Facilities: The hotel has new decoration facilities and a good location. There is a mini bar with free juice and water in the lobby. There is a yard downstairs for parking, and there are basically parking spaces. The room is of regular size, with a small refrigerator, luggage storage and hanging area, a washbasin, shower and toilet in three parts, a desk and a small sofa. The sound insulation between the room and the room is good and quiet, but the sound insulation between the room and the corridor is not good. The doorbells of other rooms always feel like your own room. When someone knocks on the door and talks in the corridor, it can be heard more clearly in the room. Hygiene: Focus on praise, the hygiene is in place, we like to travel and stay in a clean and comfortable hotel. Service: The service attitude of the front desk and the staff in charge of hygiene are very polite and enthusiastic. If there are questions, they will answer patiently. Thumbs up! The mineral water in the room can be taken as needed by a robot and delivered to the room. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast, you can take the breakfast bag at the front desk. Full of details! Meals: The breakfast room is not big, but the variety is good, the items are rich, and there are freshly made pancakes. I don’t want to queue up and don’t eat them. It looks good. The restaurant was full during the peak dining time, but we were quickly able to take the food to the last meeting room in the picture. It was right next to the restaurant, so we just took it and ate it. Overall evaluation: Very satisfied, stayed for two days in a row, and if I come again, I will still come to this hotel and recommend it to friends.

The room is very nice and clean. The facilities are well maintained. It is considered a very good Ritz-Carlton in China. The service is a little lacking. I have stayed in Ritz-Carlton in Japan and Guangzhou. The service is very considerate. There is no reception after arriving at the hotel. You have to carry your luggage by yourself. The next day, I wanted to have afternoon tea in the hotel lobby, but there was no priority seat reserved for guests staying in the hotel. The attitude of the short-haired service girl in the lobby lounge was also very bad. It was a hot day in Tianjin at noon, and she asked me if there was a seat outside? Why didn't you sit outside? ? The good mood of the check-in was completely ruined by this waiter.

It's hard to describe in a few words. There are many things that need to be improved. There are too many shabby places and facilities. The basement is disgustingly ugly. Many places in the room have not been repaired. It's dirty and messy. It's really disappointing. The good memories of Indigo are gone forever. What a pity.

It was quite simply faultless. Booked to stay at the St. Regis, Tianjin, and I had to cancel as it was quite simply an antiquated hotel that was unlike anything I've experienced with this brand before. The fourseasons saved the day and made my stay in Tianjin a thoroughly happy one.

It was a very good experience, and I even upgraded the room type for free. The room is super big, very clean, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere. When you get out of the subway, there is still a lot of fireworks. There are so many people who like Tianjin, and they will choose to live here next time. The two ladies who checked in and checked out are super nice~

The room was clean and the service attitude of the store owner was also very good. It was a pity that I forgot to take pictures of the room with my children.

These are service apartments, thus you have the benefit of an Apartment feel to it, with some benefits of a Hotel. The location is prime, as you are moments away from key landmarks and attractions. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

- Really good service and friendliness at check-in. - The buffet dinner in the market cafe was good/decent. - Very presentable rooms - A lot better than the Courtyard Marriott! - Bed is not so comfortable - Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear women working hard.. - The pool changing rooms are quite dirty and untidy, also mobile phones in the hot pool/spa should be banned. - No extraction fan in the bathroom. - The air con works but there is a faint smell of cigarettes that wafts through the room.

I booked this hotel after seeing some reviews on here,the location is great,the door is not visible from the road even though its right there,it has a beautiful rustic feel and look from the outside,checkin took soo loong (probably due to covid ).,they have measures in place if you cant speak chinese.,the reception area is okay,the elevator is a little old but works fine.The room has a beautiful aesthetic,i loved the loft concept.,the beds are comfortable,it is very clean and welcoming.love everything about the room.Breakfast is a set meal.,which was okay could be better .,the people working there are lovely ,which made our stay even more pleasant.would recommend .
