Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel is stylish, spotless, and located in a great area. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Sheyai for going above and beyond to make my graduation trip even more memorable. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The staff were very polite and respectful, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues during the stay. The app states that the security deposit can be paid in cash, but when we arrived, the staff seemed reluctant to accept a cash deposit, which was confusing and inconvenient. The room was definitely not very clean, though it was still manageable. The air conditioning does not work — only wall fans are available. The hotel is also quite noisy 24 hours a day, making it hard to sleep. In addition, the lower part of the hotel is under repairs, and the noise from that also disturbs guests at night. The location is okay, but the street is rarely cleared of snow, which can make access difficult. Overall, the staff are kind, but the comfort and facilities could be improved.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Overall a good hotel and would book there again. They don’t have smart tv’s in the room so was unable to stream Netflix or any of those. A microwave in the room would be handy too

I was visiting friends in downtown Toronto area and the apartment was as advertised - it was walking distance from a large grocery store (Loblaws), College station and street car line. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, a great experience.

Check-in was quite convenient, fully self-service. However, you need to submit your passport information beforehand, so make sure to check your emails promptly, otherwise you might miss something. The area felt very safe, and the facilities were quite new. It was clean and tidy. The price offers great value for money, and the room size was decent too.

The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk service was decent. It's quite close to the city center, and Eaton Centre is within walking distance. My only complaint is that the heater was very loud; it got cold if you turned it off. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill you up. It was the same every day, though. It would be great if they could vary it a bit and offer some vegetables!
