Hotels in Entertainment District, Toronto

Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements.

Japanese Zen style is very good

8,5/10 : The location is perfect, the equipment is modern. L'autonomie pour le check in et le check out avec accès numérique code. The only thing that would be needed is a household service... It is also necessary to state that there is no insonorisation with the outside if you have a light sleep that can impact you .

The location in Toronto's Financial District is impeccable. Breakfast is à la carte and costs extra. The room was a bit small, and although bath salts were provided for the tub, I didn't use them. I happened to be there during TIFF, so the lobby was a bit chaotic.

Exceeded expectations! This hotel has a fantastic design. The rooms are new and spacious, and the bed is large and very comfortable. It was a long day, and relaxing here after my flight was cancelled was a huge relief.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

A great experience for my girlfriend and I at the Sutton in Toronto. *Great valet service. *Clean rooms and a high standard throughout the hotel. *Accommodating and friendly staff. The front of house staff went the extra mile for us -- contacting the restaurant we had booked ahead of our arrival, to make sure they took good care of us on my girlfriend's birthday. Which we had only mentioned to them in passing. Jerwin and Julian in particular really made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

Good location with great view to the fall , just need few minutes to downtown for dining . Can say I will come back this hotel again .

Location was perfect. Some little quirks in the room, and  front desk not very pleasant or helpful.
