The location of the hotel is very near Batam Center and a swing to one Batam mall and some nearby cafes.
The front desk is kind enough to upgrade us to another tier of the room. And earlier check in as we have a baby.
The spa a level 3 is also awesome. Kids room were good enough to keep baby occupied.
Some things to improve :
1) the light system in the room. The switch are either all on or all off. Hard to control with certain parts to be lit up and some to be off.
2) Security system, request for extra keys, however they gave without checking identity đł abit scary I can be any Tom dick Harry.
3) not much food options beside the main ambrosia as morning buffet. In room dining menu can be updated too.
4) they are very particular with towels. Can only give 2 at anytime. If you have kids to share room with, you have to advance tell them.
Overall still a new, clean and friendly staff..
Overall is good.
Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing.
But I will be back again for my next visit. đ

I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy .
Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh,
Again despite the smaller size room, itâs so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy
1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain đŹ
Decent hotel in Batam. I booked 1 hotel room & apartment room. Apartment is located at another block but still within same hotel complex. Found 1 cockroach in the apartment room but the hotel room is great! The location of hotel is great too.
I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure.
Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. Itâs peaceful and perfect for unwinding.
Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too.
Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Service was excellent in the first 3 days but dipped towards last 2 days, perhaps due to weekend numbers. Had a surprise when chef prepared a meal for me at breakfast though it was not in the menu or buffet lines. I casually recommended a dish when he was in his rounds and asked me. Couldnt do any water sports due to the red flags up everyday. Staff were very polite and helpful but they werent in the know of any activities/locations outside of the resort. They didnt know about Mustafa Centre which was 500m away.
Amazing hospitality, super clean rooms & convenient location beside a mall. Plenty of food options nearby and all levels of staff from front of house were so courteous and friendly!
Thankful for the staff who were able to accommodate to my requests (for 3 families who are travelling together).
I'm truly sold and will always keep Oakwood as my first choice! There's even lemon water (iced) at the lobby, restrooms are well maintained too.
Basic toiletries (dental kit, shower cap, cotton buds) are provided, will need to request from Front Office for items such as comb/razors but not an issue.
They use Rigel shower system and its one of the most up to date ones which allows you to adjust the temperature, water pressure as well as properly select the type of shower instead of guessing around.
Look forward to be back again. Well done, Oakwood Team! Keep up the good work.
Enjoyed the breakfast live stations (indomie fried noodles + eggs station) and impressed with the Mee Soto's soup base, so good! Overall a fulfilling breakfast, leaning more towards local cuisine along with western mix and some plain porridge with toppings.
Excellent service from the reception team â they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended! đđđđđ
I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly donât have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive â the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the cafĂŠ was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied â definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. Thatâs it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.
Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as befoređ˘. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better

PPapa LimAnother perfect 3D2N stay! Reni and Andika are stars! đ
Just finished my second stay at Montigo (7 Dec - 9 Dec) and Iâm already planning my next one!
We stayed in Villa 63, which was incredibly clean with all facilities working perfectly. The transfer from the ferry was easy with the bus waiting for us.
The highlight of this trip was definitely the staff:
Reni (Reception): She has such a âsunshine vibeâ! She made check-in easy and explained everything clearly. She genuinely cared about our experience and checked on us throughout the 3 days.
Andika (The Pub): He gave excellent food and drink recommendations and was very patient with all guests.
Service Note: The WhatsApp service for buggies and activities is super efficient. I got prompt replies even late at night (11 PM).
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!
SSavvytanItâs our first time and definitely not the last. Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service.
Only thing Iâd suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent.
Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didnât have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above.
One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.
Tthiskneethatkneebreakfast was the best thing tbh - please add on breakfast when u book your stay because the restaurants there are really expensive
service was okay, but they only provided 2 drinking water per room per day - and it cost about 5 sgd to purchase a 1.5L water
activities there are pretty pricey as well, but u can rent volleyball/football for free
the beach there is quite stoney, not very advisable to play by the edge of the water because there are a lot of stones which can be quite painful barefooted
room was okay, the ac was good, but water shower pressure quite low, but hot water is good
go to Calypso Floating Bar for a great sunset view! then have dinner at kelong seafood - paid around $80 sgd for 3 dishes for 2 pax (tax there is 10%+11%)
RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
đ¨ Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
đ˝ď¸ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
â At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
đâď¸ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality đ
GGuest UserThe room was impeccably clean and boasted stunning dual-aspect sea views. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. The surrounding amenities were excellent; there were plenty of dining options right downstairs, and the local cuisine was particularly delicious. The service was exceptional, with any issues usually resolved promptly.

TTuan Ying GohA tucked away resort. All activities and food are available within the resort. Some activities are at an extra charge. Pricing is close to Singapore pricing as the target audience is probably Singaporean. Food wise isnât cheap but reasonable price. Food quality is great. Service is warm and friendly.
It takes an hour van ride from Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. To and fro transports are provided by resort. Contact them to arrange. Glad that transports were provided!
Free yoga lesson every morning. Just got to reserve.
GGuest UserWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attentionâ in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to usâbut we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our dayâs plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staffâwhether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didnât drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.
Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.
AAakash32We booked the place following Instagram reel saying kids friendly, I would say it was okay but didnât meet our expectations (as we regularly stay the residence and I paid 30ďź higher price here compared to to residence since we wanted to try something near ferry terminal and was highly rated on IG for kids.
We booked 3 nights, 2 adults one 2 years baby.
Experience
Good:
- kids club play room big and nice, offering indoor, outdoor and splash zone free
- free dine in for kids with food that kids will actually eat
- got 2 pools, adult and family (with child pool). Pool size is good
- they printed the ferry ticket in advance so we didnât have to queue while going back
Bad:
- rooms are not so kids friendly, small shower area, too many pillows every where
- king size bed is actually doesnât feel king size but rather queen size
- we walk in to restaurant for dinner 2nd night got denied cause they had bbq event running, and never suggested to book in advance (they offered slot 8 pm for 6:20 walk in) with small kid along, I am not sure they understand kid doesnât wait fr 8 pm and the didnât even bother to offer kids meal to at least address the kid. We ended up eating on the side fries and in room dining which takes about 45 min to 1 hour
- safari we were told 9 am but then actual time was 10 am pick so we ended up waiting 1 hour at the lobby - not sure if they understand kid doesnât like to sit for 1 hour not doing anything and we rushed our breakfast for the timing
- free juices for kids and breakfast buffet is not fresh juice unless you paid then got fresh juice
- breakfast buffet ok ok, no teh tarik đ
- breakfast very limited options for vegetarian
- the shuttle dropped us at the emerald class lounge where we were economh means we had to walk with baby and luggage all the way
- you can only access dining area of indigo subject to you book in advance
- for beach you need buggy to go not you can just walk as and when you want
I would say, okay but not something I like, but itâs nearer to ferry
