop-off services for hotel guests. We took Grab taxis to the city for all our meals.
GGuest UserFacilities: We were upgraded to a three-bedroom villa, and the facilities were much better than expected. The pool was also very clean, though unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the typhoon.
Cleanliness: It was decent, aside from some oil stains on the sofa, everything else was quite clean.
Environment: The resort environment is very good. A pleasant surprise was being able to watch the sunrise from the rooftop in the morning, which was lovely.
Service: The service was good, and we could call a buggy for transport in and out.
Food and Beverage: Breakfast wasn't great, it was even worse than hotels costing two or three hundred in the city. There were a lot of Koreans, giving it the feel of a Korean guesthouse.
AAnonymous UserGood value for money Lumina Villa (Wyndham Garden Resort).
What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.
GGuest UserWe recently spent 8 days and 7 nights at Duyen Ha Resort in a pool villa, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is exceptionally clean, quiet, and surrounded by a beautiful green environment. Our private pool was crystal clear and well-maintained.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to prepare a lovely surprise for our anniversary, which made our stay very special. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and we really enjoyed the afternoon tea service.
One thing to note is that the resort does not allow outside food delivery (Grab), but the on-site dining is good. A huge thank you to the team for allowing us a late checkout until 6:00 PM—it made our departure so much more relaxing. Highly recommended!
CChasewangThis hotel has a fantastic resort-like vibe, seamlessly blending into nature. Every corner feels incredibly relaxing. It's also super convenient to get to, just a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the city.
AAnonymous UserIn the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room.
The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number.
The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available.
I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang.
If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are comprehensive, including a pool, private beach, sports amenities, sauna, and recreation facilities. There's even a small cinema and a billiards room, which is a great variety. The hotel also offers bicycles and a sauna, which is a nice touch.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, one of the cleaner hotels in its class.
Environment: The environment is beautiful, with a lovely private beach and lawn. It's very quiet, which I appreciate.
Service: The staff were warm and friendly. They even helped decorate the room for my parents' wedding anniversary, which was very kind. Thank you.
Resort Shuttle: The free airport shuttle service is excellent.
The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and cocktail time are great, especially as they coincide with sunset. It's a wonderful experience.
The hotel staff are super good. Thanks again, I will definitely be back.
유유초이I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could enjoy a wholesome, kid-friendly atmosphere even at night. Highly recommended!
MMariia DrinevskaiaA wonderful large villa with a beautiful view. The villa comes with basic kitchenware. The beach is gorgeous, and the pool is nice. It's conveniently located near the airport. However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
