The hotel is very convenient for transportation, very close to the Sun Moon Bay on Qinglu Road, and there are many parking lots, which is convenient for self-driving travel. I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, which is spacious and bright with large windows. It should be newly renovated and the facilities look relatively new. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic, the check-in is fast, and a free breakfast coupon is given. It is worthy of being a 4-star hotel!

Great. I stayed for a few days. It's one of the best e-sports hotels I've ever stayed in. The configuration is great and I feel that the owner is very attentive to the management. Many things in the room are designed just right! Especially the power outage. The room card is only responsible for opening the door. 100 points!

The housing experience is great! Facilities: The more prominent thing is that the air conditioning heating is very powerful, the projection screen is very large and clear, and the shower room is very comfortable with hot water. Hygienic: The hotel standard is clean and tidy, not much to say, the disposable towels provided and the bath towels packaged after disinfection are really deep in my heart, praise!

location is great, closer to the opera house side but centrally enough to connect to the south tunnel and Gongbei. The check in place is close by to the hotel but a little tricky yet still part of same building complex, so I've attached photos for visuals. The building ain't as pretty, but I have to say, check in was pretty fast once I explained I had made a pre booking. Plus point, the manager/ owner didn't scan or take a photo of my passport, only used the proper system to check in, other hotels take a pic citing it's their internal company policy, bullocks!. There is a washing machine (public use), and I could definitely say their AC system rivals those of 5 star hotels, as well as their running hot water.( I've stayed at Venetian in Macao, and this places hot water flow was better , sad to say but giving credit where credit is due. ) The projector was missing in my room so I can't comment on that, it wasn't a priority for me so not deducting anything for that. Simple enough for short stay, and good price point for what you get I suppose.

I had little communication with her about the check-in service, but I was very grateful for arranging a non-smoking floor on the 18th floor. The room decoration is a bit old, and I unexpectedly found that the room has an air purifier. There is a refrigerator and a safe, as well as a bathtub. It is the style of a former business hotel, and it is not very old. Three bottles of water were added for the extended stay. The housekeeping sister was very considerate. It is a bit inconvenient to not have a food delivery robot, but it is understandable. The food delivery robot is not a standard service of the hotel. Living on a high floor, it is estimated that it is not as fast as going manually. The location is also very easy to find, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. There are still many chain hotels around, and this one has the best value for money.

Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

We had no issues staying at the hotel during two nights...except some ...I'd say, some lack of soundproofing. The problem isn't a critical one, but would be good to have ”thicker” walls. Personal were helpful, room was cosy and clean enough. The parking lot could be more spacious. Nevertheless, I parked without any problems - a guard helped a lot directing me. There is a non-fast electric car charger at the parking. But quantity of ”electrified places is quite limited ( 2 cars only as far as I remember.... correct me if I am wrong). General impression about our stay - good.

The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. We had not originally planned to overnight in Zhuhai, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed to find a hotel for Saturday night. As a family with two young children, we were specifically looking for a hotel that provided baby beds. Unfortunately, when we called over 10 different hotels, most either did not offer baby beds or were situated too far from the city center. We were pleased to learn from the hotel's front desk that they could provide two baby beds for our stay. We went ahead and booked our room online after confirming this. Upon arrival around 8 PM, the customer service representative, Fiona, was very helpful in explaining everything and even upgraded our room to a family suite with a kid-friendly theme. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating, and the room service attendant was thoughtful enough to bring us additional water bottles, recognizing my children may need extra for preparing formula and other necessities. The free parking was also very convenient for our family driving up from Hong Kong. Additionally, there were plenty of good dining options in the nearby vicinity. Overall, it was a very positive hotel experience that met our family's needs.
