Hotel was newly built and hence facilities and room is spacious and clean. There was coffee machine in room which was a nice touch.Hotel is quite near Batam centre ferry terminal. However they only provide one bathrobe and one hand Should have provided 2 for 2 guests in room. no other amenities like shower cap or toothbrush is provided.I would stay here again if price is reasonable

We had a pleasant stay at Arotel Batam overall. It is conveniently located and easily accessible, which made travelling to the market and Grand Batam Mall very convenient for us. Check-in was smooth and the staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable; however, we would suggest providing small towels as well. We would also recommend having at least three coffee machines during breakfast time, as two machines are not sufficient to cater to the morning crowd. Overall, a comfortable stay and we would consider staying here again.

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

It was my first time stay here and I impressed with this hotel. The check in took less than 10 mins and the rooms were ready too. The room is spacious and clean. Tv comes with a lot of channels to watch and the room service is 24/7. The housekeeping service was tip top. The room does not come with iron, but when we requested for 1, they provided us within 10 minutes. The spread for the breakfast was great too. Spacious, lots of seats and the topup for the food was fast. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and recommended for others to consider.

The environment is beautiful, with the entire resort is surrounded by trees. The staff are very friendly, and a welcome water is offered upon check-in. The resort provides shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, bathrobes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two bottles of mineral water. Towels are changed daily, and bed sheets are made daily. The hotel itself has two swimming pools with exceptionally clear water. Resort also offers a taxi-calling service, but the cost is relatively higher than Grab. Very recommended

I recently stayed two nights at Four Points Bintan and enjoyed the experience. The view impressed me from the moment I arrived. The pool felt calm and refreshing. The staff gave warm and consistent service. The room felt clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location gave me quick access to the ferry terminal, which made travel easy. You can improve the stay by offering more food and beverage options. A small grocery mart inside the hotel will help guests pick up essentials. The lounge menu can include more international choices and simple sandwiches. This will help guests who wait for their ferries in the afternoon at the lobby. Overall, the stay felt smooth and pleasant.

Excellent location. Has direct access to Grand Batam Mall on levels 2, 4 and 5. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and different selections on the two days we stayed there. Restaurant was crowded during breakfast so we sat outside near the pool. Had a power trip in the room during our stay but staff was quick to fix it. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Enjoyed live music on Friday and Saturday night.

I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a pleasant stay at hotel harmoni one convention batam! The hotel is spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a grand lobby that gives a luxurious feel. The rooms and comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and long stays.

Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better
