I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Where to start , well let's start at Check In, we have arrived at the Hotel around mid day which we were lucky to be provided with a room straight away, after taking our way into the room well.. The carpets are horrendously dirty to the point i had a walk around Vienna looking for flip flops just not to step bare feet on the carpet. At this point we have contacted the reception in hopes of getting an upgrade which we were willing to pay but got immediately shut down as they were at full capacity, the shower room was fine big walk in shower fairly modern and clean, big TV although do not be fooled it is not a smart TV if you phone does not have Screen Cast do not forget HDMI cable or you will be stuck watching German TV. The restaurant was only open for Breakfast they do not open for Dinner only upon request and availability, now this was a first for me.. Nevertheless we prefer to eat out always and Vienna has some Fabulous places where you can have a nice Dinner. Be careful as well when you wake up a bit later and have to come down to reception to ask for Housekeeping to come and tend your room as they will leave your room door wide open whilst you are parading around Vienna, this actually happened to us we requested them to go to the room to change the towels and nade our way to the center, once we cane back to the hotel after several hours we found our door wide open left by Housekeeping, next morning we made our way to the reception and made a complain as all our belongings where in the room and they would not take accountability if they were stolen, they only apologized and that was all not a voucher not an upgrade absolutely nothing, if you are looking for a Hotel were they dont care about you no good morning no good evening this is the place for you if not DO NOT STAY HERE. This is for the Doppio Hotel team please dont bother replying to my review and rather look into making changes when providing training to your team, people want to feel welcome and safe when staying abroad and you guys failed at both those points, seek out to Train and Develop your team because there is a long way for you guys to go. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

basic hotel Clean 20 minutes from centre. Rooms really hot no facility to turn temperature down. The bar was closed not sure if staff issues After long time out would have been nice to get a hot drink and snack. we bought tea bags and milk as only 2 fruit tea sachets in room. Breakfast was included and okay but limited choice. I wouldn't stay here again. ok for somewhere to sleep but not an experience hotel.

We stayed at Mooons for a short 4 day city break in Vienna. We chose a Quartier Belvedere room which was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had loads of charging sockets and the we loved sitting in the window and watching the world go by. We timed our trip with the recent europe heatwave - but the air con was so good in the room that we did not suffer at all. We have to say that the highlight of the stay was the rooftop bar. There was a fantastic selection of cocktails and the view from the rooftop in the early evening was stunning. the staff at the rooftop bar were so welcoming and friendly - especially the two young czech waiters who we got to know quite well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Vienna - without a doubt the rooftop bar was a huge addition to an already lovely hotel.

Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

We decided to bokk a self-service apartment for our one week stay in Vienna (partly because of the price/location ratio), but we soon came to regret it. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, well aware that the reception would be closed over the weekend, but we had not anticipated the problems we were going to experience. The hotel had promised to mail us final registration instructions three days before our arrival, but the mail did not arrive until after we had arrived, and because of the trouble in registration we did not find it until the next day! Consequently, we did not know how to open the front door to get in to the registration area, but fortunately another guest let us in. Then the nightmare began: We followed the instructions on the check-in computer, then we filled in the necessary information and managed to get as far as signing, only to receive the following message: ”Your room allotment can not be processed at this time. Please try again later.” This happened three times within the next hour. A friendly guest passing by helped us locarting the emergency service phone number, but after having tried that number three or four times without success (the call was aborted after a few seconds), we were on the verge of giving up. A final attempt was successful, and our German-speaking helper managed to explain our probleø to the help desk person. She tried her best to help us, for the better part of an hour, but without success. Finally, she said that she would call the security company, and they would be there to help us in 20 minutes. After half an hour, we decided that enough was enough, and we decided to check in to a nearby hotel for two nights (until the Smartments reception opened again on Monday), with the clear intention of presenting that hotel bill to Smartments. On Monday morning, we presented ourselves at the Smartments reception and demanded to speak to the manager, who was not present. A meeting was scheduled for the next day. This time, the receptionist helped us check in (not on the faulty computer!)m and we proceeded to our room, which was OK and about what we had expected, except that the coffee maker did not work and there were two non-functioning lamps. We also could not get into the supply room to get extra towels, because our key cards did not work on that door... On Tuesday morning, I had a meeting with the manager. He offered to reimburse us for the hotel costs we had incurred for the two nights we could not get in to Smartments, and to upgrade us for the rest of our stay to their highest category of room (one grade up from our original booking), at no cost to us. This we accepted. I did, however, not find his attitude particularly forthcoming. Being a former travel industry professional myself, I was not impressed by his way of handling the problem. For the rest of our stay, we encountered no further major problems, except that our key cards were still somewhat erratic and did not at all open the supply room doors.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall recommendation: Highly recommended:

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.
