Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel is stylish, spotless, and located in a great area. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Sheyai for going above and beyond to make my graduation trip even more memorable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The staff were very polite and respectful, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues during the stay. The app states that the security deposit can be paid in cash, but when we arrived, the staff seemed reluctant to accept a cash deposit, which was confusing and inconvenient. The room was definitely not very clean, though it was still manageable. The air conditioning does not work — only wall fans are available. The hotel is also quite noisy 24 hours a day, making it hard to sleep. In addition, the lower part of the hotel is under repairs, and the noise from that also disturbs guests at night. The location is okay, but the street is rarely cleared of snow, which can make access difficult. Overall, the staff are kind, but the comfort and facilities could be improved.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

This time was watching concert at Massey Hall. Hotel location is just crossing a road. Good for us to take rest after the show finished.✅

I was visiting friends in downtown Toronto area and the apartment was as advertised - it was walking distance from a large grocery store (Loblaws), College station and street car line. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, a great experience.

Check-in was quite convenient, fully self-service. However, you need to submit your passport information beforehand, so make sure to check your emails promptly, otherwise you might miss something. The area felt very safe, and the facilities were quite new. It was clean and tidy. The price offers great value for money, and the room size was decent too.

Hotel itself is ok, however, checkin was denied even 2 hours after confirmed booking as hotel did not have our booking info. We have to call 3 different Trip.com toll free numbers for help but each of them said 'not my department' and gave us another number to make the next unsuccessful call. It took just about 1 hour to finally sort out the checkin issue. Then sometimes later, I got another confirmation with a revised booking number, the previous one got lost? This event has left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately will make me hesitate to book thru Trip.com next time.
