Hanting Hotels in Yining City

This newly opened Hanting 4.0 boasts new and excellent facilities. It's just a stone's throw from Liuxing Street and next to Global Harbor Meilianmei. However, there are three major drawbacks. First, the air conditioner in the family room points directly at the oversized bed. No matter how it's adjusted, cold air blows onto the head of the bed. The designer's competence is questionable; I've almost never seen such a severe design flaw. Second, the hotel's promised airport shuttle service is actually provided by their own staff driving personal cars. Is your establishment still operating with a guesthouse mindset? On the morning we left, five people booked the shuttle at the same time, and there wasn't even enough space? This is a highly inappropriate practice. If you can't provide it, don't advertise free airport shuttle. Our flight was much more expensive than a taxi fare. Also, don't force your staff to do extra tasks like this. If you want to continue offering this service, just team up with the Huazhu next door and hire a mini-bus to make a stop at the airport on its morning route. Third, the breakfast box provided by the hotel included yogurt, which can't be taken into the airport's restricted area, so it was confiscated at security. The remaining meal box contained a flimsy slice of toast cut in half, which was utterly shocking. The orange also had an alcoholic, fermented smell. That's incredible! 👍 Please don't ruin a new hotel like this.

Facilities: Great, seems recently renovated. The bedding is very comfortable. There's also a washing machine, perfect for long-term travelers. Cleanliness: Excellent, promptly cleaned. Service: Terrible! We arrived to check in at 7 PM, only to be told at the front desk that our booked room hadn't been cleaned yet and we'd have to wait 30 minutes. I explicitly stated that we had just arrived after a long journey and really wanted to rest, and that a room change would be acceptable (they clearly had other room types available, which I could see online and were even cheaper than what we booked). We also had two large suitcases, but the front desk still refused. I honestly can't understand it, nor do I want to. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such service. So, if I book a room with them for a day, I can only check in after 7 PM?!

We went to Yili for a self-guided tour and booked this Hanting Hotel. The price was cheap, the room was clean, the room size was large, and the surrounding was quiet. The ethnic minority girls and boys at the front desk were all very pretty and handsome, and there was a Xinjiang restaurant downstairs, which was very good.

This hotel is perfect for travelers! The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise all night. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. There are plenty of tables and chairs, which was convenient for placing our belongings, and food delivery services nearby were super easy to use. Right across from the hotel is Shanghai City Pedestrian Street, making it very handy for buying naan bread and other necessities. The front desk and room service were very responsive and always available when needed. Overall, my entire stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room is a bit small, especially after the bathroom door is opened, the aisle is a bit narrow. Because there are planes flying overhead, the hotel provides earplugs. But I only heard it twice in the morning. It was fine at night, I didn’t hear anything. The breakfast is okay. It is on the first floor of the basement. There is a buffet with a rich variety and it is very comfortable to eat. Parking is available at the door, and the staff at the hotel door take the initiative to help with parking. It's very convenient to eat downstairs and go out for a walk.
