床頭插座都不能用，陽台及窗戶都很髒

我最近在台中的水雲端旗艦概念旅館住了幾晚，體驗非常棒！這間酒店完美結合了現代設計和舒適感，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。 首先，酒店的位置極佳，位於台中市中心，周邊有許多購物中心和餐廳，讓我們的旅遊行程非常方便。酒店的設施一流，房間內的設備非常先進，特別是豪華的浴室和舒適的床鋪，讓人倍感放鬆。 其次，房間設計現代且舒適，從舒適的床鋪到先進的衛浴設備，每一處細節都讓人感到溫馨和放鬆。每日的清潔服務也非常周到，讓房間時刻保持整潔。 最令人印象深刻的是酒店的服務。工作人員友善且專業，從我們進入酒店的那一刻起，便感受到無微不至的關懷。他們總是樂於解答我們的問題，並且迅速滿足我們的需求。特別要讚揚的是禮賓服務，幫我們安排了幾個非常精彩的本地旅遊活動，使我們的旅程更加豐富多彩。 最後，酒店的餐飲選擇豐富且美味，每一餐都讓人滿意。早餐的自助餐種類繁多，質量上乘，讓我們每天都能充滿活力地開始新的一天。 總的來說，水雲端旗艦概念旅館是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，無論是商務還是休閒旅遊，我都會強烈推薦這家酒店。期待未來有機會再次入住！

服務態度很好，餐點很好吃！

早餐要去用餐說要候位，詢問是否要外帶比較不用等那麼久，我們說可以，於是準備拿餐盒給我們外帶，這時有訪客離開了我們又詢問有人吃好了不然我們內用，她說前面很多人在等（重點候位區都沒有人），好我們想說算了就拿著餐盒要去裝餐點，結果在我們後面候位的也跟她說一樣的話，她卻讓她進去吃，到這裡我感覺已經很不開心了，後面要跟她拿蓋子時她回我說’’為什麼你們有餐盒’’ 服務態度這樣真的很不優耶 良心建議：如要用餐服務人員說要候位，就等一下就好其實不用等很久 不要像我們一樣覺得沒差就外帶回房間吃

住宿整體舒適，開車前往不論是到哪裡都很方便 環境來說乾淨 而且無聊時還可以唱歌 是非常適合年輕人住宿的地方

When we checked in at almost 2 o'clock on the first night, the receptionist told us that there was an electric mahjong table in the room, and we were asked not to use it. She would check it again before we could leave. I immediately asked: We have not booked a mahjong room. If you are afraid that we will use and destroy it, please move it. The other party said that this was the only one. We paid and were then assigned to a mahjong table that was occupied and smelled of cigarette smoke (ashtray). Even asking a question has a bad attitude. In disguise, I started recording as soon as I checked in, then checked the status of the mahjong table, and recorded again when I left. When I left, I was left at the gate waiting for them to check. Secondly, I opened the quilt and found three drops of blood of varying sizes on the sheet inside (when lying down, with the fold facing up, probably at the shoulder and neck). It was suspected that it had been cleaned but could not be washed away. But the blood stains were obvious. I was so frightened that I pulled out the sheets and threw them on the sofa. Later I thought of taking a photo and went to find one to take a photo of. There were 2-3 other bigger ones that I really didn’t want to encounter again. But as I just mentioned, the housekeeping staff should be able to detect it because it is reflected on the top, but they still provide such services. Third, my husband noticed that the sofa seemed to be tilted backwards, so I went to sit on it to see if my whole body would slide backwards. The seat cushions were dented and old, and there was dust inside when I lifted them up. I wanted to react based on the second and third questions, but the reaction was like this at the door just now. I don’t think anyone will come to change it at two o’clock in the middle of the night. Although I have always been proud of being a Taichung person, this stay made me feel miserable. When my husband brushes his teeth, the spare toothbrush actually loses hair and gets stuck in his teeth... From north to south, there are outer islands. I have stayed in many hotels, motels, restaurants or B&Bs. But this experience is really amazing

There are mosquitoes when sleeping at night When leaving the room, the door cannot be locked and I have to ask someone to close the iron door. I don’t think this works well and makes me feel safe. As for food, I stayed here once a few years ago. The late-night snack menu back then was much richer than now. The decoration of the room this time has a bit of an age feel.
