We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!
Friendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.
The place is a bit old but it is clean with amenities like microwave, big fridge and basic kitchen utensils. Lots of storage space as well.
I like the complimentary lounge with nice TV viewing providing coffee, tea and a water dispenser. Watching World Cup matches was very convenient.
Location wise it is actually quite good being 300 meters from the Bloor-yonge subway station but that would be the closest to eateries as well so need to walk about 10 mins to have more food choices.
Under the curtains were really dusty like they have never been cleaned. Also the restaurant is pretty unprofessional. They don’t warn the loud guests and they engage in the conversation even. The rooms smell like **** at night occasionally. Otherwise a pretty comfortable and safe hotel.
Although the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, its excellent location is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious enough, and amenities are comprehensive, with great housekeeping service. It's also very close to landmarks like the University of Toronto, and there's a significant Chinese presence in the area. Various Asian eateries, including Heytea, are abundant, making it suitable for Chinese guests.
Still quite satisfied, lived well, lived for 10 days, the surrounding area was also visited, the restaurant also ate a few times. The spa is also reflected, the overall is not bad. The exterior is being built, the sound is always bad during the day, and there is a fire truck, you can hear a lot of times a day. Toiletries are not provided daily, they need to be explained, and the service attitude is OK. At least the brand is there. I hope I can have a better stay experience next time.

The hotel has a lovely, boutique-like charm, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in the room – a nice touch! The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was a definite highlight! Especially the weekend brunch, which, despite starting a bit late, was absolutely worth the wait. The front desk team, particularly the ladies and a gentleman I believe was named Joy, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location-wise, it's about a 20-minute walk to the University of Toronto, with plenty of Chinese restaurants and bubble tea shops in the immediate vicinity. And the Shoppers Drug Mart directly opposite is incredibly convenient and well-stocked.

This small hotel is located directly opposite the main entrance of the station in downtown Welsy, Toronto. It is a separate house (a single house) with 4 floors and each floor has1-4 rooms. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, and my single room is on the 3rd floor (the upper floor of the main). The hotel and the room are not big, but very clean and tidy! The hot water is very good, there is air conditioning, and there is no dust visually. The butler is enthusiastic and responsive. The bedding is comfortable, clean and has no sense of tide. Overall, it is very suitable for short stays, surrounding work, etc., it is recommended!
